We really enjoyed our stay!! It is a "hidden jewel." It was super cozy, clean, family friendly and close to everything...beach, eating, shops nightlife...yet is very quiet and serene. It's great for a family with kids, like ourselves, or for a business stay. Betsy was so easy to work and communicate with!! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!! The neighbors were a lot of fun too!!

Our whole family loved our stay at Siesta Gardens. It is the PERFECT location. Close to shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. Steps to the beach. Plenty of room for a family of four. My boys (7 and 2) also loved playing in the beautiful garden area and we felt secure since it was fenced in and secluded. The condo included everything we needed. Already planning our next return!

Betsy's hospitality coupled with the location of this beautiful stay exceeded every expectation we had. There are three entrances to the beach all within a 3-10 min walk. It's nice, because it is at the north most part of Siesta Key which means fewer tourists and more seclusion. Betsy thought out every detail...nice large beach towels, beach chairs, a nifty little cooler alone with a reusable frozen pack already icy in the fridge. After long days on the beach, we would freshen up in an immaculately clean bathroom and make dinner in a kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, and silverware. The oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and newer washer and dryer was a nice plus. The TV was huge and she had every channel of cable and on-demands available. For bed, it was a plush king size bed with a ton of pillows and a quilt-like comforter. We did not bring children or guests, but the second bedroom was spacious and I'd imagine perfect for 2 more people. We were happy to discover that we were adjacent to the main part of town where the drug store, grocery store, and most importantly - ice cream - were only a 3-5 min walk. Highly recommended, as we plan to return here in September for another stay with Betsy

Excellent location right in the heart of Siesta Key. Literally 3 minute walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants and shops, and a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the US. Check in/out was super easy thanks to easy instructions and a lock box. Will stay again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great cozy place steps from the most amazing white sand beaches and a few short blocks from the village. Great place will definetly come again!

Location location location. This lottle 2 bedroom cottage was very clean and 1 house from the water and 1 block from restaurants and shops. Only down fall during our vacation was the construction being done on the unit above us. Although I do understand the owner wants to update other units I wish it was done another time. The workers were very nice though. It was inconvenient 3 of the 7 days we were there. I definitely recommend this home for small families.

Anthony's apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is everything you need for perfect vacation: washing and drying machines, dishes and appliances, attributes for rest on the beach. Everything was available and we never had a reason to disturb the owner. However, Anthony was so polite that he was interested how we are doing. To the Public beach about 20 minutes on foot and five minutes by car. But we went to the beach across the road, as our friends rented the apartment there. By the way, these one-bedroom apartments were much more expensive than Anthony's. We really love a magical rest in Siesta Key and next time we'll be pleased to stay again Anthony's apartment

Anthony was quick to respond to our reservation acceptance. He gave us all the info we needed on where to park and how to get in. He was readily available for any questions or concerns. The condo was amazing. We had a wonderful time and great experience. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Even had stuff for us to take to the beach and play tennis. The pool at the condo was great and the kids loved it. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had. Siesta Key is absolutely beautiful and there are so many things to do. The price for a week was amazing. Thanks Anthony!!!!

It was a very good experience. The condo was excellent and very clean. The location was perfect also. The distance to the beach is a 5 minute drive. It was easier to drive to the beach than to walk however.

We stayed at Anthony's apartment for a full month and overall had a great time! The apartment was as described in text and pictures, and we experienced no real problems while being there. Any question from us was responded to very quickly and friendly. Parking was easy, pool area was nice, very close (with car) to the beach which was really great. If we ever get the chance to visit Siesta Key again, we would love to stay at this place. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

The place was great, exactly as described and even better - space was sufficient for the 5 of us. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We were very pleased with kitchen – it had everything that we needed during our stay. Availability of a clubhouse was an additional bonus, especially availability of the piano was a nice touch - my grandson was able to practice. Access to the beach was easy, just a couple of minutes drive. There are a lot of good restaurants on the Siesta Key, but reservations are necessary in every good place, otherwise the wait is quite long. Your better option will be the restaurants in Sarasota. Lots of places to visit with children - our favorite was the Big Cat Sanctuary.

The neighborhood was as described. The apartment was perfect and it had everything i needed and more.

Champagne wishes and caviar dreams! Anthony's place was top notch and I highly recommend. Just so well equipped across the board, so comfortable and so well located. Felt more like a real house to me, you don't feel like you are camping out at all (sunscreen, washer dryer you name it, big screen tv in LR and MBR, very comfortable and relatively new Queen bed!). We cooked in every night, publix close by. The unit was easy to access, had no problems. Anthony has thoughtfully provided virtually every amenity one could want. By comparison to other places I've stayed his rocks.

Julian is a laid back guy and was a great host. He went out of his way to make sure we all had a great time. Stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and hot tub were always ready to go! We saw a manatee swim right by when hanging on the deck one day. We also saw tons of dolphins when we went on the kayaks/boards. Pretty awesome. The small beach right down the road was so perfect. We only went to the popular large beach once and then decided it was nicer to stay by the house! My boyfriend (fiance!) proposed on our first night there so this amazing house will always hold a special place in my heart!

Julian's place was awesome! The location is great, can walk to an awesome little beach, and we were able to use his kayaks!! He was very welcoming and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Julian!

Private neighborhood off the main path on Canal. Can fish off the back into canal. Small beach close by, after crossing busy street two blocks from house. Recommend have transportation to enjoy all the great features available on Siesta Key. The home living room and kitchen are very welcoming to socialize with friends and family. Beautiful, welcoming, main area of home with large kitchen/living / and dining areas open to provide welcoming socializing time. Has a warm/welcoming nautical feel as a beach house should. We truly enjoyed our stay and thank the host for making it available.

Great fishing shack. Just as described. We fished off the back and had a great time with guests. Pretty private and loved the mangroves in backyard. True Florida in every way!

Julian has described the cottage perfectly. It's set right off the main road, with access to anything within 10 minutes, restaurants, publix or the beach. The accommodations were exactly as stated in the description, a nice beach cottage that offers fishing, bikes and a place to relax.

There was everything to love about the condo. Our host, Kristi was awesome. We can't wait to go back in 2018!!

We had a lovely stay at Kristi's condo. It is nicely furnished, bright, roomy and very comfortable. I liked the screened porch and the balcony too. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The location was great! We walked across the street every day to the beach and it was easy to go off island to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. I would highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I loved staying at Jennifer's place! Everything was perfect and the pictures and description were spot on! We would definitely recommend staying here and Jennifer was great to work with, as she was very responsive to any question that I had and made sure that when we arrived everything was good with the condo. We love coming to Siesta Key and would definitely stay at Jennifer's place again! It is in a perfect location, just across the street from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area was very upscale to posh. The condo was ON the InterCoastal Waterway with a nice grassy area and boat dock. Nice pool but we didn't use. Right across the street were a series of high-rise condos on the beach. Access was across the street and down a short roadway to a beautiful beach. The condo itself was immaculate and extremely well equipped. Everything was in fantastic shape; looked new. The interior was well appointed with lovely muted colors. Also looked like NEW. Furnishings we comfortable, convenient and clean. Large bedroom and walk-in closest. Nice private patio out sliding glass doors from the bedroom. Bath was spacious and CLEAN. Tile flooring throughout with convenient throw rugs. Everything was clean, neat and oh so welcoming! Convenient local grocery store was well stocked (very little vegan fare). Whole Foods and other shopping areas were just a couple of miles over the causeway into Sarasota proper. For more 'upscale' shopping, St. Armands Circle is a very short drive away.

Our three week stay at Francine's was memorable for so many reasons: the condo was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, location was excellent and there were lots of amenities. Cooking was fun in the high design kitchen with every pot,pan or utensil you could ever need. The king sized bed was soooo comfortable after a day outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather. Since the condo is conveniently located, long walks on the beach and sunset views became a daily routine. We also enjoyed the heated pool close to the condo and the exercise room. We hated leaving our home away from home and definitely plan to return another time.

Nice apartment within walking distance to the beach, well equipped kitchen, beach stroller, umbrellas, chairs. We had a pleasant stay, no issues, host was available to answer questions and was very helpful

gorgeous spot; quaint & quiet. can walk across the road through Gulf & Bay and use their beach access, or a quick 3/5 minute drive/walk down to the public beach. five minutes from siesta village. public grills, tennis courts and pool right out the back door to the lanai. the bay is a three minute walk down through the back of the complex with a dock and nice views. everything is supplied but be prepared to get things like detergent, trash bags, paper towels, extra toilet paper etc. look around the place to see what you may or may not need. definitely recommend and definitely would stay here again!

Nice condo in a good location. Private beach access was cool, especially to watch the sunset, but there are a lot of people :) you can use the beach chairs which is convenient.

We had a dilemma every day , Beach or pool area. So we usually split the day.

We had a great stay! Suzanne & Elvis were prompt with communication and checking in was a breeze. Love the location with access to both the beach and the intercostal waterway. It was great to have an entire apartment for our use.

I enjoyed my stay here on Siesta Key and this unit offered great and easy access to one of the most beautiful, picturesque beaches in the world. The unit was clean and tidy and I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apartment was nice- right across the street from the beach. About a mile and a half from Siesta Village, so we utilized the free (tip encouraged!) taxi service. I hesitate to leave a less than positive review because I have never had to before, but we were somewhat disappointed with the place overall. There were lots of broken things (toilet seat lid was ripped off, hooks for towels in bathroom broken off, drawer in bathroom broken and unusable). For the price I would have expected everything to be in working order. The beach umbrellas were both broken, too, and there was neither dish or hand soap in the unit. The host was somewhat unresponsive to our queries about these issues. Also, I hope they decide to include beach towels as part of the rental unit down the line!

I had a wonderful visit to your home on Siesta Key. The beach access was close and the dock had a gorgeous shady view in the evening. The layout and style of your home was amazing. 2 different porches had views of the pool.

The condo was clean, the kitchen well equipped for cooking full meals, the people staying there were very friendly and the grounds were well kept.

The listing description was pretty accurate. Condo was clean. The area is wonderful with easy access to Siesta Key beach and Siesta Key village where all the main restaurants and shops are. The condo was very well stocked (kitchen, bedrooms, beach articles, living room and more). The condo is very spacious. The condo layout is nicely arranged where the rooms are upstairs and sound proof from the kitchen and living room downstairs. We definitely recommend it!

This beautiful condo is right across from a private beach with public transportation just a few steps away. Spotless and well appointed, beachy and comfortable. Perfect for two couples or a large family. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Bay Oaks, courtesy of the two Kathleens. Everything was exactly as described; in fact there were a few things that were even better, like all the beach amenities and towels that came with the condo. The condo itself is very spacious and well equipped in all areas. Also, it's in a great location, just a few steps to the pool and a short walk to the inland waterway. It looked beautiful in the description and we were not disappointed at all. We would definitely return here for a second visit. The Kathleen(s) were very responsive and usually answered our emails within minutes. We wanted a low stress, relaxing vacation and that's exactly what we got.

Condo is on Siesta Key and has a great dock on intercostal for fishing or cocktails in the evening. Not very convenient to beach but a short bus ride will get you there. When dealing with hosts, make sure everything is detailed in writing. Hosts were very rude to us.
