Great experience at Andrew's, would stay again if we were out there and it were available. He was there when we got in, and he gave us a quick tour and was very hospitable. The doggos are SO CUTE. They do bark a bit at first, but they are dogs, so it was expected. The room description is spot on. I was super glad there are also tissues and a lil trash can in the room, because I woke up with a nose bleed one night (likely due to the elevation). The bathtub was super deep, so also a bonus we liked. The bathroom is shared with the other guest (as advertised), and our only “issue” was their bathroom cleanliness didn’t seem to match ours, but obviously that has nothing to do with the room or Andrew and David. Definitely recommend.

Nice large Master Bedroom with a great kitchen space we could use. We were close to walking trails and enjoyed the tranquil energy of Highlands Ranch.

I stayed with Ava for a month in the summer of 2019. Her place is great for a long-term stay! Ava lives in the basement, and the main floor is available for use by her guests (up to four). Cabinets are reserved per-guest, so you'll always have your own space. The master suite I stayed in was great. Huge bedroom, private bathroom with a large tub and shower with seat, as well as two walk-in closets. Ava was always available to assist with any issues, and her dogs are really cute. I would definitely recommend this house and host if you are looking for somewhere close to the Denver Tech Center or southern suburbs!

Lynette's property is out in the quiet spacious part of Lone Tree -- still minutes from Lone Tree Mall and other conveniences. My schedule was tough over my time at Lynettes but I felt comfortable and appreciated the property. I liked the private access, the kitchenette, the private bath. I hope to stay again in the future.

Alicia provides a very inviting home with lots of nice touches to make the stay very relaxing and comfortable. It is a bonus if you like friendly dogs. Her home is in a very nice and safe residential area of Denver. There are a couple of restaurants nearby. The light rail is a 20 minute walk from her home. This distance provided some nice exercise in the morning and the evening going to and from a conference in downtown Denver. This was an excellent place to stay. I would chose her home again when in Denver.

Nice house and location for visitors, city view in the backyard and easy check-in! Expect some regular living noises from upstairs during the day, as the guest house is underneath the owners house. Also furnace noises to be expected as usual. Excellent stay for the price!!

We had the entire lower level to ourselves with a private bath and kitchenette area with access to other living spaces around the house. We brought our 1 year old and there was a great play space for him. Just a very clean, comfortable and inviting space. We'll be back!

This was my first airbnb stay and it was great!!

Spent 3 nights at Lindsey’s place. She was always quick to respond and was there to welcome us when we arrived. She was extremely inviting and respected our space. The space itself was great, just as advertised. We took advantage of the shared kitchen space upstairs quite a bit and had the opportunity to talk with Lindsey. Every interaction we had with her she was very nice and engaging. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Easily accessible to other things Denver had to offer. If we ever come to the area again we will be sure to stay at Lindsey’s place! We highly recommend staying here.

Mary’s home is very close to the Tech Center and many fine restaurants. The hone was spotless as were the guest areas! The additional loft space was convenient and definitely felt like you were home... not just stuck in a room! I will definitely visit again !!

Mary's house is perfect for the business and personal traveler alike , and she is very welcoming, but also gives you space if needed. Her pups are well behaved and very friendly but she respects your needs if fur babies aren't your cup of tea. House is very clean and she has every amenity you would need for all four seasons in the Denver area. I come every year for my business trip and can't say enough about her home!

Gaylyn and David were excellent hosts. Their home is clean, stylish and welcoming. They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable including adjusting the air conditioner to my liking and adding a hook for comfy terry cloth robe they provided. There was a Keurig machine at my disposal with a variety of coffees to choose from and Gaylyn made delicious muffins for breakfast in the morning. She was very attentive to my dietary restrictions and preferences. The invited me to dinner on several occasions and were just lovely to people to get to know. This was my first Air B&B experience and they made it such a positive experience I am looking forward to my next one. I highly recommend Gaylyn and David as Air B&B hosts. They are wonderful!

David and Gaylyn are very thoughtful people and made our first Airbnb experience very hard to beat. They have a beautiful home and they welcome us to every part of it. They provided everything we could have needed from in the private bathroom into the kitchen. If I travel into CO again, I might not even consider going anywhere else.

First of all, I am very skeptical when it comes to people I don't know. Gaylyn and David put that feeling at ease and became one of the best hosts we have stayed with. Beautiful home, great location, and fantastic hosts. They are truly amazing people and even better hosts. You are doing yourself a disservice by not staying with them if you are in Denver.

David and Gaylyn are both very nice genuine people with a beautiful home and relaxing back yard. They were very accommodating and made the whole process of checking in/out very easy. They get my upmost highest recommendation!

Gaylyn and David's house was our oasis. Food, space, Keurig coffee, kitchen and television access, backyard seating, beautifully furnished and landscaped home, large and inviting bathroom, friendly hosts. Need I go on? Would absolutely stay again if the need arose.

A great place for a great price. You have your own private living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The kitchen, dining room, and laundry room (first floor) are all shared spaces. Nothing to write home about, but no complaints!

I stayed in this unit for 6 weeks while traveling for school. It’s well furnished, sparkling clean, and has plentiful new appliances/amenities for a long term stay. The house layout was perfect for meeting housemates while having plenty of space for privacy. To clarify, this house is composed of 3 separate units on different floors. Each has its own living room, bathroom, and bedroom. But they share a garage, foyer, staircase, and kitchen. I stayed on the second floor, which is located next to the kitchen. The layout is unique and convenient. I rarely ran into other housemates, some of which stayed for long stretches, like me. The garage only holds 2 cars, so you may have to coordinate with others. Sharat was great at responding quickly whenever needed. All around, this stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this space, especially for those visiting for longer stays.

Sharat place was amazing, very comfortable bed, complete privacy, kitchen was shared but didn’t see guests living upstairs came downstairs to cook, kitchen has everything you need for long term stay, and huge thanks to Jackie she is amazing I locked myself in and forgot the door key in the room, she came quick n help me get in, will be coming back in January

Good spot. Had to do some remote work while I was there and the wifi worked great. Very quiet except for the the air traffic from time to time.

Alison’s place was so great!! It’s tucked underneath the main area (her house) but allows you to have the privacy you may need. Her communication, hospitality, and overall stay of the place was a 5 out of a 5. It was about a 20-25 minute drive to the city and was about 40 minutes away from the Garden of the Gods. Exactly what we needed!

It was a great deal for the price. These are 2 rooms in a basement apartment. Clean ans convenient. A decent size fridge, tabletop surface cooker, washer dryer,etc. Wifi speed was decent. Rooms have windows. The walls are wood finish. Queen beds. Plenty of space. The hostess Holly was friendly and accomodating.

Holly really is a wonderful host! She is kind, sweet and very welcoming. The basement room is private and comfortable. The bed I was in felt like a cloud was wrapped around you! That's how comfortable the bed was. When you stay at Holly's, you will get a warm welcome and an awesome smile! Hope to see you again soon!

Wendy has a Very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need.  The bed is comfortable, bathroom was excellent. Location is incredible.

Great place with EVERYTHING you could want or need. Location is great and everything in the space was literally just updated. Iman was a terrific host. This was my favorite Airbnb stay I have ever had, and I have had quite a few. Iman was extremely accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Check in was extremely easy, and the home was beautiful. Highland Ranch (the area) is absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend staying at Iman's home while you are in the area. It is extremely convenient to stores, restaurants, and hiking. I am already talking to my wife about a return trip to the area, and we will definitely be booking again with Iman.

It has a small playground! There are many parks in the area as well! Grocery stores (Wholefoods and Kings Super), pharmacies (Walgreens) as well as many restaurants are located about a mile away or so in case you're not in the mood for cooking! :) The neighborhood is great and the location of the house is perfect! My family and I enjoyed our stay at Iman's home. It was clean and comfortable and she was very responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. My kids loved the swing set and playhouse in the backyard, and it was great having two king sized beds since my in-laws were also travelling with us. If our travels ever bring us back to the Denver area we would definitely consider staying here again.

I never got a chance to meet Jose, or even see his place! Since I'm a host myself, I was asked to make the reservation for some family members. They all reported back the house was great, and the flan was outstanding!

Fantastic home! Its better than what you see in the pictures. It's worth the rent if you're renting for a large group. Rooms were exceptionally, especially the master and basement. The patio was another great feature to home. Made my group bonding even better while grilling during our trip.

Jose was a perfect host! He thought of everything we could have needed and there were special treats such as the homemade flan in the fridge and Hershey Kisses when we checked in. He was very quick to respond but gave us the space we needed to do our own thing. Everything felt clean and comfortable!

This is a lovely home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Sparkling clean, with lots of soft white towels in all the baths and thoughtful little extra touches throughout. We were a team of 4 professional women here to facilitate a leadership workshop and the house provided a quiet respite from the busy schedule. We all felt very much at home. Thanks so much to Jose. And the Cuban flan he left for us was THE BEST!!

Jose is awesome. Very laid back and very accommodating!! The house is beautiful and so spacious, and I love how many bathrooms there were!!! Such comfy beds too! There could be some deep cleaning done to help the experience, but all the bathrooms and beds were clean and we had everything we needed and more. It may have just been that we were from out of country, but we did struggle with cell reception. The internet was great though, which was all we really needed. We would definitely love to come back, and for sure recommend it to anyone else, plus, the flan is delicious! ;)

Easy location to find and near many stores and shopping! Check in directions were unclear, but Krista was very responsive and got us settled in quickly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was super clean! We’d definitely stay again!

Krista’s place was just what we needed! A value that was very comfortable, easy to locate, easy to come and go, and easy to park near, with plenty of nearby (drive-able) restaurants, coffee shops, drug stores, shopping, etc. The neighborhood was peaceful and provides a safe and pretty place to walk/run if wanted. For example, there was a nice park with fields nearby. We appreciated the kitchenette and sitting area in addition to the sleeping area (all in the same basement suite). Krista was so accommodating and provided many hospitable amenities. One tip for tv watchers: Bring an HDMI cord with laptop if you want to use the television.

Krista's home was awesome. It is clean, comfortable, affordable and in a great location! It is in a lovely, safe neighborhood as well. The basement is spacious and has great amenities. Would definitely stay here again. I didn't get to meet Krista but she was quick to respond to any questions I had.

My hotel reservation fell through last minute for a job interview in Highlands Ranch in the morning and Susan was unbelievably hospitable and accommodating! The location was perfect for me. This was just what I needed after a big day of driving and a minor medical procedure. I was welcomed and shown to my peaceful quiet room. I needed to relax and be in solitude and that is exactly what I asked for and received. If I had wanted to enjoy the communal spaces I was welcomed but this time I just went into my quiet place. It was perfectly lovely.

Candace place.....its the best..spacious rooms, cleanliness, art galleria etc.. My wife and me never felt we are staying at airbnb. Accessible to Colorado Springs area and Rocky pretty easy from this area. Even restaurants are nearby.. try Le Peep for breakfast or lunch and Lodi’s bar and grill for dinner. For more load music..try Brothers.. Overall we are very happy in our stay. Next time if we plan a trip to Colorado.... will be checking with Candace first.. Thank you...

This place is located in a very convenient area. For those working in the DTC or South Denver, Centennial area. There are a lot of cool places to eat, to buy your groceries and also, the neighborhood is safe. You can even walk to the train station (15 mi walk). Wendy's place cover your needs it's not luxurious but it is priced right.

Andrew's place was just what was needed for my short visit with family in nearby Centennial. Everything was very clean and the bed was super-comfortable. Plenty of outlets for devices, and there's a fan to help with noise control, although it's a quiet neighborhood/household.
