Our house Sonnengruß is completed in spring 2022. Six beautiful and comfortably equipped apartments have been created here in the heart of the Linzgau. 90 square meters of living space invite you to feel good, spread out, vacation! Close enough to be far enough to be far enough! Enjoy the quiet and nature in the hinterland and the proximity of Lake Constance with its many attractions and sights! There is a lot to discover and do! :) Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The duplex apartment is located in the stylishly renovated Rothen Stall in Teufen, built in 1833. The view of the over 180-year-old roof beams and the modern furnishings create a unique atmosphere. The kitchen with bar table and stools, the living room with corner sofa and desk and the bedroom with double bed under the roof radiate tranquility and coziness. From the living room, the view extends to the Säntis. Shopping and public transport are right outside the front door.

The village offers untouched nature, countless cycling and hiking trails and is ideal for families, recreation seekers and nature lovers. Lindau/Lake Constance, Wangen/Allgäu, Lindenberg are approx. 12 km away. Bregenz (festival!) can be reached in approx. 15 km. The sunny room is a bedroom / living room with a king-size bed for two people and a single bed. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi on request and SAT-TV. It has a kitchenette and a writing desk.

It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Chalet "Bodensee Oberschwaben" in Horgenzell is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The 64 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV with streaming services. The special feature of this accommodation is the private sauna.

Our dream house is located in the middle of the agricultural zone. The unobstructed view of the gentle, green hills fills us with happiness and gratitude every day. Watching the young deer playing is one of the most beautiful things for us. We live here in our little paradise... We are happy to share our idyll, because as the saying goes: A joy shared is a joy doubled! :-)

Our apartment "Color" is FINISHED! The bright and colourfully furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house. Two bedrooms for up to 4 guests, 3 more sleeping accommodations in the attic.
