it is also very clean the kitchen is equipped and can be cooked. the bathroom is very good and the location is very close to the basilica. the only thing is that there is no big car but I leave it outside and there was no problem. neighborhood very safe. it was very enjoyable my stay

Carlos’ place was incredible—it exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, bright, and had plenty of cozy spots to retreat to for some quiet time. The kitchen was especially impressive—large and inviting, making it the perfect gathering place for our family as we prepared meals together. The pool was a fantastic bonus! We heated it on the last day of our stay, and it stayed warm throughout the day. Even without the heater, it was a refreshing escape on hot afternoons. Having a security guard on-site added an extra sense of safety. He was quiet, respectful, and very friendly, providing helpful information whenever we needed it. We only saw him when we reached out, and he was always kind and professional. Carlos was also incredibly responsive, making our stay even smoother. The house was conveniently located near Central Park and great restaurants, yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—we would absolutely stay here again!

The location is excellent, the place is very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean, it matches the photos in the description and indeed because it is in a busy area, it makes the noise constant, but it doesn't cause a problem falling asleep.

An unforgettable experience from the beginning of the reservation. The host kicks off that experience with his friendliness and attention. The place is very beautiful, the conditions in which it is located are excellent and recommended is truly easy after such a comfortable, private and safe stay. The adult pool, children's pool, and jacuzzi make the place an environment for all groups wishing to travel and unwind. I am definitely hoping to return soon.

Definitely one of our favorite spots!!!! Not just because the place is beautiful but because of the excellent service of the host. We had a nice week and felt right at home. The villa is beautifully decorated and you can see that all the details are taken care of to make guests find everything cute and clean. The apartment is very spacious, cozy and peaceful. The resort in which it is located is safe and very well cared for. We loved this space in Antigua 😍

We stayed here for a family of four trip for one week. The location was great, it was easy to walk to the historic center and to restaurants, sites, grocery, etc. The home is in a gated residential community, so very quiet and safe. The home had everything we needed, very comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Our kids enjoyed the pool when we were not sightseeing. The cleaning service was great and they came when convenient for us. The host was very responsive when asked for recommendations on hikes in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Antigua and this was a great place to unwind at when we were done for the day.

This place is worthwhile for those who visit the IRTRA parks, it is very cute and comfortable and easily accessible. Yeyson is very accessible and always attentive. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool keeps it clean. It's also worth it for vacationing and staying enjoying the house that looks like a little hotel. The only thing is that the electricity is irregular in the sector and that can cause problems for the use of air conditioners and fans and although the weather in the area is usually pleasant during our visit the heat was strong, but it is not something decisive, I would return to the place despite this. I recommend renting this property.

Sofia was very responsive and gave us detailed instructions, which made it easy to check in. There is additional paid parking across the street which made it easy for the additional car to park. The place is beautiful and within 15 minutes from the main park. There are lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Overall loved our stay there!
