Coach House near the beach

KatieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Me my husband and our dog ted stayed at lees place for 4 nights. we had a wonderful time the house is a beautiful space within walking distance to local shops restaurants bars and most of all the beach. Our stay was very nice quiet and exactly what we needed. Lee also left us some wine and snacks which was a lovely little welcome treat. If your looking for a beautiful house within close proximity to the beach then I'd highly recommend lees house. We enjoyed using the juke box and the array of board games in the house. It was just a wonderful weekend to reset and relax and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lee 😊 🙏

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

A Perfectly Unusual Gem of a Stay We had the most wonderful time at this unique and charming Airbnb. The property itself is full of character and unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before—unusual in the best possible way! The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location was ideal, offering peaceful riverside walks right on the doorstep—perfect for our dogs, who also adored the spectacularly large garden. It really made the stay extra special for them (and us). Cressida was a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Her communication was clear and detailed throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We loved every minute and would happily return. Thank you, Cressida, for a truly memorable stay!

92 -Moanaroa (Maori for broad sea)

BeckyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Norfolk broads. Vault apartment

JeremyRating, 5 stars21 months ago
James' place in Stalham has everything you need for a short stay - a bit small for 2, but with lots of well thought out details. Everything was brand new and spotless. Very easy communicating with James who was responsive at all times, and even replaced the sofa bed when he realised there were 2 of us. Stalham makes a great base for exploring North Norfolk and the coast - a few minutes to Happisburgh and great beaches, and Stalham itself is on the Broads - a boat trip is a must

Willow - at Moat Island with natural pool

KateRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Elm - Lotus Belle Tent with Natural Swimming Pond

SimonRating, 5 stars5 days ago
I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.
A tranquil outdoor terrace features a black glass table surrounded by four wicker chairs, overlooking a serene millstream. Lush greenery and flowering plants are visible, enhancing the natural setting with trees lining the water's edge.

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

SandraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Sue and Sean were great hosts, went above and beyond. The cottage was lovely, well equipped kitchen, massive fridge freezer, comfy bed with spotless bedding. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Last but not least, the amazing view. To sit at the waters edge, with a cuppa was lovely. Sadly, our visit wasn't long enough, but would go back in a heartbeat. Do yourselves a favour, and book this lovely place, you won't be sorry.

Forestry Cottage. Hot tub, open fire, dog friendly

MarkRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
By far, the best communication with a host I have ever experienced on Airbnb. The house was like home from home, very well equipped, the garden table / seating was perfect for breakfast in the sun (yes we was lucky with the weather) with the added bonus of a clean hot tub ! Quite a few reviews mention the ‘little touches’ and can confirm, the hosts go out of their way to make this a stress free visit - and make a special effort for the four legged family members too. The location was great, once parked up (10m from front door - note the drive is private access (another tick)) you can effectively leave the car parked for your stay. If however you need food supplies, there are several supermarkets within a five minute drive, so again, easy access to essentials ! The park itself was large, several lakes, and great for walking the dogs or getting the kids off of their gadgets to explore the woods and surrounding area (by the way, before the kids ask, good wifi within the property!).

Swallows and Pond, Farm break, City centre 5 miles

SteveRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We spent 2 nights in Swallows and Pond Cottages with 4 generations of our family celebrating an 80th birthday. Jack and Kim were extremely responsive during the booking process and ahead of our arrival and were very accommodating in helping with the layout of the bedrooms and communal areas to best suit our party. The check in process was straightforward and we were able to check in a little earlier than advertised. Jack arrived shortly after we checked in to make sure all was well and give us some advice and instruction regarding the accommodation and facilities. The cottages and location were just perfect. Idyllic spot next the pond with an enclosed garden area ideal for the little ones in our party and we were blessed with glorious weather throughout our stay which was a bonus! The accommodation was lovely - clean and equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool and play barns were great and the booking system worked well allowing us dedicated use as a family group. 10/10
