Absolutely incredible location for this pretty studio in one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro. I spent long hours on the terrace contemplating the landscape in front of the house ... the apartment is well furnished and nicely decorated with old objects that tell the history of this place. Nela is a charming and responsive hostess and the agency on site is efficient and extremely helpful. thanks again !

Absolutely stunning view, just like the photos. Nela’s house is charming and comfortable. We were just at the start of the off-season I believe but still found a few restaurants just a few minutes away to eat and enjoyed the quiet. Stay away from the shop directly under the apartment- they tried to charge us €40 for a bottle of wine that we found for €3 in the Voli in Kotor!

It is an amazing place to visit. The views from the terrace are beautiful; Perast and Kotor are simply spectacular. Nela is extremely helpful with tips and taxi arrangements from the airport. Local buses to Kotor are reliable and straightforward. There are plenty of good restaurants in Perast and also a small supermarket with fresh bread. The apartment is all about the view. The internal studio space is basic with traditional touches. Perast is a top tourist venue as it is so beautiful, and it was nice to be staying there and have it to ourselves once the coaches had left in the afternoon!

From the beginning everyone was super helpful. Nela gave me a few tips on what to do and where to eat nearby and in Kotor as well. I didn’t have WiFi on the way to Perast so I arrived about an hour earlier than I expected and the gentleman who was cleaning met me by the traffic restricted area, took my bag, walked me to the flat and gave me a small tour. The decor was absolutely lovely!! Also, having traveled for 3 weeks now this was the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on and I’ve stayed everywhere from hostels to 5 star hotels!!

We spend a really great night at Bluemarine rooms ! A really nice person and a lovely place ! Thanks you for your kindness and the restaurant address ! Plus it was nice to speak french with you ! We'll come back at the first occasion ! :)

We were very well received when we arrived. The room has everything you need and more (aircondition and fridge) the view from the window is beautiful and the accommodation is in the heart of Perast. We recommend !

Beatiful place to stay. Clean, enough space for a short stay and very warm-hearted Hosts. Good Job! If u come by car, its smart to leave your Car at parking area 2. From there its quite close to Branko. Or u can ask If u could get into the old town with Car, Just to drop your luggage. Afterwards u come back to park.

We had a great stay at Branco’s place. We had a beautiful view of Kotor bay from the window and Branco’s mother was very welcoming and hospitable. The room was lovely and very comfy. Great place to stay bang smack in the middle of Perast and very close to the parking.

perfect stay to explore the region. beautiful town. but also touristic and cars are only allowed for inhabitants, so expect to carry your luggage for 5-20 minutes, depending on where you park. no real supermarket in town, just small late shops. great old house, very beautiful. terrace with nice view over the bay. very calm. and great hosts, speak very well english, respond quickly and we also enjoyed talking with them about the region, politics, the country etc. they helped us very quickly with everything we needed :) very much recommended to stay here!

Persat: This is one of most interestingly built houses that we have been to. The house is painstakingly decorated with lovely interiors. They have a common sitting area right in front of the water body and it's beautiful to sip in the coffee or have your drink there.

A little piece of paradise: you stay in one of the rooms of the house, located on the main street of Perast, facing the sea. Strangely it is very quiet, the view of the room on the bay is beautiful. You can enjoy the kitchen available and the terrace ... exceptional!

Great location right at the entrance of Perast next to the museum. Beautiful view with outside terrace directly at the house and a terrace in front with an unobstructed view of the promenade and the bay. Well equipped shared kitchen only for guests. Recommended.

We loved our stay at Savo‘s apartement. He and his wife are super lovely and welcoming people and the apartment was everything we’ve hoped for: Cozy, perfectly clean and well equiped. We would come back any time!

The apartment is beautifully located with wonderful sea views. Ideal for families (up to 4 people), very well equipped kitchen, washing machine, pleasant terrace, the one with Apt. 2 shares. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, we even got a free parking, which is very difficult with the space in Perast.

Excellent location, in the small village of Perast. The apartment has a beautiful sea view, it is functional and quiet. The terrace is very nice. We were very well received. By cons, for travelers, there is no free space to park the car. You have to pay the public parking which is 100 m.

Perfectly located in the heart of Perast, spacious appartment with a private patio. 1 minute from the beach. Very close to 11 restaurants and 1 supermarket. You must park your car 100 meters from the appartement (pleasant and quick walk).

Beautiful experience from Savo, in his delightful village of Perast !! During our stay in Montenegro we visited several surprising and picturesque places, but our greatest pleasure was to return in the evening to the calm of our apartment and our sea view ... Savo and all her family were exemplary owners , very kind and available throughout our visit. The apartment is large and functional, equipped with all the comforts and accessories you will need. A place where I recommend you go with your eyes closed and where we definitely want to come back as soon as possible!

What a lovely place! Savo and his family were great hosts and the apartment was even better than expected! The kitchen is very well equipped and we loved eating our meals out on the terrace. Tina’s place is a real jam in beautiful Perast.Outstanding view from the room,sparklying clean with a very relaxing and familiar vibe.Though I did not met Tina I could enjoy her mum’s kindness and hospitality, highly recommended!

The apartment is up the hill and its nice and quiet. The terrace has a spectacular view and we had a lovely self-prepared breakfast there. There is no cooking facilities, but plenty of charming and affordable restaurants in town. The shared bathroom was very clean and the washing machine is a plus. Would recommend!

Stevan and his wife were great hosts, he was always quick to answer every message i sent him no matter how late at night it was plus the view from the room is incredible, and bei g able to enjoy Perast without the day crowds is priceless.

If you decide to stay in the beautiful village of Perast, you cannot go past a night or two at Stevan’s place. Whilst the room is basic, he has everything you need for a comfortable stay which even includes a free boat ride out to the island. His hospitality is above and beyond - allowing the use of his house before check-in and after check-out. The use of a fully functional kitchen and washing machine was a welcomed luxury after a week spent on a yacht.

We loved staying at Stevans place. Skip the fancy hotels at Perast and live like the locals in one of the old buildings right on the water. One of the rooms doesn’t have air conditioning, which made things a little hot but it was well worth it. The free boat trip to the Island was also a nice Touch.

The room was very well located (3 minutes from the stop of the blue line bus and right in the center of Perast). The host was very friendly and adaptable. We loved the city of Perast and advise people wishing to stay there to go to Stevan!

Stevan’s place is ideally located in Perast. He was very welcoming and his place was great to spent time at.

Very hospitable hostess

We stayed here in October 2019. Very comfortable stylish apartments, a little less than it seemed in the photo, but this is not a minus. 1 minute to the promenade and the city museum, near the pier and restaurants. The sweetest mother Branko met us and was very helpful. Branco lives in another place, but always responds very quickly and gives clear instructions.

The apartment conforms to the description, spacious for 2 people and really well located, a few meters from the sea and parking (fee) Perast. We were greeted by mother ende Branko who is very friendly and speaks French. We had a good stay.

Great place, great hosts, great communication. We came with a baby, and Ljubica did everything to make us feel at home.

First off, Perast is amazing!!! Secondly, we were greeted by Branko’s parents who were so kind and helpful when we arrived late in the evening from Bosnia. The place is clean and charming. The location is perfection. Right by the water, easy to get to, and required little effort in comparison to many other places high on the hill. Book here!

This place was sparkling clean! With an incredible view over Perast and a stones throw away from all of the major restaurants. There was a car park nearby for us to leave our car so we could explore Perast without that worry. Thank you Eleanora for a lovely stay 😊

Very charming room in Perast - the view from the balcony is incredible !

Eleonora and her family are very welcoming and always open for a chat on their terrasse which you pass on your way to and from the studio. The location is excellent, just steps away from the western car park yet set a little back from the sometimes noisy promenade. (There's no large distances to walk in Perast anywhere anyway.) From the balcony, you can see right into the narrow opening of the inner Bay of Kotor. Perast is a much better place to stay than Kotor. It is by far not as touristy, feels more authentic and is strategically better located. The studio is small but spacious enough for a couple. It is clean, comfy and equipped and decorated with a fine sense for style. The kitchen equipment could be a little more generous. For us, among the places to choose from, this was definitely a good choice.

This apartment is the best value for money we've ever had, space is big and sparkling clean. Location is second-to-none and balcony is superb. Price is amazing for this location and the views.

Beautiful view from a nice balcony in our neat and clean room / studio. Good communication with Eleonora. Close to all restaurants and boats to the island. Paid parking close to the apartment for 10 euros per night. Perast is a nice place for an overnight stay.

Heaven ! :-) Excellent location in the heart of Perast. Parking 2min walk (in high season, as it is almost impossible to park, you say you come for this apartment and you have a discount). The triple terrace overlooking the bay is beautiful, but it's nothing compared to the room! Private terrace, under leaves of vines, with incredible views. The room is large with a small kitchenette and a large bathroom very clean (there is air conditioning too). And Eleonora had also left us a small basket of fruit and a good bottle of red wine :) The top! We really feel privileged when we are down, I recommend 100% :)

Beautiful apartment with age-old terrace. We were received by Tina's mother and immediately had a drink. She explained how everything worked. We asked in advance if we could come earlier. Around 11.30 am. That was no problem.. The room is tastefully decorated. In the kitchen everything is needed. In the village there is a small supermarket for groceries. It is wonderfully quiet in the apartment. The terrace is really very beautiful! We felt wonderfully at ease! The apartment looks much nicer than the pictures. It has been completely renovated. Bathroom is luxurious. Recommended! But you have to be able to climb a bit ..

The apartment is wonderfully located just above the promenade and is therefore unexpectedly quiet. The terrace is gorgeous, the equipment fits. The communication with Tina was uncomplicated and very nice. Restaurants and a small shop are right around the corner. For those who like it a bit calmer compared to Kotor, this apartment in the idyllic town of Perast is warmly recommended.

We loved the location of Tina’s place! The view from the terrace was outstanding, and we ate most of our meals there. We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Especially the lovely garden. Everything inside the house is so clean, we love the arts and the decoration. So well equipped and just 1 min to the bay.

We really liked the apartments themselves, everything turned out to be better than in the photo. Very nice garden, had breakfast there with pleasure, neighbor cats came to visit :) The house is warm and cozy, when it started to rain, we started to freeze. The closet had a warm blanket and heater. It was very convenient to have my own washing machine, washed - hung on the street, dried out during the day :) Lyubitsa put us two more beach loungers and an umbrella. I enjoyed it with pleasure. The apartments have the necessary utensils and kitchenware. There is an ultra-sensitive fire alarm in the house. It can be seen that the apartments and the whole house are decorated with a soul :) Incredibly beautiful garden! Nearby is the Palace Jelena restaurant, we recommend going there. Prices are average in the city, cook well, huge portions. And the waiters with a soul :) Perast is a magical and calm city, we recommend staying there! And we recommend buying souvenirs in the church, they are three times cheaper there and are no different from the store ones. If you go straight after leaving the apartment straight 200 meters, on the left there will be a staircase, at the top of which there is an old bell tower and an incredible view of the bay and islands. Branko's place is in the heart of Perast and was an amazing place to stay. We were deciding if we should stay in Kotor or Perast and I'm glad I made this choice to stay in Perast. The place was fantastic, with a small private area outside. The local restaurants were all amazing. It was easy to do day trips to Kotor. All in all amazing place and I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this address ! Very near the sea, near grocery shops. PERAST IS A STUNNING VILLAGE. The view of Boka Kotorska is breathtaking. Branko's mother is very warmfull. I felt very very well at this place. I loved the little garden, this charming house ! I want to come again next summer.

Lovely stay in this very central Perast home. The views from the terrace are absolutely amazing, we enjoyed so much time relaxing there. Perast is a small village but we got the bus to Kotor on a couple of days for shopping and a change up of restaurants! The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week's holiday, I just about got used to the very firm bed on night 5! The tourist tax registering was a bit confusing, just for anyone future doing this it's right by the play park not the fire station. Perast was a lovely relaxed place to wind down after a busy summer

This house is amazing! And the view from the roof terrace really is the best in town! Whether morning, lunchtime or evening, that stunning panorama never got boring for the whole week we stayed there. The house has everything you need for a great stay! And Perast is the perfect base for a stay in this part of Montenegro. Yes, it gets busy during the day with tourists, but you can easily choose to go elsewhere and explore (there are easy taxi and water boat options to get to Kotor and other areas). In the evening, you really do feel like you have this special town to yourself.

Perfect house for holiday in Perast. Beautiful balcony with sea view. House is located on the small piazza with small church from 16th century. Really outstanding. And, of course, Robin is superhost!

Ribins house and Perast are perfect locations for a holiday. The house is clean and cool ( air con works very well) and the views from balcony are amazing! We had a perfect holiday - our eldest daughter said it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed and at 23 she’s been on a lot of holidays! Robin was a great host and we wanted for nothing. Area is lovely - loads to do - we will be back! Parking is a problem if you bring a car as we did - but we found a large private drive on the main road at top of stairs to the left if the church next to the house and offered 50 Euro to use it for 12 days - perfect solution!

Ladies and Gentlemen...this was one of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever had. Perast is a gem and this place will make you feel like royalty. The space is lovely, the top deck is simply amazing. Perast is fantastic. If you have any question on if you should choose this space, I can only say that I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the whole Kotor area. Perast is relaxing, has great food options, is close to everything and a perfect way to enjoy this beautiful part of the planet. I can't recommend this property enough. Yes, 40 stairs to the top could be tough for some, but, the view is worth it, the place is cool in summer and the breeze is great. Robin was an outstanding host, and I wish I could give it 10 stars...

This place is amazing. The view from the room is breathtaking and worth every penny. The room was clean and really specious with comfortable furniture. Predrag was kind enough to give us tips on local shops and restaurants. Kotor is half an hour by foot, and I strongly recommend going by the shore. The whole neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Definitely a recommendation :)

This is an amazing place with stunning views. There aren’t many places to eat right nearby in February, but there are plenty of restaurants just a 15/20 minute stroll along the coast towards Kotor. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, with all the essentials you could need. We found it was easier to have a bath than have a shower because there is only a hand held shower, but that was fine. Incredible value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

It is a beautiful apartment, a little small for three people, but very comfortable, clean, cozy, excellent view, a perfect tub to relax. The owner had no problem because we were late and was waiting for any questions. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

Pavle was so welcoming, as were his parents. His mom even came down to help me figure out the washing machine! It is a simple room in an older building, an easy walk along the shoreline to the old town.

Fantastic Airbnb. We forwent booking somewhere in old town and it turned out to be a great decision. The walk to this place is very short and extremely scenic. Everything was exactly as described and checkin was a breeze. 10/10

Pavel is a very responsible owner. I was met by his mother and treated to delicious tea with cake. The apartments are located in a good location (the landmark of the cafe: Bonita 99 is beautiful romantic music and delicious coffee ...). You will live 300 meters from the old town and have a beautiful promenade for walks. There are grocery stores and a playground nearby. Do not be too lazy to go up to the floor above ~ there is a large view veranda! That's very beautiful! I recommend the apartments.

I expected some disadvantages for such a low price, however I got fully equipped flat. Clean, kitchen with tableware, kettle, shower with hot water, good wifi, bed linen and towels, easy check-in and check-out. The only inconvenience is the lack of proper heating, so take some warm clothing if you come in winter. Blanket is warm, so sleeping was good. And check beautiful view of Kotor bay from the roof.

Perfect hosts and perfect location. Far from the Kotor city center but Dobrota is situated along the sea until the entry of kotor : we enjoyed walking to Kotor and discover the antic churchs, bars and restaurants.

Maja is one of the absolute best Airbnb hosts we've dealt with. We arrived to a bottle of wine waiting for us at the apartment and Maja answered all our questions about where the local shops, bus stops, etc. were. She also set up massages for us (the masseuse comes right to the apartment and does 1/2 hour for a mere 12 euros!) and a taxi when we left. Her response time whenever we messaged her during our stay was incredibly fast and she was always happy to help us out. As for the location, it's simply stunning. Whether you're on the patio upstairs or sitting by the water, about 20 feet from the apartment, it's truly a magnificent view. Both Kotor and Perast are only a short bus ride away (~10 min.) and we loved staying in a slightly quieter place where we could relax and unwind when we weren't sightseeing. Honestly, we could've sat by the water all day and been perfectly happy. Our only mistake was not staying longer than 3 days in Montenegro, but we are already planning on coming back!

Maja’s place is beautiful. Got to be one of the most peaceful spots around the bay of Kotor with more sun than most. Maja and her family are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room is great but our favourite spot was the private sun beds by the pristine water which was perfect after our driving/hiking around the area. I would highly recommend staying there and would love to stay there again.

In one word : perfect. One of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Maja’s is a very helpful and friendly host, always available to help and will do everything she can to make sure your stay is just as you wish. The private beach is super nice and the view just amazing. If you are looking for a quiet place not far from Kotor, this one clearly is. There a many restaurants a couple of km away, and very easy access to the city center (we rent a car). We really loved the area, just as we were expecting. Also, we were travelling with a baby and everything was there (bed, chair and monitor) so we were enjoying the beach while he was sleeping. Definitely recommend, especially for young parents !

Fantastic host, could not do enough for us, come to our aid when we had locked our suit case and lost the key! Very attentive and discrete. Apartment was spotlessly clean, aircon all that we needed for the week. Sunbeds and table (terrace) allocated so no confusion with other guests. Cannot wait to go back and would go back to Maya's apartment. Cannot recommend enough!

A lovely Airbnb with a stunning view. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. The host was extremely helpful and very sweet. We had beach access right across from the house, and Kotor was only about a 10 minute drive. Everyone in the area was friendly and we even received wine and chocolate upon arrival. Highly recommend!

We were met by Maja's mother who lives next to the house. Although he did not speak English we understood perfectly. F She was very nice and showed us everything necessary. In addition Maja sent us more information by messages. They also gave us a nice welcome gift: wine and chocolate. The apartment is bigger than it looks in photos. Very quiet area, place to park at the door, first line at the edge of the sea. Terrace with tables, barbecue and clothesline with stunning views of the Bay of Kotor. Washing machine available for guests. The kitchen with complete equipment. We were offered free floor cleaning whenever we wanted, and in the middle of the stay they gave us clean towels. I would definitely recommend it if you are going to visit Montenegro and the coast area. It is very well located, with supermarkets nearby. I would repeat without a doubt. I loved the country and its people.

Maja's place has an absolutely spectacular view away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor City, and has complete kitchen tools with fridge at an affordable price. It ticks all the boxes including location, price, view, cleanliness, and hospitable host! We're glad we've booked 7 days to enjoy the panoramic view right outside the flat. The bus to Kotor was always late though so gotta plan early if you're going to Kotor Old Town and Budva. The bus stop was near the small market with limited food choices so we always go to Kotor for food at 1€ bus fare. It's not very far though, it's just the waiting time for the bus was inconvenient. However, Maja can book taxi quickly. It was smooth. We recommend Tangja BBQ grill for food in Kotor Town! The wifi in apartment was good, as our UK data were not covered in Montenegro. In our opinion, Maja's place was the most beatiful we've seen in Montenegro. Budva and Old Town Kotor were both very busy, but they're charming and there were loads to do and eat. It is popular to go on boat trips - Perast from Old Town Kotor and Sveti Stefan in Budva at around 15€. We came here to relax and escape UK cold weather and it didn't disappoint, it even exceeded our expectations! October was still hot at 26°C, so we're lucky. Thank you, Maja! 💕

Incredible place. The apartment itself is extremely beautiful and stylish and you just feel cozy here. Going outside, the real beauty of the place comes out: the incredible view on the bay, either from the roof or directly from the water. I can just definitely recommend to stay here and experience not only the beautiful accommodation but also The great hospitality from Maja and her family.

You can’t ask for more. Perfect location, close enough to Kotor, but at the same time far enough to feel the silence and relax atmosphere. Fantastic tarrace with sunbeds basically on the sea. Great design of the apartment and very quick communication with Maja. Absolutely no remarks from our side. Perfect stay!

The accommodation has a beautiful view of Kotor.It is located about 2 minutes walk from the promenade and it is 10 minutes in the city center. The accommodation is super clean and Vladimir is easy to reach around the clock.

We had a wonderful stay at Mila apartment. The location is great (10 minutes walk to the Old town, supermarkets down the road) and the view is amazing. The flat is well equipped and nicely decorated. Vladimir was really welcoming and we would highly recommended the place.

Vladimir and his family were so warm and welcoming. Communication was outstanding. Apartment sparkling clean, modern with well equipped kitchen and the best / hottest shower I have had yet in Montenegro. The view out the front of the apartment over the harbor is breathtaking. It is well located near the loveliest part of the esplanade and a short stroll down the hill to supermarkets, old city etc. it is located above the main road out of town however so can be quite noisy, but this was not heard in the bedroom at the back.

The house is lovely, tastefully decorated, well stocked and very clean !! His location is absolutely wonderful! Both in terms of proximity to the sea and in terms of location in the bay. (Convenient distance for both landers in draft and landings in Dubrovnik). We were 9 family members (ages 6 to 63) and spent several days enjoying a wonderful vacation in this home. Also suitable for holidays with friends. warmly recommended!!

Fantastic house right on the bay. We are hoping to come back next year!

Bojan's Pearl Bay house is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on our trip. The town is quite and quaint with little restaurants along the water. There's a bus that stops in front of the house and will take you to Kotor where there's a bit more to see and do. Be sure to check out BBQ Tanjga in Kotor. We ordered BBQ food to go and took it back to eat on the little pier patio in front of the house. We loved staying in this quiet little gem of a town and hope to visit here again someday.

An amazing house with a great location. Expect tourist to photograph the house 20 times per day :) Plenty of space for us 7 and would easily fit a few more as well. We recommend you to rent a boat and order pickup from your own pier.

Exceptional place !

This place is a true gem of the Bay. It is a great find, especially if traveling with a larger group. Tastefully restored, the house offers all the modern comforts. The best amenity in my opinion is a semi-private pier in front of the house. It offers direct access to water and relaxation. All the dock furniture is provided by the host. The location in Perast is fantastic. The house is steps away from some of the best restaurants and cafes. There is also a small market for the basics. The town is largely closed for car traffic, adding to its resort-like feel. We did not have a car while staying in Perast, and relied on cabs and boats for trips outside of town, but if you have a car there is parking next to the house, which is rare in Perast. Bojan is an attentive and courteous host. He responded to all of our requests and questions within minutes. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Bojan’s place.

Nenad’s place is called Sweet Home Kotor and the place certainly does justice to the name. The location is brilliant, they have a private car parking space and it is literally 10 meters from the Kotor beach. You wake up every morning to the most beautiful view. The place is very clean and spacious, thoughtful touches and has all necessary equipment (hair dryer, microwave, WiFi, etc). The location is perfect and very close to the old town for great restaurants and literally on the beach!! The hosts are great, prompt communication, met with us in person and gave us helpful tips. They also cared to check on us by sending a message to ensure everything was as we expected. Loved it... would definitely recommend to everyone!!

The location is 10 meters from the seaside. The host is super enthusiastic. Although he does not speak English, he brought a translator and he was very enthusiastic.

An incredibly beautiful and peaceful house at the bottom of the Adriatic sea. I love it...

We really like the flat that is like the pictures and very well located in a quiet area. Nenad speeks very well english, and is present to give the keys and explains how the flat is working. The bedding was very good. The point to pay attention, is the stairs between the private parking and the flat that may be difficult in case of a pushchair. We went in February, a good season to visit by car Budva, the Lovcen and the small road in the montain to go to the lake Shakdar. It is a very nice country, and the food is very good.

Location is nice. Close to the sea. Terrace has a very nice view. Owner is very helpful.

We had a great time in this apartment. The location was perfect, it is a quick walk to the old town. The beautiful view can be seen on the roof of the building. Pavle's parents are very kind and communicated easily.

We had a fantastic week stay in Arijana’s apartment. It is ideally located to tour the Kotor Bay Area but offers a quieter position than the hustle of Kotor itself. The bus stop is just up the road, as is a small ‘supermarket’ for all the essentials. The apartment is sparkling clean and has all the amenities you need, including a good hairdryer, a change of bath towels and beach towels! The view from the apartment is sublime -overlooking the scenic bay. There is outside seating and a couple of sun beds and access to the water directly opposite. There are a couple of small beach areas around Perast, but we found some nicer spots off the road to Risan. Arijana was helpful yet not imposing which was appreciated. Big thanks to Arijana for a lovely stay in Montenegro.

Host very warm, responsive, smiling and giving good advice. Impeccable accommodation with many amenities. Impeccable cleanliness. All this located in a beautiful and calm. Easy and inexpensive bus access to surrounding towns. Many restaurants in the village at affordable prices. I highly recommend.

The apartment is very clean, the view is exceptional (overlooks the bay of Kotor). We enjoyed the small garden with the terrace in the shade in the afternoon. Arijana is available and very kind. She gave us good advice to discover the area. Perast is a quiet village, there are excellent restaurants. The connection with other cities is easily done by bus (Blue-line every hour). Kotor is 25 minutes by bus. We recommend staying at Arijana and we will be back!

Wonderful historic house in a charming listed village. It is very easy to park. Arijana keeps places for these guests in front of the house. Very nice view of the room on the mouths of Kotor. Two areas of restoration sea view and another on a very well maintained garden. Well equipped kitchen but there are many restaurants nearby. Bathing right in front of the house in a water at 27 degrees A quiet place 20 minutes from Kotor. Arijana is at the care of her guests. I'll be back!

We spent two nights at Arijana‘s apartment and enjoyed our stay a lot. It was the best way to explore the beautiful village. Stunning view on the bay straight out of the window and the opportunity to jump into the water right in front of the house. Being able parking the car directly at the house was very convenient as you‘re not able to enter Perast with your vehicle. The apartment itself is in very good shape and offers as much privacy as a hotel room. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and excellent host! The apartment has an incredible view of the water and the mountains. It offers peaceful ambiance as it is in a quiet location, yet a few minutes drive to the main part of town. There are hiking trails nearby as well as fantastic restaurants. Bojan was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We appreciate his kindness helping us contact the airport about some concerns we had regarding our flight home. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to have the opportunity to do so soon!

Wonderful stay! The view is stunning! The apartment is exactly like on the pics, clean and neat. Nice location close to Kotor and Perast. Biljana was more than helpful, met us at the entrance, explained the things around and was always available with any request we had. We’ll definitely come back one day to enjoy the place, the view and the hospitality!

The apartment is in excellent condition. Everything matches the description. The view from the window is simply unrealistic. The hosts are very welcoming. Since it was not a season, we did not see many natural beauties because of the snow in the mountains. But everyone drove the coast. And for us it is definitely the best place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Nicola makes amazing coffee for guests every morning, thank him for that! The room we lived in is not very big, but clean, the bathroom with toilet is also very clean. You can use the kitchen and fridge. To Kotor we walked along the promenade, to which there is a descent. A leisurely step of about 50 minutes. They bought food there and ate at Tanga cafe on the recommendation of the owners (they cook meat very tasty). There is a bus that travels from Kotor almost to the house, but it runs once an hour. On it you can go to Tivat. Mistress Bepa also took us from the airport - special thanks to her for this. In general, we have only positive impressions. We wish you prosperity and long life! Many thanks for such a warm attitude! Hosts are good-hearted and kind people! We felt like we were in a happy family for the whole week! The view from the terrace is truly breath-taking. It is well complemented by hot coffee, which Nicola makes every morning. The room we stayed in is not so big, but it is clean. Bathrooms are also clean and cozy. You can use the kitchen and fridge as well. We used to walk by foot on the seafront - the road goes all the way up to Kotor. It will take you around 50 mins of a slow walk to get there from the apartments. There's a stairway to the seafront right across the road. Following Bepa's advice, we shopped for groceries in IDEA (cheap supermarket) and had our lunches in the "Tanjga" grill-bar (tasty meat, large portions for the money). There's a bus going from Tivat, through Kotor, to Dobrota and back. The terminal is less than a minute away from the apartment. The schedule is not very convenient though. The bus goes once in an hour. Speaking of transfers: Bepa was so nice to offer us a transfer from Tivat Airport - we'd like to give a special thanks for that! Overall it was such a great experience! Nicolas and her husband welcomed us with open arms. On a cup of tea with the open view to the sea, they explained to us about the area and how to get from place to place. The house is clean and comfortable. It was pleasant to stay and we are very recommend!

very pretty house near everything seen magnificent

Eleonora’s place is just beautiful. Located directly at the bay it has a beautiful view over the sea and mountains. Eleonora and her Family have a beautiful house where you’ll find everything you need. Perast is a lovely small town, but during the day a bit full of tourists. But in the morning and after the tourist groups left the atmosphere is just great and really relaxing!

Three words: location, location, location. The rooms are on a perfect spot to discover the bay of Kotor. Perast is lovely and quiet. (even in August!) and the apartment is near all the hotspots. Hosts are very polite and helpful!

The place looked even nicer than on the pictures. We had the perfect view to the ocean and fjords. The garden is very pretty and in only ten seconds youre in the ocean. Perast is a beautiful tiny village.

Really kind, friendly and helpful family. Very easy to talk to and they told us a lot about the history and lore of the bay. They made us feel like we we're at home. We considered their house to be in the best place of Perast, direct opposite of the mouth of the bay, with a beautiful view on the mountains.
