The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. The flat is on the raised ground floor.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

A scenic pathway lined with lush trees runs alongside the water. A wooden bench is positioned near the waterfront, offering a place to relax and enjoy the view. A lamp post stands nearby, providing illumination along the promenade.

Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage. Schnelles Internet und NETFLIX.

Margrit is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. Her apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable with her and would book the accommodation again for a short trip at any time.

Beautiful stay at Lake Constance! The apartment was just perfect – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location was unbeatable: just a few steps away from Überlinger See and also the Therme Überlingen was easy to reach. It was wonderful to start the days with a walk by the lake and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the surroundings. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome from the beginning. I can fully recommend this place and will definitely be happy to come back!

apart from the fact that Guido as well as Gabi are absolutely inspiring and warm people, the weekend was pure relaxation. the place was so great, cozy and decorated with a lot of heart.
