The Perch: Tiny Cottage near AVL and Black Mtn
This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom 200 square ft. tiny cottage is a wonderful, comfortable spot to return to after exploring the nearby areas of Asheville and Black Mountain. Full bath and artistic detailing throughout. One mile from Warren Wilson College and the extensive river trail network. It shares a 1.25 acre lot with our main cabin Airbnb rental (Send request for link) Across from Hidden River Events venue. There is one 2- person bed and a custom-built window bar/desk area. Heat & A/C.

The Nook - Obsessively Handmade Hyperlocal AVL

Staying at the Nook you’ll have an experience unheard of in the modern era -- almost everything you touch or interact with was woven, shaped or whittled by hand. *Please note that outdoor bathhouse may not be available during winter months due to low temperatures.

The Understory: Cabin with Outdoor Tub and Sauna
Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. The comfortable living space includes a rain shower, king sized bed in a lofted sleeping area, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

The RhodoDen
As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away. Plus we are pet friendly! Update 3/24: We built a roof!

Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full kitchen. Catch the sunset from the hot tub or relax in the barrel sauna after a long hike! Enjoy cool mountain evenings in front of the gas fireplace or the solo stove on the patio! There is also a fenced yard for your furry friends-dogs only please ($75 pet fee)

Adorable cozy cottage located in quiet Grovemont neighborhood (15 minutes from Asheville, 6 minutes to Black Mountain). This is a totally separate dwelling - no contact with hosts necessary to access cottage, keyless entry, and privacy. Enjoy a quiet retreat alone or with loved one. Recently updated private apartment with private entrance and parking space, adjoining, however, separate from the main house, (no space sharing), in a park setting, complete kitchen, queen bed, cable tv, wifi internet ,queen hide a bed sofa in living room, covered porch, 7 acre setting ..located between Asheville (15 minutes) & Black Mountain (10 minutes) 3 miles to Warren Wilson College.

Waterfall Cottage
Built in 2010, Waterfall Cottage provides a romantic, comfortable, rustic retreat space in the woods perched just above a magical flowing mountain stream. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.

The Valley Overlook
A fabulous place for two! This mod one bedroom space will have you question larger home living. It has everything a couple needs for settling in and staying awhile. Privately situated and surrounded by trees, The Valley Overlook is the perfect place to unwind.
