Really fun place to stay in a small mountain village in Spain!

An oasis and a place that must go on the list. Beautiful town and amazing views this place is just gorgeous

this is an excellent place, tucked away from the city with really nice views. it is a bit of a walk (some uphill) from where the bus drops you off, but still, the stay was worth the views.

Very good experience in a magnificent place!

It is a perfect place to rest but it is also a starting point or passage for hiking. We meet people from different countries, most often open and very sociable. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm. At the same time, everything is managed with rigor and, the freedom of each one is respected. This "cottage" is a haven of peace!

Fundalucia guest house is an amazing place to go ! It seems to be an oasis full of green and peace in the middle of the sierra nevada moutains. We relaxed and enjoyed a lot! His house is a little bit far from the centre of Granada but with a rented car is a doable distance and allow you to enjoy more fresh air in the night than in the city center. There are nice walks to do around and you can swim in the lake in the valley. You can also simply enjoy the swimming-pool with a beautiful and peaceful landscape of the sierra nevada moutains. We enjoyed a lot !

We felt very comfortable, so that everyone could use the kitchen including spices, tea etc was very nice. The bus connection is also completely in order. We would definitely go back again!

The stay has been very good, we were able to park nearby and we found the house well, just as we were able to enter well with the indications. All clean and a small but charming room. The only downside I would put is, that the window faces the street and you hear a lot of noise but everything else is perfect.

What a gorgeous place! Nico was super down to earth and hospitable. Meeting him and chatting felt like talking to an old friend. The room was absolutely special and such a delight to come back to after exploring magical Granada. Nico and Fery kept it spotlessly clean, with great style, and overall spoiled us with this place.

The place in Albayicin is a unique experience and definetely worth a try!

The room is very good in terms of decoration and cleaning. It is also very well located, to keep in mind that it is at the top of the albayzin so there is a lot of cost when climbing but as in any grenade. In general everything very well.

Absolutely cozy and the location could not be more perfect! We saw an excellent Flamenco show right around the corner and we’re able to walk to the Cathedral and The Alhambra (though the area is quite hilly) I would absolutely stay there again. The apartment and neighborhood were so charming.

We spent 8 days in this little corner of paradise 2 steps from Granada, the house is small but the necessary is there and at this time of the year, we live outside! The garden, the pool, a word: BEAUTIFUL! We recommend and will return, that's for sure!

Nice apartment with nice pool and outdoor spaces. It is located in Fuente Grande, a fraction of Alfacar. To reach Granada there is a bus at 100 meters (ticket 1.50 euros on board) and it takes 25 minutes to get to the center (terminal Plaza de Triunfo). Excellent restaurant recommended by Andres at 100 meters (Restaurante Fuente Grande).

We have spent some very pleasant days. Andrés' attention has been magnificent. He has received and explained everything very well. Everything corresponds to the explanations of the house. After knowing Granada you can rest and take a dip in the pool and then take a walk through the town. Very quiet and oblivious to the noise of the city. Without a doubt if we return to Granada we repeat.

Jesus' house is lovely, Jesus met us with the fireplace burning, the house was very clean and super cozy. The area in a very beautiful enclave, full of routes to explore and Jesus was an excellent host .. he offers himself for anything you need and worries at all times that we are comfortable in our stay providing any type of information about the area , recommendations etc. Without a doubt, I would love to go back to the house of Jesus if I were to visit Granada and I would recommend it 100%

Jesus is very kind and his house is great. It is very well located, near Granada and Sierra Nevada, it is very original and comfortable and the fireplace is a hoot !! Worth!

jose’s house is in a great location, quiet area but close to the center. my room was simple, nice and most importantly clean - just like the bathroom. it was a little noisy in the evening, cause of the open courtyard. jose gave me a customised tour plan and great tips for food, so my short stay in granada was well spent.

the perfect place to spend some time in Granada

Jose is a cool host. The place is at a great location to explore the key attractions of the city. In fact you are essentially living inside the oldtown of Granada being barely 10 minutes walk from Albaicin area. The place is a cozy little town house which feels a lot homey.

Jose’s place is clean and homey, his family brings us so much joy. We are lucky to have dinner and spend New Year’s Eve with them, it added a never-expected wonderful memory to our travel. We are thankful to the amazing hospitality from his family and would love to spend more time with them.

The landlord couple is very hospitable, as well as their children. The courtyard is beautiful, the bedroom is comfortable, and there are a cute cat and a social dog.

The house looked exactly as in the photos. It was very clean, smelled nice, had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable, the decorations were lovely and created a very homely environment. We had a car, so the underground parking was a great asset. A bit of a problem with the electricity when using the hob and the heater at the same time, as the fuses were tripping. Raquel was very responsive and nice. Good internet. I would repeat the experience.

A large, clean and bright apartment, well equipped and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Same as in the photos. It has a supermarket and shopping center nearby. It is difficult to reach on foot, but by bus it is 10 minutes from the center, for us it was not a problem. As the only downside, the windows do not insulate very well, but there are heaters. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at an unbeatable price. We would return without hesitation.

A good zonning for visiting granada

Raquel's apartment is beautiful, very clean and with all the services needed for a pleasant stay, my days in Granada were great despite the weather because I enjoyed the apartment that is very cozy, any questions or queries had a quick response from Amanda was in charge of giving me the keys and Raquel was waiting for us to be at ease. It has parking on the premises which is a convenience. Very happy and wishing to repeat.

We had a great time staying at Pablo’s place. The apartment building is outside the center of the city so it was easy to park a car for free. There’s a bus that goes into the center of town that was very close and easy to catch. The apartment was clean and the room was nice and cozy. I would recommend staying with Pablo especially if you want to park a car and don’t want to pay for parking in the city center.

We just needed a place to stay near the bus station and the DGT Office nearby. This place was perfect. It was clean, the host gave clear instructions and was really nice.

Comfortable and spacious room in the northern district of the city with a supermarket at 5 minutes and the city center within reasonable distance, even on foot. You can stay in the Albayzin and have a little "tourist" experience of the city or in a neighborhood of this type and have a little more "authentic" experience.

In a lovely town above granada, wonderful cottage with gallery entrance, very pretty courtyard and wonderful old features throughout.

Marlis son was very helpful and friendly to us. The backyard and the apartment are as in the photos, very nicely decorated. The place is bigger than we expected, but the apartment is very quiet. Parking is possible on the doorstep in the afternoon, otherwise around the corner. The streets are narrow. The artful flair and the old doors I found particularly beautiful. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. Small supermarket and some bakers right in walking distance. Fresh spring water comes up in the village at the fountain. Gladly again.

I had a great time and can recommend the accommodation to everyone !! The small courtyard offers enough space and peace to relax or for nice talks. I was immediately helped with every question and every concern! Thanks a lot for this!! I'll definitely be back!

Everything is great

Alejandra's rental is fully refurbished and modern. The space is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need for a nice stay. Very comfortable. The location is outside the city center, but within walking distance. The monastery and the back way up to the Albacin is close. It is about 20 minutes walking to the start of the center. There is also a very convenient bus stop directly in front of the house to take you wherever you need to go. Alejandra lives in the house next door and is always accommodating. She is always happy to help and is a lovely person. She speaks Spanish and English. The city of Granada is magical and if you want to live where the locals live and get a feel for living there, I highly recommend this apartment.

Very handy for the bus station if you just need somewhere to stay for one night. It was less than a 10 min walk from there. The host was welcoming and the space was comfortable and warm with everything I needed.

ITaek was a wonderful host! On my way to the bnb I got lost in the neighborhood and ITaek was kind enough to come pick me up. He and his roommate were very sweet and provided a friendly atmosphere in the apartment. The area was clean and looked even better than the pictures. The apartment is a bit far from the center but aside from that I found it to be perfect! Very close to the bus station and I’m sure if you had any trouble getting around ITaek would offer some informed advice as to where you can catch the bus and whatnot. Would stay again!

My stay at ITaek's place was great, he's a super chilled out person, gave me some good tips on what to see around and if you're planning to visit Alhambra and have not booked your ticket yet he'll sort you out with the best advice ever, really nice hospitality all in all and seems like he's always up for a chat. In terms of location I needed easy access to the bus station and I couldn't have asked for more. Defo go for it!

Sadly I only slept for one night at Linlin's place. I would have loved to stay longer. The apartment is beautiful and clean, everything is new, the bed is comfortable, there's a door to a patio and it was very quiet at night. There's a lot of spots to eat close to the appartment and a big supermarket. There are several bus lines about 5 minutes away but you can easily walk to the city in 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at Linlin's while you're in beautiful Granada.

Lin and Eric (her husband) were very helpful and provided recommendations in the city. The location of the apartment is perfect, everything was tidy and in excellent conditions, totally recommended.

The room on the floor is very cozy, has everything you need and a window that overlooks the Sierra so that the tranquility is total and you can see some sunsets from the movie. Everything very clean and taken care of. The apartment is super well located, the bus to Granada stops just below the floor and every half hour. Dina is a Super Host, I loved meeting her. We have connected very well and it has made me feel very comfortable at all times. I recommend it 100%. I would repeat they are doubting it.

I stayed for a longer time in Encarni’s apartement. The atmosphere of the location is quiet and in a neighbourhood close to cafe, bars and foodshops. Only a shorter walk to the main center areas. There are also beautiful viewpoints near by. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the host come regulary to clean the shared rooms. A very sosial cat made the stay complete!

Encarni is a very special woman. I have been at her house for a month and many beautiful things have happened to me. I think living here has brought me luck. And, I've also found a partner. It's called street. Every night we sleep together and it has been love at first sight. It is a very special cat, sweet and smart. I would like to take it in Sardegna.

Very good! Central apartment, near Elvira street and Albaicin. Encarni does not live on the floor so the common spaces are shared with whom he rents the other two rooms at the moment. Communication with the guest is very fast and easy. We had an amazing stay in Quentar. The communication was clear with Axel and when we wanted to change our accommodation from the guesthouse to his hostel, he was most flexible. I’d really recommend anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains and village life to stay here. It was easy to take the bus, walk around and meet a lot of friendly people ☀️

Located in a lovely small village nestled in the mountains! The house was tiny as advertised but has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are two small markets just around three corner and you can go for fantastic hikes all around the area.

This was exactly what I needed, and exactly what I wanted it to be - a quiet and private house set away from the world, with little links to wider civilisation if you choose. Quéntar is at the narrow end of a valley that widens hugely as you explore deeper into the foothills, with trails through the olive groves that you can follow higher into the mountains if you let the adventurous spirit overtake you. Alternatively, you can follow the Camino Mozárabe backwards, heading southwards up a rugged trail for stunning views of the area, or follow the yellow arrows to hike your way into Granada. The dam at the Quéntar reservoir is a must-see, with a stunning canyon dropping away below your feet at the tail-end of a 17-km loop walk. The house is as advertised - tiny, rustic, unusual. The great view from the (tiny) bedroom balcony makes for a brilliant morning sun soak and keeps the place from feeling cramped. I would happily have stayed for a week or two, enjoying the silence and the sights, or using it as a base for explorations into the Sierra Nevada by car. Axel was a great host and I only regret not seeing him apart from at check in and departure.

Best place to relax and get of the touristy track! Lovely selfmade apartment with romantic fireplace for the cold days. A swimming pool and chillout area is not far away at the main house (5min walk). A "minimarket" provides basic goods for breakfast and lunch or dinner. But for dinner I recommend the bars/pubs in town.

We loved this authentic little house. We were there in the wintertime and it was nice warming up the place with the stove. It's set in a peacefull small village. Although it does have enough lively atmosphere!

beautiful location and spotlessly clean tiny house. in my view the casita is not suitable for young children as there are open stairways and stairwells without handrails on every level.

I will recommend this single room. First, the room and the public areas are quite clean, especially the toilet. This is not easy to achieve for private apartments and it’s beyond my expectation. In addition, it is very convenient to reach the central areas, since it’s very close to Granada’s bus station by around 10 minutes walk. And, there are a few supermarkets such as Alcampo, Mercadona in the neighborhoods (not the smaller ones like carrefour express in central areas). So you can find all the foods and ingredients you need. In the end, I feel a bit cold in the apartment at night this season, but the bed is comfortable enough and warm.

Beautiful apartment with a great roof terrace. Ideal to enjoy a few hours of sun. David and his wife were very hospitable. We happened to arrive on the day of her daughter's birthday and were immediately invited for food and wine. A great place to stay, everything was fine. Gladly again!

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s outside of the city so the transportation is a little tricky but the Mountain View’s are worth it. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

The hostess were awesome. We wanted to barbecue, but there was no grill. They went out to buy a new grill and came back in 10 minutes! They also left us a bottle of wine and some sweets. New house, very clean. We did not use the pool because it was very cold. New neighborhood with nearby shopping center. Good to go by car, but if you need public transportation, the hostesses have all the bus schedules printed. Good heating. Full kitchen. Super recommend and would definitely go back. The house is a luxury, it's nice to stay. It has air conditioning in the living room and rooms, which make the stay very warm. The main shower is a joy, has heating and internal music. Nothing is missing, very well prepared beds and very complete kitchen. It is located in a very quiet area of houses, parking was not available, but you can park at the door of the house. I recommend if you do not want to spend a lot of money in parking lots, park around the Ave María Parking area (either inside € 5 / day or around Hotele Belen Street A which is free).

An ideal house to visit Granada, a few kilometers from the capital. It has all the necessary details to welcome an entire family. All new and impeccable.

The stay in this accommodation has been much better than expected. We expected normal accommodation on the outskirts of Granada where to sleep and little else. However we have found an incredible house, totally clean (brand new) and with a quality of 10. The location is quiet, about 15 minutes from Granada by car. Eli has been a lovely hostess who, in addition to recommending us and accompanying us to places of interest, has had details in the house such as coffee, fruit, wine or sweets. In short, a wonderful stay that we keep to return very soon. Thanks for all family.

We enjoyed our stay in the Albaicín. Sarah is a great host and even though or time fell right into lockdown of Spain, Sarah tried her best to support us.

Sarah and her son are extremely sweet and caring hosts. Her place is in a lovely, quaint location and it is just as it looks in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had great water pressure, the wifi worked well, and the terrace was amazing! There was some miscommunication during check-in, but I enjoyed a beautiful sunset while waiting to work things out and Sarah let me leave my luggage at her place after checkout the next day as my travel plans changed last minute. I'd highly recommend!

Very nice room in a small street at the top of the Albaicin, my favorite neighborhood in Granada. Lots of authentic bars and small restaurants in the area, away from the tourist hordes. Very calm environment of course ... Nice welcome from Sarah.

This is definitely the place to stay in Granada. I knew nothing about the Albaicín neighborhood when I booked but I was so pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous white traditionally Andalusian neighborhood. Close to several great viewpoints. Just walking around is charming. The room and house itself are great as well and Sarah was a great host.

Staying in Sarah's home in the Albaicín was such a treat! Located right by a bunch of eateries, and just a short walk to Sacromonte and into town, it made the perfect base from which to explore Granada. More than anything, Sarah was a lovely host! From thoughtful touches like books and little cakes and teas left in the room, to getting me a taxi on my last day, Sarah made my stay a total pleasure! Thank you!!

We loved Raúl's accommodation. The house is very beautiful and the room was very well maintained, clean and has all the necessary services. It is located in a neighborhood on the outskirts but in less than 10 minutes you reach the tourist area. Raúl is a very nice host. The reply was timely and accurate. After that, it gave a fair opinion. Free parking in front of the house, kitchen and utensils, refrigerator available. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the heater was warmly prepared to warm the room. The balcony offers panoramic views of the snowy mountains and Granada. The landlord has recommended a restaurant and didn't have time to eat. The temperature of the bath water may be a bit low for the Chinese, it is now the end of February, but for the Andalusian locals, they generally do not use hot water to bathe because it is hot all year round. After we communicated with the landlord, he turned on the hot water quietly the next day. It is very convenient for motorists to live here, and the car can also be driven near the attractions. Great location for peace and quiet. It's 20 min bus ride from the town centre, and the buses only come every hour. But it's worth it! The view of the mountain was amazing. The house was really clean, and Raul gave us a few maps and events happening in town. He also suggested some great food places (that we didn't have time to try).

There was a small shop with daily necessities under the building and it was convenient. The access to the Alhambra was also good.

Stay, communication and the perfect location, everything super clean and very nice super close to the Albayzín highly recommended if I return I would love to repeat this stay.

First the communication, very fast and clear. The location of the apartment is great and that it has a parking space gives a lot of tranquility in a place with narrow streets, slopes ... In addition to the price to have a parking space we do not consider it to be expensive. Upon arrival the apartment was very clean, there was coffee, saccharin, sugar, oil and vinegar. The place is very comfortable.

Great in all aspects !! Without a doubt if we return to Granada we know of a great place to stay! Highly recommended! To 100%

The apartment is located in a very central position near the historic center. The flat is very clean, has everything you need, is decorated with beautiful paintings and breakfast is included. Elvira is a kind and very available person, communication with her is perfect. Highly recommended for all who want to enjoy a stay in Granada.

A great place to stay, u can walk to the center in 15 minutes, can take bus to the autobus station in 15 minutes. It’s pity that I didn’t see Elvira because of her job. But she let her friend help me for everything. And she also checked if I am ok for staying. A good host.

A nicely furnished apartment right next to the bus station and the Granada tram. Lightening fast internet and thoroughly cleaned. I'd happily recommend this place.

Apartment of about 60-70 square meters, very comfortable. It has been recently renovated, notably with a superb walk-in shower and a brand new fully equipped kitchen. The bus station is a five-minute walk away, with a metro stop and several buses, allowing you to reach the city center very quickly. The journey can also be done on foot, in 20-30 minutes very easy. I recommend !

Fery and Nico's house is very nice. We had an excellent view from the top floor. Given the affordable price for the room, we got a clean room and restroom. It is a steep uphill and long walk from the bus station so I would recommend getting a cab or uber. We did find the room to be either a bit too warm or loud street noise depending whether or not the windows are shut but our earplugs got rid of most of the noise. Would book again if we visit Granada again.

A perfect place to stay in Albaicin :-) We loved to stay in this beautiful house build in the 15th century. So many nice details :-) And Nico is fantastic host! Very friendly and helpfully. Next time in Granada we would stay there again!

Spent one night here. Nico was an amazing host. Fluently speaks English and is very inviting. Easy to reach via buses, as Nico provided me with the directions. I booked room D on the fourth floor. It had the most beautiful window views I've ever seen. I visited during the end of Winter, so hot water and central heating was available which is a plus. It is a 20+ minute walk from the house to Alhambra. WiFi is only available from the patio, so best to have your own internet plan prior to arriving here. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

A unique room in a wondrous area of Granada. Our tower room was a dreamy way to view the city out the window, and there was much exploring to be done just beyond our doorstep. Plenty of food, coffee, and supermarkets everywhere you go (and Spain has the absolute best variety of gluten free foods I’ve ever seen!). We’re very glad we spent our two nights in Granada here and definitely recommend. The communication was very quick and helpful. One small thing was that our door wouldn’t open very easily when we were inside, which added to the tower-feel but got a little frustrating when it wouldn’t open after a few tries! Otherwise an amazing experience in a unique and historical location with much to see, appreciate and discover. Thank you so much!

Really liked our room in the tower. So unique! It's very special and you have a beautiful view almost 360°. Closeby is a nice bakery which has delicious coffee and croissants for breakfast.

The house has an unbeatable location just 5min walk from the Mirador de San Nicolás, about 10min walk from the promenade of the sad and close to the beautiful Sacromonte neighborhood. Right in front is Carmen de la Victoria, which besides being beautiful is free admission. It is also next to the house of Chapiz, which is wonderful. The house is old but very cozy, also has all the necessary amenities (towels, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, heater, etc ...). The only downside I would put is the accessibility to the apartment n ° 1 (which is where we stayed) whose access by the stairs is a bit tedious and complicated. Otherwise everything is great. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can rest without problems. I would repeat without hesitation !!

A typical Andalusian apartment in a very old house, full of magic in its corners. The location is excellent, as it is in the heart of the Albaicín neighborhood. Jesus always answered the questions and all the specifications were precise. Keep in mind that because it is an apartment in a very old house, there are small access stairs to access it and a terrace. Thank you so much for everything!

The street is pedestrian it costs a little to find it, excellent location.

The accommodation is as seen in the photos. What we really liked is that the house is very old, with an intact Andalusian style and we wanted to live that kind of experience. The accommodation is very rustic and you have to take into account that it costs to climb the steep staircase to get to the apartment. It has the right and necessary elements. It is very well located very close to important tourist points and in a beautiful historical neighborhood. The host responded quickly to our inquiries.

The room was very clean and big, perfect position to go to the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the bus station. ITaek is very friendly and it makes you feel at home. I'll go again for sure.

In the hostel of IITaek's you will have all what you need , and it was a great experience more than i expected especially the way of dealing of ITaek'a and everything is great .

Staying with ITaek (Amine) for a night was the best decision I could have made. I was coming from a long bus ride and his apartment was 7 minutes away from the bus station by foot. So it was perfect. He provided everything I needed so that I was able to rest and recover in order for me to be ready for my visit to Alhambra the next day. The room was clean, comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler. His flatmates were really nice also. Even though we were not able to spend so much time together, we were able to share a good, interesting and fun conversation the next morning. I definitely recommend anyone visiting Granada for a few days to stay with Amine. Thank you very much for everything!
