This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

Relax at this pet-friendly waterfront boathouse retreat set on 4 scenic acres with panoramic water views. Located closest to the water within a quiet two-home compound, this home features a spacious boathouse deck ideal for relaxing, four waterfront lounge chairs, arcade games, ping pong, board games, wood burning fireplace and a Peloton bike. Open living areas and comfortable sleeping for up to 10 guests make this ideal for families and group getaways. Boat lift is unfortunately not available.
