I truly loved to stay at Bella's place. The communication with her was perfect, because she responded straight away to all my requests. But the best part was that I was their first guest in their new apartment! Everything is really clean and this apartment really felt like home. Cooking in the kitchen and lounging in the living room/balcony was really relaxing in this quiet neighborhood. I think for the price i paid it's one of the best value you can get in cebu! Thank you! I will definitely be back!

Perfect place to getaway from busy city life. Her place is a gem in Liloan. We had an absolutely great and relaxing weekend at Bella's place. Place is too clean and cozy; highly recommended. Enjoyed cooking there too. WiFi is fast enough for me to finish my online report as well. Communication is great too. Fast response from Bella and her caretaker. What a place !! what a host !! I never experienced before so GREAT host and spotless apartment. Everything is just perfect quiet location far from city noise close to the beach fast WiFi fully equipped kitchenette clean a/c filter .. list can go on and on...I stayed for 8 nights and I will come back only to be under Bella wings again. Five stars ranking is not enough to describe what Bella offers it's at least 10 HUGE STARS. I would recommend for some current & future Airbnb hosts to visit Bella apartment to be trained how to treat quests. Highly recommended.

SUPERHOST! You will be very welcome to this modern 2 storey duplex with plenty of light and space in the heart of Cebu City. It was a pleasure meeting Jane, Edgar(Jane's husband), Kyrie(Son), and Joshua(Helper). The host was so hospitable, thoughtful, and generous. It was a pleasure to say how wonderful our stay was. It turned out to be exactly as depicted in their Airbnb Overview description, with a touch of first class experience. Staying at Jane's home is truly one of the smooth and best travel experiences I have ever had! Starting with the excellent communications with Jane where she answered all of my questions promptly, to arriving and Edgar(Jane's husband) picking us up and taking us all the way to their Beautiful House. Having this kind of set-up was a real luxury that made things easy for us and Edgar(Kuya) is really nice. Sleeping in their place feels like home. To be honest, I didn't have any trouble at all when sleeping. The rooms are clean, fresh, and I'm really sure that you'll get a good night's sleep. We took the chance and grab their transportation tour offers of Round South Tour and City Tour. You wouldn't find any other offer like this in the city. It's cheap, affordable, and reasonable. The tour was SUPERB! We were able to maximize our time and If you're a fan of long drives and road trips with excellent choice of music, don't go anywhere else and take this tour! Oh one thing you should look forward to, Kuya Edgar has a great voice and a good singer. Even if you wanted to sleep along the way, you'll forget about it because of the good entertainment while traveling to your next destination. If you have time, you can cook and bring it on your tour. You can save a lot of money. Trust me, most of the food stalls near your destinations aren't that cheap. I'm a budget-minded traveler so that's one of the budget tips I can share. Wet clothes? No problem! You can ask an assitance and get your laundry in the washer. They have an available laundry area and Joshua(helper) is really thoughtful and will assist you to the best of his ability. This place is a family/kid friendly. Speaking of which, Kyrie is so adorable! Cuteness Overload! :) And on our last day, they made us breakfast free of charge. I'm not sure if Jane or Joshua prepared the food but it was exactly what you need to start your day. Me and my Family are really thankful for helping us to make this birthday celebration tour possible and an enjoyable experience. We definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for anyone. Vacation worthwhile, the accommodation was great the entire house was clean and well kept Jane and her husband ED were beyond my imagination, very nice people we were offer free ride from the airport regardless of the delay in flight ED still waited for us until we all arrive I really recommend them and I'm sure we re going bck to cebu soon. Our stay here was a blast! The owners were very accomodating. Kuya edgar is so nice he took us to places not even on our agreed itenerary. The place is very cozy and relaxing and the neighbourhood is so quiet. They are so generous they even prepared us brekfast on our last day. I highly recommend their accomodation and tour services.

Our stay here was perfect! Number of rooms and baths were accurate. They even opened the aircon ahead of time so it's cold na in our rooms. They also have complimentary shampoo, soap and towel. On our first day, they made us breakfast free of charge!! They service was so good we are definitely coming back!!! We love Kuya Edgar, Ate Jane and Joshua!! Jane is a great host! We felt at home in their place and the rooms are well-maintained and spacious. We appreciate the early check-in as well as the courtesy pick-up from the airport by her husband. Josh, their helper, is very accommodating and attentive to our needs, too. The only concern we have is their location, though it's easy to book a GrabCar, it would always cost you more than Php200++ to get to and from their place to the city/major malls. Other than that, everything is excellent. Their home is still highly recommended :)

Jane and her husband Edgar are such a nice people. They are very sweet and very helpful. Our stay at their house is like having an overnight at your friends house. They entertain us like real friends does. We super enjoy their company especially their super cute baby. The room is very clean and comfortable as seen on the posted pictures. They even offer free transportation from the airport to their place and not to mention free breakfast. Edgar also helps us with our itenirary and the transportation on the places we wanted to visit in cebu. We will definitely book again and will recommend this place to my friends! House is nice. Must highlight that the only mode of transpo anytime of the day is habal habal coming out of Aldea, Other than that it was ok.

what u see is what you get in the picture. toiletries that's available is 1 towel (even if there's 2 guest), handwash and bathsoap. there are utensils available that's suitable for 2-3 people. the location od the area is traffic and congested, so if you need ro go somewhere else make sure to allot ample time. the worst that happened to us is that we were not able to take a shower before our early check in since there is no water in the faucet and in the shower. Note: Host is very particular with rating, but i believe that all traveller s should give an honest and fair feedback for thw benefit of others. She even requested for me not to give feedback if i won't give her a 5 rating.

Located at Mandaue area. About 25-30mins travel time from airport to hotel due to heavy traffic all the time.

It's a good hotel room in Cebu city. It is clean and comfortable.and welcome market and massage are next to the hotel, you can just go there on foot for less than 10 minutes.

Great place!

Eduardo's apartment is totally new. As a host i can tell that they made their best and keep improving it. The zone is really secure with security in the entrance and a mall just in the main road. Perfect if you are a couple and better if you are a big family as we are. Eduardo and his family are lovely and they will help you in any way they can. I fully recommend the apartment and we will surely come back in our next visit.

Eduardo is an amazing host. If we could give him 10 stars instead of just 5 stars, we would not have any hesitation. He is very hospitable, friendly and has a lot of initiatives. The place is packed with all you need, snacks, breakfast that you can order, playing cards and even a flat iron. The place is even better than the pictures. Everything was clean when we arrived. For our transportation needs, he can offer to bring you to where you want to be with his Hilux. Definitely a great experience!!!

Lee was such a nice host. Although we have not met her personally, she was prompt on replying to our text messages. The room was great! Typical studio condo unit. Double sized bed with a pull out bed so great if there are 3 people staying. The location was nice too since its in the middle of the city. Its near 711, Bos Coffee Shop, we even walked our way to Ayala. We really wish we can stay here again on our next visit.

Lee is a very gracious host! Upon discovering that we had problems with our cable TV, she went out of her way to personally replace it with her own cable box, just so we could use it that day. The unit is also very well maintained, with lots of extra sets of sheets, blankets, towels etc. And since I'm also a tidy-freak myself, I was pleased to find a lot of kitchen cleaning aids, washing liquids, detergents, etc. available for my use. I also appreciated Lee's consideration in allowing us to extend our stay even at a short notice. Kudos to the host and hoping to stay at her place again in the future!

All the previous reviews are accurate. The unit was more spacious than how it looks in the photos. The place was very clean and maintining cleanliness is easy as cleaning tools are readily available. I also appreciate how the host is very thoughtful. I really appreciated the availability of drinking water and the pair of slippers during my stay. The unit's location is very convenient. I did not have problems with transportation. The lobby guards (as well as the building's maintenance staffs) are very friendly and are very helpful. Security was not a problem. The host was also prompt with replying to my concerns and was always available for any queries or concerns. Transactions were hassle-free and my whole stay was very smooth. The place was comfortable. We needed cooking utensils such as frying pan, pots and Vivian/Manang Aga were both willing to provide. It was my first airbnb experience but I think I will enjoy my staycations more in a homey setup such as Maya's in comparison with hotels.

Staying at the French Villa made our Cebu stay much more enjoyable. Each time we visit Cebu, our main priority is always to spend quality time with family. The villa allowed 16 family members to fit comfortably in one house and still have plenty of room for other family members to come visit and hang out. The kids, especially, enjoyed their pool 'parties' with their cousins. While our stay at the villa came with its share of flaws, the service provided by the villa's staff is what really made the villa stand out to us, most especially the service provided by Mr. Jun and Harry. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had the best stay! Their efforts were greatly appreciated, and it is because of the attentive and personal service they provided that I would recommend this villa over any other luxury hotel in Cebu. We had a great stay at the Villa. We stayed there for a week for our workation with our staff. The staff are on hand and are very friendly and a great help. I could not fault our whole stay from pick up to departure, it was perfect! *****

When staying overnight, it's better to make a reservation together with a rental car in Vila as an option. The butler and the housemaid are very kind.

The French Villa, a beautiful place to stay! The house is big, clean with elegant furnishings and has a welcoming atmosphere. Wifi was fast and can easily connect to the big TV screen provided, great for movie marathon, Zumba session and others. The pool is safe (not slippery), sound system was great. We were delighted with their welcome drinks, snacks and fruits. Harry and the whole team were very attentive to our needs. The hosts, Jomar and Hazel, quickly responded to my queries and they are easy to communicate with. We enjoyed a lot and had a great time in the villa.

Our stay at the The French Villa was absolutely fantastic! Hazel was extremely helpful on the lead up to our long journey from the States and replied instantly, no matter how small or tedious the question was. The villa itself was much more than we could have hoped for! It is such a beautifully designed large House with an intriguing pool, a huge landscaped garden and a stunning view to the city. Having the car and driver was incredibly useful and in a place like Cebu where everything is quite a distance away, it was super convenient. The staff is outstanding, always with a big smile accommodating all of our needs, When Mia found out that we love Pasta and vegetables they tailored our dishes accordingly. We ended up spending most of our time just relaxing in the villa!

The place is overall good. The only issue is that we can't seem to reach the host at the time of our stay, we have some things to ask but was not able to get an answer. Nonetheless, I never regretted our stay.

Shiony's place is VERY cozy. I really enjoyed my stay there. There is a small balcony in front of the room with a table and chair where you can write or draw. And there is also a porch on the 1st floor to sit and chill. Shiony is very kind and helpful. We chatted a lot during my stay, and she shared many useful informations about Philippines. She also took me around Cebu city. I definitely recommend Shiony's place! Thank you so much for your hospitality and friendliness Shiony! :)

Shiony and her friend is such a fantastic host.The room and house is so clean. The air ventilation is perfect. You will really feel like home.From the Airport you can take a bus going to SM Cebu the fare is only P25 then from sm cebu you can take a jeepney going to their place or taxi approx P125 As for the location. The motorcycle or taxi is available 24 hours. Also the Jeepney going to SM Cebu and clubs like Mango is just 1 ride away from their Village which is Holy Spirit in Basak Brgy Pinagsabungan. The fare is P8 to P10. I surely reccommend their place. I will come back soon and bring friends: ) 5 star stay Indeed what a lovely stay I got.

Shiony and Brice were great hosts. They were both hospitable and nice. Communication was good since they're really fast in answering queries. Staying at the room was also good though it would have been better if there was an airconditioner since it was really sleeping in the room, specially during the afternoon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiony's place. She was a great host, and we were also lucky enough to have her partner Brice around. Please note the check-in time is 8am to 2pm, as Shiony works late shifts. This worked out ok for us, but should be mentioned in case people do not notice it at first. They have a large inflatable outdoor pool which really helped us cool off during the intense daytime heat. There were basic cooking facilities, more than enough to make any meals or hot beverages you need, though there are several cheap food stands at the main road meaning you may not even use the kitchen at all. The internet was very fast too, measured at 20Mbps as stated in the advert. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Staying at Shiony's Place is Superb! we feel like we're at home. Internet is so fast :), outdoor inflatable pool is amazing, we can cook meal with no extra charge, and most specially they treat us like there own family. I guess at the end of the day that's the important thing that "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." - it's super sulit stay at cebu. Definitely i will recommend to stay here to those traveller like us.

Jeff is a hospitable host. He kept giving me the clue about how to go to the house when we were taking a taxi to there. Unfortunately, the taxi driver doesn't know the place. So Jeff went out from his office to pick us up. So thankful about that. The house is nice and clean. There are some house keepers work there to assist guests to check in and check out. It is very helpful. The inside decoration of the house is morden and beautiful. We all like staying there.

The unit and amenities are really great. Had a good time at the place and the beds were so comfy. The experience was comparable to 4-Stars hotels I've been to. Keep it up!

If you want to stay at somewhere (a little) secluded from the noise of the city buzz, Jeff's place is definitely one on your list. You may really need to install Grab or Uber apps for easier transpo service. However, if you want to have an exercise, you may opt also to walk or jog if you would like to go at the area for public transport vehicles. The unit was clean and would really give you a homey feeling. Their housekeeper is also very nice and attentive on our needs. Lastly, the host, Jeff was very responsive and gave us such a hassle-free transaction despite our very short notice (morning of the same day of our check-in). Overall, I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely consider booking here again if I'll visit Cebu City.

This place is great for the backpacker type or for those who want to meet some locals/ friends, Norbert's sister Lea is very nice as well as their helper Julito was a great pleasure to meet them. :)

You get what you pay for. Basic but clean and close to shops further down. You have to like cockerels trying to outdo each. Best bring earplugs until you get used to them. No other nuisances at all. Worth every penny...peso

I preety much enjoyed my staying here. The only thing I hated was chicken crying which every time sounds even at dawn. But, Its price is very good and room size is so wide compare to any other accommodations here. I recommand here to men travellers who can believe the safety of Cebu and the kindness of Cebunians.

Norbs place was the perfect location for our short two-day stay in Mandaue. His place is close to a mall that had everything we needed - restaurants, grocery, cinema, etc. The place itself is clean and comfortable. We never got to meet Norbs in person since he's based abroad, but I really appreciated how he was very communicative online and was always ready to answer questions and even took time to ask how our stay was going despite being busy and the time difference!

Beautiful room/building and facility! (looks better in person than in pictures) Make sure to check with owner for amenities so you can bring them beforehand since the walk to the store can be quite far. The host in itself was very accommodating also.

Grand Residences Cebu This is my first Airbnb and I only have good words for it. Siblings Ed and Chat both did an excellent job for my stay. I arrived in the afternoon of March 2, 2017 at the Mactan Cebu International Airport and took a cab to the condo unit. The travel was about an hour and as soon as I arrived, Chat, Ed's sister warmly welcomed me and showed me the unit right away. For formality's sake, they will take a photocopy of your passport/ID. The unit is located along Gov. M. Cuenco Ave., Cebu city. Tell the cab driver to go to Castle Peak Hotel in Mabolo and turn into Pres. Roxas Street and drive all the way to the very end (which is at the same time the condo entrance). Security will also ask if you are a guest or a renter or a unit owner. The unit is located on the 16th floor and offering a wonderful views of the city. Outside of the building and after a few steps is a pizza place, a bakery, laundry shops and convenience stores. You can also take a public transportation if you wish... Chat is very accessible and is ready to answer to all of your questions. The unit has a really good air conditioning, a super fast wifi, a small kitchen, a fridge, some utensils and cutleries that you may use. It's a got a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe cabinet. It also has a cable TV and shower. The personnel downstairs at the lobby are all ready to help you especially if you need a taxi. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Ed's unit and will for sure go back and recommend to my friends. Thanks, Manuel

We checked in to this place for September of this year and it's one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Great location, security, and accessibility to public transport/Uber/cabs. It offers a stunning view of the city, and it's a stone's throw away from Cebu I.T. Park. The bed, linens, etc. are all quality. Kenneth, too, is very responsive, and assisted us as we are not from the area. He even suggested a list of go-to destinations near the place. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would book again.

I'm a frequent traveller and I would say that Suzane's unit was one of my favorite abode. The unit itself was clean, quiet and indeed relaxing. It was equipped with the necessary appliances that you might need during your stay. I personally enjoyed the entertainment system. She has this blockbuster movies compiled in a USB and I loved watching it before going to sleep. It felt like I was in an exclusive movie theater. The whole place is just as it is promised. The condo bldg is well secured. I enjoyed my stay very much and Suzane was nice to me and very accomodating. I will definitely recommend her place and will stay here when I get to visit Cebu again. The place is clean and safe. Security is 24 hours. The receptionist is approachable and accomodating. The only issue is the poor wifi connection and weak water pressure. But overall our stay is comfortable. Good place to stay.

The room is clean and the receptionist is very helpful. She lend us electric kettle for our coffee and help us order our food for dinner. Host is responsive as well. Wifi and water pressure is okay. There is a small ref for your food too. It would be better if they would use air freshener since it is a new room. It smells bad when we first entered the room. Also, a bidet is a must have for the restroom. All in all its a great value for money. :)

This place was a nice. It was smaller than what i expected. The room was clean and comfortable to live in. The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. She even got a habal-habal for us because we can't speak their language. The place was a bit far from the center of cebu. Overall, my stay was comfortable.

Hard to find, but a good place to stay.

Very nice place, quiet and clean room. Very nice terasse and quiet for eat our lunch, diner or just to relax with friends. I recommand this place because the staff are friendly, espicially the front desk staff, near to many Malls SM Consolation, Pacific Mall, many restaurant near and, always the friendly philipina people around. Thank you for all.

The place is good, but the WiFi is just working on the corridor, the shower has a poor pressure and there is no breakfast. Besides that, the staff is amazing and the place is clean and central, it's a good value for the money and in overall you'll feel like in a hotel, cos it looks like it.

Seaside Villa is much more than we expected. The 2 caretakers made sure everything is taken care of, and that everything was clean. They were always up on their toes with whatever we needed. There were plenty of communal area where we can just gather around and enjoy the place and the day. This is not your normal private beach house as the rooms even have towels and slippers for each guest (much like how it is in a hotel). This place is also very accessible from the city of cebu. Less than an hour's drive and it is just along the highway so easy to find. I would highly recommend this to my friends. Thank you Shanna!!!

Staying at the Sea Side Villa was a absolute remarkable experience. I have stayed in allot of places and this was the absolute cleanest environment I have ever been to in my life, the three care takers there are literally working around the clock to keep everything pristine and in order, The space is huge, the pictures cannot even describe this, you truly have to see the property your self, I would compare it to renting out your own boutique hotel. The property is decorated with gardens and mini bonsai trees that set a very nice Zen Atmosphere. The rooms are very spacious with with comfortable beds and properly matched highly efficient air conditioning units that will turn your room down to any temperature desired. The house and property is Very very well furnished with high quality imported furniture and extremely comfortable couches and the occasional bean bag chair. The pool is absolutely remarkable as it is the most chemical free environment I have ever swam in, Leaving no harshness to the skin or hair. The Sea Side Villa is Overall a Gem in the Cebu Area Five Stars

What a wonderful place. The scenery and structures are very beautiful. It is suitable for enjoying the vacation. Caretakers assisted all the thing what I need and they are very friendly. It was just NICE.

The place was great. The size is really big to accommodate a big group without sacrificing comfort. The multiple bathrooms is very convenient. The owner was very accommodating even for a last minute booking and dealing with her was very easy. The housekeepers were excellent. They were courteous, helpful & very reliable. Our overall experience was excellent & made our weekend a memorable one. Thanks Shanna for accommodating us in you fabulous place.

For foreigners this is not a place to be, the house is very basic and construction site next door that is noisy 6am to 11pm the workers love to peek at the girls in our company, nearest supermarket is way too far. Nothing around but very local stuff. An hour at least to get in to town. If u like beëing stuck in a house all day with a tiny pool. This is where u wanna be

The home and landscaping are amazing and beautiful. The prettiest place in Compostela for sure. Pool was great and kept everyone happy. Our favorite part was the outdoor kitchen and pool table. Awesome place for families. It's a bit far from the prettiest parts of Cebu, but the town has its own kind of charm. The caretakers see to your every need and make you feel at home. They're truly wonderful people. We'll come back!!

The place was great! The two house comprised with 6 bedrooms was spacious. There are a lot of places to hang out and relax. What made our stay the best is how the workers of the sea side villa accomodated our needs and kept the place clean the whole entire time.

Customer service is over and beyond. Noel didn't mind driving us to the city and gave us a lot of info on the best places to go in Cebu + restaurants. Place is cheap + near the city.

Noel is very hospitable and provided excellent information every step of the way on my first trip to Cebu. His house is beautiful, the staff is friendly, his place is convenient from the airport, and I had a good night's rest with coffee and breakfast waiting in the morning. I have decided to extend my stay.

Noel's place is just wonderful! Pick us up at the airport in the middle of the night. The helper in his house were very helpful and friendly.

Kuya Noel was a great host, His house was great. The room was nice and you really feel like your still back home. The place was close to the National Road, so transportation was not an issue. Shops were nearby. His helper Jovy, helped me with everything. Would highly recommend this place.

Noel was a very gracious host! He waited for me on Sunday night even when my flight was delayed. 2 days after my friend went to Cebu and we asked if he could stay at the house and there were no if's and butts! My friend got to stay at a very friendly rate! The house help, Rica was so helpful and friendly. She made sure all things we needed were readily available (towels, blankets, pillows, Etc.) I highly recommend this place! You won't feel you're away from home!

They are great family. The owner sent me to airport and take easy to jeep station. They were very kind.

Everything was clean, staff was very helpful, great info for getting around the city easily.
