Rustic yet affordable one room cabin with wood stove near old-town and Cache La Poudre river trail. We have loaner bikes too! It’s not for everyone so please read full description. People of color and LGBTQ friendly.
Rustic one-room cabin with wood stove near the Cache La Poudre River and Old Town Fort Collins. Private access and parking in safe and quiet semi-rural neighborhood. Kids and pets welcome in our large fenced yard complete with shaded patio with outdoor fireplace, gardens, 1 dog and 3 chickens. We're an adventurous couple with two daughters who like to cook, garden, raft, kayak, rock climb, backpack, hike, flyfish, run, knit, and mountain bike. We've lived in Colorado our entire lives and over 20 years in Fort Collins and can give you lots of great suggestions for the area. If you're flying in there's no need to rent a car since we're just one block from a bus stop or you can borrow one of our townie bikes and take the Poudre River trail 2.5 miles to Old Town, Odell or Equinox Breweries. Take the trail 3 miles west to Laporte to hear some honky-tonk or bluegrass at the Swing Station. The cabin has a comfy queen sized bed and we can add a cot or inflatable mattress upon request. Guests can access the bathroom and shower through the back door of the main house (just 5 feet away). The cabin also has WIFI, electricity and electric heater (but no AC). You're welcome to use the dining room, kitchen, stove and fridge in main house. Pets are welcome, there's even a doggy-door so your pet can go in and out as it pleases. Please add each pet as an additional guest. Kayakers and rafters are welcome! We're only 15 minutes to some of the best whitewater in Colorado. The Cache La Poudre River is protected as one of the last "Wild and Scenic" rivers in the United States. From DIA take Greenride or Supershuttle right to our doorstep ~$48.
We live on a gravel road in a semi-rural part of town surrounded by open space great for running dogs. There's horses across the road and we often see deer. Guests often remark about the number of stars that are visible.
  • A cozy cabin and warm hospitality. I was in town to run the Colorado Marathon, and this spot was perfect for a low key night before my race. Dave was very friendly - didn't get a chance to meet Annie, but their pooch Cleary was also very sweet.

    Bria2016-05-02T00:00:00Z
  • Dave and Annie are very welcoming. The place was great. If given the chance, we would stay there again.

    James2016-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • Annie and Dave have such a fabulous little place, a true getaway oasis! Dave was so friendly and greeted us upon arrival and told us everything we needed to know about the space. It is a shared kitchen and bathroom but there was no overlap really at all and besides Dave and Annie are so nice that it would have been no problem at all. The room is really nice with a mountain cabin feel and the outside patio is idyllic! They provided us coffee in the morning which was lovely to have outside. All in all, top-notch experience. Thanks guys!

    Shelley2015-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at this Garden House. Dave and Annie are very welcoming and sweet. They did an incredible job with how they designed everything and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying with them, to enjoy the simple beauty of Colorado.

  • Annie and Dave's family were great! They were super friendly and gave some great recommendations of places to check out while we were in town. Location was an easy biking distance to everything. Thanks guys!

  • Very accommodating and place was as described. Thanks!

    Michael2015-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Annie, Dave and family were great hosts. They balance well a warm welcome and the freedom to have the space you desire. They let me borrow a bike and gave great suggestions on places to visit in the area. I appreciated their generosity and would not hesitate to stay again.

Warm and inviting this is my home for you to use while you are in town. While I don't have cable TV, I do have WiFi and Amazon TV. I keep my prices at the house down so that you can enjoy the location and city that surrounds it. Just respect the property and all will be good.
Two blocks from the library this location is close enough to walk everywhere, yet neighborhood enough to be quiet.
  • Great full house stay. No loud upstairs neighbors to worry about. You have the entire house to yourself, for a great price. Perfect spot for anyone looking to stay in the Ft Collins area. A cat is in the house but you couldn’t ask for a better animal - Crimson is the man!

Killer location! Completely updated in 2017, this cozy tiny house is very clean and is located in Fort Collins' funkiest little neighborhood, Buckingham. Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes!
Although The Nest is TINY, a lot of thought went into the layout and it is very clean. Perfect for the single person or couple. The Nest has a private, fenced in courtyard with gas grill. Inside there is one swivel chair and a comfy queen sized bed with two reading lamps, smart tv, a noise machine, and a Marshall bluetooth speaker. Kitchen contains fridge, stovetop (no oven), microwave, coffee maker, all the cooking essentials, coffee & tea, etc. and two barstools to eat at the counter. Bathroom has a shower/tub and is fully equipped with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There are two brand new cruiser bikes fully equipped with baskets, lights, bells, cup holders, rear racks, and helmets. Off-street parking for one car is provided. Professionally cleaned top to bottom after each guest so you can rest assured it will be ready for you.
Buckingham is a tiny six-block neighborhood in between New Belgium and Odell breweries. Buckingham park and the Poudre River trail are one block away. Nearby Old Town has Fort Collins' hottest spots and feature some of the best art, architecture, restaurants, bars, music venues, breweries, and coffee shops, all within walking distance.
  • The Nest was wonderful. It was small but cozy and had everything we needed. Graham and Ashlee were easy to get in contact with throughout our stay. The neighborhood was great, quiet but with friendly neighbors. We wished we had been able to stay longer!

    Kaela2017-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy, quiet, and a great size for 2 people. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the secluded courtyard. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to see. Great experience!

  • What a gem! My husband and I loved this place for a short weekend trip! Conveniently located and clean. We loved the Marshall bluetooth speaker. We only stayed one night for a wedding but would love to come back and explore the area again.

    Amy2018-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the nest! Bed and shower are amazing and the location is perfect. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Cozy for sure! Thank you for allowing us to unwind and recharge in this lovely space.

  • The Nest is one great place to stay in Fort Collins. The place is warm, welcoming and every amenity is perfect. The mattress is a dream to sleep on and the comforter and pillows are top notch. The kitchen is adorable and well stocked. The bathroom is roomy and plenty of hot water for one to take a relaxing shower after hiking around Fort Collins. Although we did not take advantage of the outside, it was still welcoming and had plenty of seating to lounge and use the outdoor grill if one was to BBQ. Please try The Nest! You won’t be disappointed.

This 1950's Quonset hut was originally the milking hand's quarters when the property was an old dairy. With curved walls topping out at 10' ceilings this is a truly unique space. It is cozy, private and quiet, with new appliances and comfortable furniture and a total of 460sq/ft. • This place is fantastic ! Perfect little get away... cozy and well worth the price !

    Rebekah2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome place, on a cozy little farm. Wish we had more time to stay.

    Austin2016-11-08T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed this charming lodging and the location. Everything was exactly as advertised. Plus extra little thoughtful touches. It was so convenient to the event at the Lincoln Center. And so peaceful. The sheep were grazing in the snow dusted pasture in the morning. And the hens blessed us with fresh eggs!

    Martha2019-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet, nice areas to walk, privacy, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, ample towels and linens, quick responses from hosts if any questions, reliable wi-fi. Very comfortable.

    Karren2019-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • This was a lovely stay, we loved the unique stay, were enchanted by the sheep and the snow outside our window, and in the winter cold we were grateful for the wonderful warm blankets and cozy beds. Full kitchen was also wonderful, and communication went seamlessly. We loved it!

    Kelly2018-12-06T00:00:00Z
  • This place is amazing. The location, the structure, and the cosines. And the hosts are great. The only issue we faced was that the place was a bit cold at night (we didn't use any of the rooms as there were not any heaters in the rooms). And the water heater wasn't working the last day we were there. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you Zack and Katie.

    Ali2018-04-18T00:00:00Z
  • I absolutely loved this place and it's unbeatable location! After we settled in, we drove up to Horsetooth reservoir for a spectacular view while enjoying the craft brew beer that our hosts left us from a local brewery called High Hops (delicious). It only took five minutes to get to the reservoir! We then drove into old town Fort Collins for some dinner. This is a really cool town, and once again, it was only 10 min away. We stayed only a night in this cozy cottage, but enjoyed waking up to fresh pressed coffee and sheep watching in our own private yard. The house was well kept, tastefully decorated, stocked with all the necessary living needs, and was very private and quiet. I just can't say enough about how awesome this place was! The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, and we cannot thank them enough for this excellent stay! We will be returning:)

    Rachel2016-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • This was truly magical. A perfect stay with beautiful views. Zach and Kati were amazing! Fresh eggs and some local beers met us at arrival. Zach even took the time to give us a farm tour! Will definitely be planning another visit to the Quonset in the future!!!

Great home 3 miles from downtown Fort Collins. Enjoy a remote setting, while also having access to all of our city's great breweries, restaurants, and shops! We're also located near many lakes and can recommend outdoor adventures for guests. For inquiring minds, we are 420 friendly.
Our house is a small homestead on 3/4-acre. The house is clean and spacious, with brand new windows throughout the bedrooms and living room! However, it is still an old house with original flooring and doors. The house is split into a duplex layout, and guests have access to their own separate entrance and large private living space, which includes three nice sized bedrooms and a big living room/dining area. This is a great space to and unwind, listen to records from our vinyl record collection, and enjoy all Fort Collins has to offer! You are a short drive, bike ride, or Uber from downtown, and have plenty of space to relax, regardless of the reason for your visit. Hosts, Allie and Joe live on the other side of the house with their two chihuahuas. The AirBnB is listed under "Entire house/apt," instead of "private bedroom" because guests have access to their own, private space. We are happy to answer any questions you may have or give you recommendations on what to do during your stay! ** Please include the correct number of guests when booking to avoid confusion on either end! ** **Some pets negotiable for a $25 fee. Just ask!**
  • Very quiet, private, and super cute! The property has a ton of character and was fun to explore the first day. Loved meeting the sweet animals and the hosts are very nice! The kitchenette was stocked with treats when we arrived and they made sure we had everything we needed and more. Very communicative and clear with us. I've never used AirBnB before and I was nervous about it, but I felt very comfortable in Dorothy's home and our privacy was not interrupted. The shared bathroom was never an issue, even with 3 of us staying. Highly recommend!!

    Rachel2017-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Dorothy's house was lovely -- very comfortable, peaceful, and conveniently located. Dorothy was an excellent host -- making herself available when needed and providing all the important info upfront, but also respectful of our privacy. The animals in the backyard made it feel extra special. I would certainly stay again.

    Hannah2016-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Dorothy's place is absolutely charming! From the colors on the walls to the mountain paintings to the goats!(My fiance loved the goats!) We felt super comfortable and content. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean, and we had plenty of privacy sharing the end of the house. We only ran into Dorothy twice and both times were in the driveway, once she even offered us fresh cherries! Although there is no air conditioning, we found that the box fan in the window at night cooled down the room plenty and we were only in the room in the evening so that worked out perfectly. We also had very easy access to Fort Collins without all the hustle and bustle we found in town which made us very happy! We definitely recommend Dorothy's as an awesome place to stay!

    Sandra2017-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great stay at Dorothy's place. She was always available via text and email should I have needed anything. I felt I had plenty of privacy during my stay. Would recommend to others coming for school and/or long trips.

    Carin2017-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Everything in the space was very nice, and it was spacious! The only bummer for us was it was REALLY warm inside. It was around 80 degrees outside while we stayed there, and the inside was really hard to cool down. Once it cooled down outside it became much better inside. Overall a really great place!

    Tiffany2017-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • This was a nice space, if a little plain. It was super neat to see the goats feeding around the backyard in the morning! It can get pretty darn hot even with fans in mid-July. Prepare accordingly.

    Ckidd20092016-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Dorothy accommodated us well and was easy to get ahold of. the house was clean and well located for us. I didn't read the description well enough to know it was a shared bath, so if that's important to you make sure you read the description. otherwise. cute house and easy check-in and check-out. thanks!

    Sarah2016-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and it's an easy drive into town. ~ Our host was friendly and gave us our privacy even though we shared a bathroom. ~ It worked well for my husband who needed an "office" for the week. The dining table served as his desk and there was lots of sunshine pouring in through the big window. ~ It was fun to have ducks and playful goats outside our bedroom window.

You're going to love living like a local in this modern, hip condo... just minutes walking to New Belgium, Odell's and the entire Fort Collins Old Town Scene! You. Will. Love. It. =) This place stays full most of the time, so don't wait. There's easy cancellation if your plans change, so Instant Book this gem NOW! You can check out all of my listings here, in case you need more options: https://www.airbnb.com/users/91565413/listings Cheers!
This place is in a super-fun location, but just far enough to be quiet. There's a king bed, a queen bed, a self-inflatable queen air mattress and amenities for six people. I hope I don't come across as crass, but please - IF YOU SMOKE, THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE LOCATION. There is an HOA rule of no smoking within 25 feet of the buildings, so 'smoking outside' is NOT allowed either. Please book a different place that is cool with outside/inside smoking. Thanks for your understanding. =) Also, there is a Skybell installed as the doorbell for guest and resident safety. So, I'll be able to help you with check-in if necessary, and can speak, see and hear everything at the front door to assist. Video can also be recorded at the front door, so please obey the house rules.
Great neighbors in an awesome HOA community. No noisy neighbors at all! The only thing I ask is that you return the favor during quiet hours, and DO NOT smoke, even outside.
  • Ryan's place was great for our visit to CSU. It was convenient to Old Town, CSU and all the other sights of Fort Collins. Ryan thoughtfully provided everything to make the stay comfortable.

Brenda was a great host, even offering to let us return to grab an item we left behind. Best of The Mountains and Town Enjoy the best of two worlds with a view! This vacation rental is located just 8 miles from Downtown Fort Collins, and eleven miles from the Colorado State University Campus but is also just 1 mile from the turn off to The Cache la Poudre River Canyon / Roosevelt National Forest and is close to Lorie State Park on Horse Tooth Reservoir.
You can enjoy a verity of near by outdoor activities, zip down and enjoy all the attractions of Fort Collins or just stay here and relax. You can enjoy the view from the deck or from inside as there are large windows all the way across the front of the house. This vacation rental sits on the side of a mountain that over looks The Cache la Poudre River Valley and The Front Range Mountains. It has world-class bird watching and you can often see eagles and hawks flying over Lake Watson and sometimes soaring right above the deck as well as hundreds of other species that either migrate through or nest in the trees on the property. The Cache la Poudre River Canyon is truly a hidden treasure, with majestic cliffs and intriguing rock formations enveloped in ponderosa and lodge pole pines and aspen. It is famous for it’s river rafting, back country skiing, fishing, hiking trails, with spectacular views of The Rocky Mountains, canyons and river valley meadows, designated wild life viewing areas for unique animals like big horn sheep / rams and is also a great place to simply take an incredibly scenic drive and stop for lunch or dinner at a restaurant if you are only here for a short while. You can watch the rams while you are eating. Downtown Fort Collins is a scenic area called Old Town that is rich in history. It is comprised of old western, false front style, stone and brick buildings with a bricked in street that provides for a pedestrian mall. It is home to numerous, wonderfully unique non-chain restaurants, all kinds of shopping, arts and crafts, world famous independent beer breweries, music and art festivals, the beer bike tour and more! The place is of rustic, mountain style décor and construction. Almost everything is made from local rocky mountain pine trees. The place is always in good shape and has a cleaning service. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures are a little bit out dated but in good working order.
  • We had a very nice stay at Michael's mountain condo! He was super accommodating and allowed us to check in early when our travel plans shifted. His place is very near several state parks for people who like to hike as well as Fort Collins.

  • Cute place with a great view. South wall facing the hills is almost all windowed. Somewhat remote location (good or bad depending on your perspective) 15-20 minutes from Downtown Fort Collins. Internet is dodgy but that's to be expected living out of the city.

  • This place is awesome. It's best if you are good with stairs. It was very clean with tons of things available in the kitchen and bathroom. The deer come right up by the house. The sunrises were so beautiful. Our favorite part was that it was just outside of town so it felt like a getaway but close enough to town to not worry if you drive back and forth a few times. I would highly recommend this place.

  • My Son stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the place and his stay. We would definitely stay at Michael's place again.

  • On the outside skirts of Fort Collins, at the foothills of the mountains lies this quit, clean, seclusive suite. Prime location! and for the money! Is awesome!. There were deer right outside my window 2 morning. Wi-Fi is extremely slow=( that would be my only complaint, I was here for business and had to use my mobile Hotspot most of the time. Othere wise I would recommend this place to anyone

  • It was a great place. Very clean and great hospitality. It was real easy to check-in too!

    Adam2018-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Will was very friendly and helpful during my short stay at his place. The house is very clean and spacious. All the amenities are fairly new and well taken care of. I was free to use anything I wanted. I hijacked his TV for several hours a day and he didn't seem to be bothered. The price of the room is also very reasonable and cheaper than I expected, compared to other places that I have stayed at in Denver. It's definitely a very good deal and I recommend his place to anyone planning on visiting Fort Collins.

You pull through a private gate into over 1.5 acres of fenced park-like property. Our hideaway is a private, one bedroom suite that has a shared entry access. It is walking distance (less than .5 miles) to City Park, less than 2 miles to downtown and about 1 mile to the edge of the Colorado State University campus.
This private suite (a licensed short term rental unit with the City of Fort Collins) shares a common entrance with the rest of the house but has its own privacy lock door. Guests share access to outside spaces where one can enjoy a short wander, several patios and seating areas or a game of bocce on our 60' court. This 600 square foot suite is divided into a large open living/dining room/kitchenette space and a separate bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The living area has a sofa and several armchairs, a wall mounted flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu with Live TV and Amazon Prime. The kitchenette has a full-sized refrigerator, compact dishwasher, regular and Keurig coffee makers, electric kettle, Breville Smart Compact toaster oven, microwave, blender, electric skillet, and an induction hot plate - with dinnerware (for 6) and cookware and utensils to prepare and serve simple meals, however, this is NOT a full-kitchen. On the rear patio, directly accessible to the suite, is gas grill with dining table and lounging chairs. On the rest of the property, there are several other spaces to relax outside.
  • Thank you for sharing your place with us, it’s truly a gem. I’d stay there a million times over. Thank you!

  • Staying at Thomas and Julie’s place was the perfect beginning to a long vacation. Everything was as advertised and more. The space is comfortable and fully stocked with any amenities you can think of. There were instructions for everything and if I had a question, all I had to do was ask and it was answered quickly. The location is perfect for a game weekend or some time on the trails. I can’t say enough good about the City Park Hideaway.

    Megan2018-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great location for spending time in Ft. Collins and the region. The space is clean, tidy and full of touches that are helpful in relaxing after a long drive. Secluded and private with a wonderful surrounding community, just like home. Had a great time just unwinding and paging through the various books Julie had out. Great nights rest and on my way. Excellent host.

  • The location was perfect for our morning visit and tour of Colorado State University. The property is very private and quiet. We were very comfortable. If we’re ever back in the area we would for sure stay again.

  • This is a very nice in law sweet, just off the main house. It had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. It was very clean. The only odd thing for me was that there was no lock for the door, except from the outside, so when I wasn't there the door was unlocked. Even so it was a very safe neighborhood and there wasn't any real concern.

One mile to the new CSU stadium...easy to stay here and have a leisurely stroll to a football game. Don't let the size of this small room fool you. Just the right size for one person. Two bathrooms shared by the whole house. You must read and agree to all of the rules and additional information. Hint, hint I'll know if you've read them.
Cozy and comfortable. Very old fashioned bed, but new mattress and box springs. Egyptian cotton blanket, luxorius sheets and pillows. The home has two shared full sized bathrooms.
We are really about four blocks from just about anything you would want in Fort Collins. We are very close to some commercial businesses i.e IHOP, so there may be some noise and since College Ave is one block away, you can hear the traffic from there also, there is a train that runs through town several times a day...early mornings and night with horns sounding. So, if you want to hear crickets chirp this might not be right for you. Please note that the house is 115 years old...you may see the occasional mouse...old houses have lots of cracks and spaces. It's not for lack of cleanliness, it just happens.
  • What a lovely little gem of a place! The bed is so comfortable and I really appreciated all of Cindy’s thoughtful touches. The bathroom was so clean and I loved the rain shower. Will definitely stay again!

I'm located on Drake Road, five minutes from the Flex bus line and Mason Trail. Across the street from the CSU veterinary hospital, you are only a few blocks South of the CSU campus. It is a 10 minute drive or bus ride from the infamous Ft Collins Old Town. There are many close shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. No add on fees at checkout! KITCHEN USE IS NOT ALLOWED.
Welcome to my Clean and Quiet home! This is a large bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a big window that looks out onto backyard. You will have shared access to a large clean bathroom with a full size tub and shower. A refrigerator, microwave and Keurig are set up in the room.
I live on a main street detached from the surrounding neighborhood. It is a high traffic area but is very safe. I haven't had any issues during the 8 years I've lived here.
  • Clean, comfy, close to lots of shops, restaurants, private bath, pretty.

  • Chris keeps a nice quiet place. Very courteous and responsive when we needed to contact him prior to our stay. It was a bit hard to find the house itself due to the way the address numbers skip on the street. No problems after we found it. I was not sure if traffic noise would be an issue since he lives on such a busy street, however, we did not hear any traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

This studio/room has a private entry, kitchenette, private bathroom with brand new shower, desk, and a queen sized bed. The exterior door faces the large private yard and welcomes the morning sun. You must like dogs and they will be sharing the yard with you. They love people but need to be by themselves so no dogs allowed in the unit. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating that you can enjoy. There aren't laundry facilities here but there is a laundromat about 1 mile away.
There is a bike available for loan and there are fantastic walking paths in the area. If I'm home and going paddle boarding on the nearby lake, you are welcome to join me. The house is quiet and hopefully the guest is too.

NEVER A CLEANING FEE OR ANY OTHER FEES. We gladly welcome verified members of AirBnB that are 25 years and older in our home just 1 blck from City Park, 2 min. from CSU Stadium and 4 min. to Old Town. You'll have a private apartment on the lower level and private entrance. 2 large bedrooms with King beds, updated bathroom and a very large living room with 55" TV and kitchenette. This is a smoke free and pet free home.
This a large space with plenty of privacy. You have a fire pit out back, horseshoes and cornhole. You can relax in the swinging chairs or warm your feet by the fire.
This is a very quiet neighborhood and family orientated
  • This is a stylish space and I had a comfortable stay. My only minor complaint is that sound carries quite easily through the flimsy plastic divider between the unit and upstairs. Overall good, though.

  • Brian and Michelle’s place was a great stay and a good find amongst all other accommodations in the Fort Collins area. Check in was a breeze and really loved that each room had its own controlled heating unit, it’s location was convenient too. Our lyft rides ranged from 6-7 dollars each way to and from old town.

  • The space is really homey and nice. Great outdoor space, and the location is pretty close to lots of shops and restaurants. Theres also a park extremely close to the house. There’s so much to do in Fort Collins, a weekend wasn’t nearly enough - but this was a really nice place to stay.

  • Super friendly couple. We stayed here for a night with our 3 dogs. The room was bigger than I expected and even had a cute little candle lit. They let us check in late (after they were already asleep), which was super nice so we didn't feel rushed to get there. This place is also pretty close to town.

  • We enjoyed staying at this house. Great location and a lot of room! There were a few issues with the house, but Pamela was very quick to respond and offer help! We would stay there again if we return to Fort Collins.

Condo boasts vaulted ceilings with sky lights, balcony with chairs, fireplace, private bedroom with private bathroom and kitchen access. Great for solo adventures and couples. Visitors will also receive a complimentary yoga class at Old Town Yoga if they so desire. It's preferred that the space remain quiet so not suitable for entertaining guests but is a great getaway for peace & relaxation.

Neighborhood is bike-friendly, beautifully landscaped with access to all the needed amenities.
  • This turned out to be a great place to stay in Fort Collins, and the host was friendly and very helpful. The room is big enough with a spacious closet and a private bathroom. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and it's conveniently located, being just about a mile away from malls with various stores, restaurants and a Cinemark.

  • Such a lovely space to spend the night. The bed was super comfy, the house had a really nice vibe, and Jake was very welcoming. If I hadn’t been so keen on hiking, I definitely would have taken him up on his free yoga class offer. I would definitely return.

  • If you are looking for a room and a bath with a comfy bed and adequate closet space, then this is a very reasonable place. It was really hot when I was there, and thankfully the room has an air conditioner. It was quiet and clean and with amenities like shampoo, conditioner and other things as well. There were some nice magazines in the room

Come stay in my spacious and sunny guest bedroom! In the friendly Capital Hill neighborhood, within minutes of Old Town, the Poudre River, Lee Martinez Park, City Park, various biking and hiking trails, and bus stop at the end of the block. Great launching point for adventures in the hills west of town. CSU just a short bus or bike ride away. Linens, towels, and queen mattress are all brand new. I am a friendly host who also respects your space and privacy. Your comfort is important to me.
I recently moved back into this two-bedroom home in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, stocking it with new beds, window coverings, linens, dishware, and many other items. Large windows bring lots of natural light to the living area from sun-up to sundown. And when it's warm out (which is often), you'll love the enormous front yard, with two decks for lounging and outdoor dining.
Capitol Hill, on the northwest edge of Old Town. My house is on a cul-de-sac, so traffic and parking are never problems here.
  • Vanessa was a terrific host. I liked her immediately and felt like we were kindred spirits. I would definitely recommend the room in her house to others, and especially to creative types - artists, writers, musicians, etc.. The room was clean and cozy and everything about my experience staying there was relaxed and comfortable. I was visiting Fort Collins for an art opening and her house was conveniently located near the art center, as well as cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house is surrounded by trees and has a big front yard. Vanessa was not only helpful, considerate and gracious as a host, but also warm, interesting and fun to get to know. It was an entirely positive experience and well worth the very reasonable cost of staying there.

  • A great place to stay and relax Vanessa was a great host !!

    Paul2017-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • Vanessa's place was wonderful! My friend and I had a great time feeling like we could relax and be at home in this beautiful FC house. The back porch was great for morning coffee and the room was very comfy and cute. A great stay overall!

    Jessica2017-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Let me make this easy for you, stop looking. Vanessa's place is so wonderful and she is a top quality hostess! Vanessa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure I did all the activities I wanted to do while I was in town. She even went to the trouble to call around to find a place I could rent fishing gear AND she did research on the local ponds sending me quality recommendations. Vanessa and her husband were so friendly and easy to talk with. I would HIGHLY recommend you stop looking and book now! :)

    Rachel2017-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent place to stay! Vanessa was welcoming and friendly, and the house was comfortable, clean and I felt right at home. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and a cozy electric fireplace. I highly recommend staying here!

  • Vanessa was amazing to work with. Super friendly and very inviting. Helped us out with getting a ride to the breweries we visited and also gave us tips on places to go. At the end of the evening she hung out with us and chatted till we all went to bed. Also, after having two of our party drop out, she called airbnb and had our rate fixed to reflect what we ended up needing. The house is within an hour walk to anything in town. Extremely clean and well kept. Overall, amazing experience.

    Jeremy2017-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place with an even more amazing host. The house is off of a dirt road in a cute cul-de-sac. It's quaint with incredible decorations. Everything was clean, towels/ necessities and food were provided. As was free wifi! The host, Vanessa was an absolute treat. Very friendly and personable. She has great knowledge of the surrounding area and is a joy to talk to! Advice: Stop looking for any other places on Airbnb, Vanessa's place is the best!

    Lilli2017-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first stay in a private room as a solo traveler. It was a great experience. Vanessa was a great host and offered many suggestions for my trip. On my last night there she even shared a home cooked dinner with me. If I ever go back to Colorado, I know where I will stay.

A private bathroom and bedroom in a garden-level apartment on a huge corner lot in the heart of Olde Town, Fort Collins. It's a mile from the University and restaurants. The single-person bedroom & bath are nicely separated from my bedroom & bath. The kitchen can be shared, as well as the small living room, which has Netflix, Youtube, and wi-fi. No TV and no pets, just a peaceful space!
A young couple lives above with a dog who only barks when the mailman comes. The room is warmly decorated with a desk for study. Netflix and Youtube are available on Visio, as well as Wi-fi. No TV and No pets. The small kitchen does not have a microwave or toaster oven, and is a shared kitchen. There is washer & dryer in laundry room off the kitchen.
It's a garden-level apartment (lower level) of a nice house on a corner lot- very quiet neighborhood. A young couple lives above with a dog that barks only when the mailman comes.
  • Very polite, clean, accommodating, Left homemade pumpkin bread out every morning (which was delicious), made sure I was happy with everything (which I was). Made space for my own food in fridge/freezer (I was there for 10 days), allowed me to use washer/dryer. It was my first time using AirBnB, and staying at Connie's was everything I could have hoped for and more.

Enjoy all Old Town Fort Collins has to offer from this modern and clean private bedroom and attached private bathroom. Walk less than a half mile to New Belgium Brewing or go a little further to enjoy many other breweries and Old Town square. To explore more, make use of the neighborhood bike share. The highlight of this room is a lovely view of Greyrock. One adult and two kitties share the communal spaces.
My home is clean, modern and comfortable. But the best part of my home is its close proximity to some of the best places in Fort Collins.
In less than a mile you can access Old Town Square, New Belgium, Odells, and the Poudre River trail. Local recreation areas in Horsetooth Mountain Park, Lory State Park and the Poudre River canyon offer incredible hiking, running, biking rafting and skiing. Whether you’d like a perfectly flat bike ride to one of the 20+ breweries in town or an adventure in the mountains of northern Colorado, my home is a perfect starting point.

Her place is less than a mile from Old Town, which was a great experience. We wandered over and listened to a live band, had a delicious dinner, shopped some, and got dessert. It was charming. Great location!

  • This is a great place. Just book it before someone else does. It’s a quiet neighborhood so it’s was very restful. I walked to New Belgium brewing and then to downtown....and then back to Megan’s place so it is pretty close to all the action. I used Uber my second night, which was only $8 each way with very little wait time. I highly recommend.

One mile to the new CSU stadium...easy to stay here and have a leisurely stroll to a football game. Romantic four poster bed in this super cozy and private main floor bedroom. You must read and agree to all of the rules and additional info. Hint, hint I'll know if you've read them. Two bathrooms shared by the whole house. Bike friendly, low traffic street that leads straight to Old Town.
This room may be substituted with an upstairs room based on prior bookings.. main floor bedroom has a comfy four poster queen sized bed. There is a full bath off the kitchen with shared house use. (you have to walk through common areas to get to the bathroom. Plush bathrobes are included for your use during your visit.
We are really about four blocks from just about anything you would want in Fort Collins. We are very close to some commercial businesses i.e. IHOP, so there may be some noise and since College Ave is one block away, you can hear the traffic from there also, there is a train that runs through town several times a day...early mornings and night with horns sounding. So, if you want to hear crickets chirp this might not be right for you. Please note that the house is 115 years old...you may see the occasional mouse...old houses have lots of cracks and spaces. It's not for lack of cleanliness, it just happens.

With authentic paintings on the wall and a queen-size bed, you'll find this private studio space very comfortable and sunny.
Indian Hills is a quiet neighborhood in biking distance to Old Town, CSU and Poudre Valley Hospital. With side streets and mature trees, this well-established neighborhood has a great deal of charm.
  • Awesome private studio! Will come back

    Artem2019-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • This little home is more of a studio/condo with an added touch of a quaint bed & Bed flair! The pictures don't do it justice. It really wasn't a theme western, but more soothing and cozy, which was a lot nicer for my needs and taste. It is nice and spacious as stated. A nice pastry was welcoming after a five hour drive from my home in Aspen. There was also fresh fruit, yogurt and an abundance of teas and coffee to choose from. There is a completely private entrance, yard and a parking spot in the driveway. Inside you have a spacious refrigerator, microwave and a large modern kitchen sink and a new faucet. The shower was strong and hot. If there were any questions, I could easily get Joann through the hallway that adjoins both living places. It was very quiet and the bed was cozy. A wall of windows made it easy to enjoy the scenic back yard. The location couldn't be beat. Although, it was situated on a quiet residential street it was an easy few minutes car drive or bike to College Drive. That's where all the action takes place. I was able to get much of what I needed to accomplish at this home in the heart of Ft. Collins.

    Robin2017-08-03T00:00:00Z

    DeAna2017-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • A quaint place to stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable (more than my bed at home). The bathroom was very modern and clean and yet managed to keep the same quaint feel of the bedroom. The host supplied yogurt, fruit milk juice and as well as tea and coffee which was a big help to us. It saved us time and money. With a private access and a window that overlooks a quiet back yard it was like having our own little cabin. Perfect getaway :).

    Edwina2017-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Joann was incredibly accommodating from the start. The space was tidy, well-decorated, and away from the street so it was pleasantly quiet at night. • We enjoyed our stay at Josh and Adrienne house. The place was in immaculate condition and very clean. We liked being able to walk in to town, having our own bathroom, and the little things like the cupboard space provided to put our luggage. They're also great hosts, friendly and accommodating.

  • Josh and Adrienne are great hosts and made us feel welcome in their home. As AirBNB guests, there's a fine line between being respectful of the hosts and their home while also feeling free to use the amenities posted in the listing to make our stay complete. We especially appreciated that Josh and Adrienne opened kitchen cabinets and showed us where everything was located so we didn't have to sleuth and snoop to find anything. Our stay was perfect. Thank you.

  • This was my first Airbnb trip...Josh & Adrienne set the bar very high! I loved everything about this experience. The description was 100% accurate but didn't expect all the attention to detail. They are wonderful hosts and enjoyed delicious coffee and getting to know them. Extremely helpful and knowledgable about Fort Collins and surrounding area activities. If I'm lucky, I'll get to stay with them on my next trip.!

  • Our trip to Fort Collins was everything we had hoped it would be! Josh and Adrienne were wonderful hosts; we felt like we had traveled to see old friends. They were more than generous in making us a delicious breakfast in the morning and took time out of their weekend to chat with us on the back porch. We were having such a good time we almost missed the wedding we flew in for! The location of their home was great as we were able to walk to restaurants and breweries with ease. Although they are by a busy intersection, we didn't have any issues with noise. The two pups were also very low key and didn't cause any issues. Overall, we would highly recommend the Quaint Old Town Cottage!

    Kathleen2015-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Josh and Adrienne's home. The room and the rest of the house was clean and fresh. We were extremely satisfied with our two day stay. Even though we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Josh and Adrienne, they contacted us to make sure we arrived okay. The location was also a plus. It was close to old town which was minutes away from the rehearsal dinner and the wedding we attended that weekend. We highly recommend their place to anyone.

My blue room is close to CSU and the Campus West area, great nightlife, public transport, city park and plenty of restaurants. You’ll love my blue room because of the super comfy bed and mellow atmosphere. Plus, the proximity of CSU and many breweries. Plus we are dog and 420 friendly. We have three dogs of our own. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The room includes a small dorm size fridge and a Keurig coffee maker.
The blue room is a super comfy, quiet space that allows dogs. The room has a Keurig, and mini fridge and a large TV with 300+ channels. There is a desk for work and a exceptionally comfortable bed to make sure you get all the rest you need.
This is a very busy college neighborhood and can be noisy, however we have very good windows and you will only notice the noise if you are in the yard or have your windows open.

  • My friend and I stayed here with her dogs. Rae's dogs are friendly and she cares a lot about her guests - the room was well equipped with nice bed and own air conditioner & small fridge. I would definitely come stay here if I do visit Fort Collins again.

Located just 5 minutes from CSU. Your space includes 1 bedroom with queen size bed, closet space, drawers, ceiling fan, and 1.5 shared bathrooms with shower/bath tub. You may or may not be sharing bathroom depending on if one other guest room is booked. Common areas of the house include the Living room with 60" TV and XBox, an extra bathroom, Laundry room with washer and dryer, Kitchen with all cooking utensils provided. We are very friendly and easy going here and look forward to meeting you!
Your bathroom is located right across the hall from your bedroom. While it is shared with another vacant bedroom in the house, it will be your own private bathroom if that other room does not also have a guest staying in it. You are welcome to use the laundry room, kitchen, and TV/Stereo/Blu-ray Disc Player/Video game systems in the living room. Smoking is only allowed outside and I am fine with you smoking marijuana if you so choose.
Very nice, quiet upscale neighborhood with plenty of parking, trails and parks are within walking distance. My street does not get a lot of traffic as it is not a through street.
  • I booked with Ryan less than an hour before arriving. When we showed up he was very welcoming and it didn't seem to matter. His house is super cute and in a very homey neighborhood. Room is exactly as pictured. Very simple and perfect for a nights rest. I would stay there again!
