The night at Udo was as described in the ad. A large room with a private bathroom, even cutlery / dishes for breakfast or similar, coffee maker / kettle, everything is thought of here and is very clean, I felt very comfortable.

Udo communicated well and quickly. Even when arriving at 10 p.m. he showed us the large room and the separate bathroom and was very friendly. There was even a fridge with beer and red wine for a small financial contribution. Can only recommend Udo as a great host.

Valentina is a very friendly host with great hospitality. The living space provided was comfortable and all amenities can be used without restrictions. Highly recommended place to stay!

Approximately I spent 5 weeks in Valentina's accommodation and overall I was very satisfied! Sometimes I had the whole apartment for myself, sometimes there were other residents. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared with up to 4 other flatmates (each 2 per room) in total there are with this room so 3 bedrooms. All information about the apartment and the room of Valentina are correct and everything was very clean. After each guest's departure, Valentina or someone from your family came by to clean. In the apartment everything is available, what you need. Of course not in the most luxurious version, but still good enough. The best thing about the stay was definitely the helpfulness and friendliness of Valentina and your family - be it at the check in (late check in), the move out (also very late), other questions or even providing a parking space. That was really wonderful. In sum, I can definitely recommend the accommodation, if you enjoy meeting other people (or if you at least have no problem with it) and if you can accept that the apartment (kitchen / dining area) in the Styles of an old building and is located on one of the main streets of Heimsheim.

Valentina's place is amazingly clean. She and her husband were very warm and hospitable as well! They always offered to help with whatever I needed, and that was much appreciated. Would really recommend staying there :)

Valentina and her husband are great host and if you have issues they help you to solve them. Spent 3-4 night per week over 4 Months in her place. Apartment has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, washmaschine, drier etc.

I was a guest for a month in the apartment and can not complain. The apartment is brand new, very modern and (almost) all equipped with what you need for everyday life. Even a base of consumer products will be provided. The apartment can only recommend. :)

Stefan is a very open-minded host, who has transformed an older house in beautiful, modern apartments. It is very pleasant to live here, because Stefan has thought of everything and is always available for questions. Especially for Porsche employees of this house is a perfect tip. The apartment is great with all the important facilities. David is very helpful and always polite. The location fits perfectly for the guests, who have something to do with development center Weissach, Porsche. There is direct connection from Mönsheim, Marktplatz. Only downside is, everything is very close together.

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. It is very close to Porsche which was ideal for my travel to work each day taking only 5 or 10 minutes. David was very easy to contact and quick to reply to any of my messages.

We enjoyed our stay more than the expectations. It's really a pleasant and lovable place to stay with family. As stated icon "Sweet Home" on entrance door, it absolutely mean to it. The friendly nature of the Host couple helped us alot in the new place to explore and easily acquainted with all the first experience things. The Host is very friendly and helped my family wherever we seek the help from him. He is so kind hearted. My kids also had more fun with him. He provided all the needs in the home as described. Overall our initial stay in Germany at your place is so memorable. :-)

Norbert and Ute are very nice and friendly hosts. The two weeks at her beautiful house was really great! Check in was very fast. In addition, I was also invited to the local village festival by the host. The whole house is very clean and tidy, the feeling is just like home. The location is great too. 5km away from Porsche. 25min from Daimler in Sindelfingen by car. Pretty scenery and friendly neighbors in the community. No matter vacation or business trip, I like to recommend the house!

Norbert and Ute are fantastic hosts. After an exhausting day of late flights, missed connections and lost luggage, we arrived to find that Ute had stocked the fridge with groceries so we would be able to have a meal. The home is beautiful and has everything you might need, even air conditioning. One thing to note is that this home is a turn of the century home so it is not great for those with mobility issues because of stairs. But if you can handle stairs, I highly recommend Ute and Norbert as hosts. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was wonderful. As it was said, almost all the week the apartment was completely at my disposal. On weekends, Cristian and his wife cooked a delicious lunch.

The room is very nice,warm,clean with a big bed for two persons to stay.The house its new and also the neighbourhood.Suitable place for travellers or workers.Mr Cristian is a very good host and polite person.I would prefer his room again.

Although it is a basement apartment it is bright , very clean place and fully equipped kitchen , good size bathroom with large shower and good bedroom with lots of wardrobe space (if needed) the bedroom had a window for ventilation but no view, this didn't bother me. It is very quiet here at night so you can sleep easily. Comfy sofa, large TV and WiFi, the WiFi can be a little temperamental but in all it is good for Skype calls and surfing. There is a good attention to detail and some nice thought out touches to the apartment which does make a difference and shows the host has put some time and effort into the presentation. The local town is a short 10min walk away , I was working 7 days so I didn't get any time to explore the town, but it does appear to have all you need. Yes I would stay here again , probably the best air BnB stay so far.

Beautiful and well-kept and functionally equipped apartment in a quiet apartment house. Quiet residential area. Ideal for 1 max. 2 people who want to take care of themselves. Kitchen is new and the main utensils are available. Many Einkaufsmöglichķeiten in town, quite within walking distance. Underground parking space additionally available for rent. All in all, I was very satisfied and can recommend the property 100%. And should something be missing, simply contact the landlord.
