The accommodation is part of a recently built residential complex, access is from the private parking at level, parking space included with automatic gate. A 10-minute walk to the Paradiso del Div beach, a 10-minute drive to Tropea and 20 minutes to Capo Vaticano. At 200 meters market, fishmonger, pharmacy bank and bar.

Comfortable apartament with large terrace directly on the beach and only around 10km from Tropea. One of three apartments of a family house with large garden, car park and private access to the beach. Around only nature, some small houses and the blue and warm sea of the bay. Special place to live a direct experience with the sea, to be lulled by the waves breaking just a few steps away. La casa è composta da un piano terra (zona giorno) e da un piano primo( zona notte). Si trova nel centro di Zambrone e si affaccia su una bellissima piazza. A pochissimi metri troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: Pizzeria, market, farmacia, ufficio postale , tabacchino ecc... Il mare di Zambrone dista a 5 minuti di macchina. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla.
