Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The apartment was as lovely as the photographs. We had everything we needed to enjoy a few days away. We would recommend staying here and it in located in such a beautiful village.

We had a very comfortable stay at Leza's apartment which suited our requirements very well. The location was perfect for visiting our son just 5 minutes away. The place had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you.

Easy to find and close to the Rose Lane car park, the accommodation was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is really convenient for exploring the city centre and enjoying all that Norwich has to offer. We hope to return.

Had an absolutely amazing holiday in Paul’s apartment. It was lovely and peaceful and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions for everything we needed and great communication with Paul. Will definitely come to stay here again sometime soon!

Perfect apartment. Clean and tidy and well located for what we wanted. Well equipped. A few teething problems with parking but Emma very responsive to help sort. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Philips lovely house, the location is perfect, nice walk along coast to Lowestoft, and Southwold only 20mins drive. Also visited Aldeburgh which is definitely worth a visit. The house is very comfortable with all mod cons, it felt like a real home from home. It was super clean, the bits and pieces for our dog (bowls, poo bags, towels etc) were much appreciated as were the goodies for us. Philip was a wonderful host, very responsive and great instructions.

Was a lovely stay, everything was just as described, Janis was super helpful giving us some local recommendations for food and was super responsive for any query’s we had.

Beautiful location and lovely property, very comfortable bed. Check in was really easy. Only thing to be aware of it's just a tv with no streaming services but fine if you have a fire stick. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic place to stay with beautiful gardens. The garden room was fantastic and the house itself is really quirky and tastefully decorated. The house is really well equipped and I’m a lovely setting. We loved our stay!

We had a great few days at Barn Cottage. Lovely, peaceful location - ideal to reach many of the North Norfolk beaches and the village green is handy for walking the dog. Cosy, well appointed cottage, just as described. Sebastian was a great host, very responsive and gave us some honest pub recommendations which we really enjoyed

Beautiful little cottage, exactly as described in the listing. It was just what we needed - so peaceful for us and a great location with the coast only 25 minute drive. Very easy check-in instructions re parking/key safe etc. We will certainly be staying again!

Just returned from a 4 night New Year break with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We had a very enjoyable time. The location of the property was fantastic, very central and everything in 5/10 min walking distance. The property itself was spot on, plenty of space, very clean, well-equipped kitchen and it was lovely that the Xmas decorations were still up! Kathryn was very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She also made us aware of a few minor problems beforehand that really didn’t impact us at all but it was great to have that info upfront. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we definitely would stay here again when visiting Cromer.

This was a great stay.. the location was good and close to pubs and the town. One of the biggest things for us when staying is storage and being free from clutter and this had lots of storage. Beds comfortable too and all the necessary items in the kitchen. Great stay and will be visiting again .. thanks Charlie and Rob

Had a fantastic stay at Hoxne House which was able to host 10 of us comfortably. The property was a great base with the beautiful Weybourne beach and countryside just a short walk away. The house has a range of games, beach chairs and wind breaks allowing us to enjoy our trips to the beach and time spent at the property even more. Great communicative host and somewhere I would hire again without a second thought

Lovely house, with a lot of nice touches and generous provision of the minimum ingredients for cooking, tea, coffee, fresh milk left in the fridge and toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Practical access and easy to park around. Julia was responsive and accommodating when we requested to arrive a bit earlier than planned. Many thanks!

Great location, very walkable and conveniently located. We can for a friend’s wedding and Liam’s spot was ideal. He went the extra mile 9.30pm on a Thursday evening to sort us out with an iron. Definitely recommend.
