Spacious Home, Jacuzzi Tub in Master, Near MSU!

Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood close to MSU, LCC, Sparrow Hospital, Downtown Lansing, Shopping at Eastwood Mall, and a quick walk to parks, restaurants and coffee shops. This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.

Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.

You have entire second floor; living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, WiFi, cable TV. Laundry room in basement, large backyard. Easy access to MSU by bus or walking. We share the front door, you walk through living room to the door to the apartment. NO CLEANING FEE OR SECURITY DEPOSIT. It is legal to park on the street overnight. Lansing is Eastern Time Zone.
