Each place is located relatively close to the Casita and will offer dishes that everyone can enjoy. We love our green and red chili here in New Mexico so you'll have to decide if you like it just red, green, or Christmas!
Adorable revitalized motel featuring five restaurants and a tap room. There are also shops from local vendors. One of my favorites is the Southwest Cactus store!

Our favorite restaurant for New Mexican cuisine. Some of the best red and green chile in town and homestyle like grandma made it, not that greasy diner style. They also make it hot, so if you enter cautiously, ask for it on the side.
