We arrived at the stated time to a very freiendly greeting from Tony & Jane. After a quick guided tour and explanation of the facilities we were left to our own devices. The room was exactly as described and a perfect retreat for a night or even a week. The welcome pack was more than expected. Although in someones garden you are certainly not overlooked and have your own private area. The room guide is very comprehensive with all the local amenities and we chose Ken's fish bar which we can highly recommend. We had a great nights sleep due to the quiet rural surroundings. In the morning woke up to a squirrel looking for somwhere in the garden to hide his nuts. After feasting on the provided breakfast goodies we packed and handed back the key where Tony and Jane gave us some useful information on parking in Bath as well as the local park and ride. We came down for the weekend to drop our daughter at the university and i am now glad i left it too late to get overnight accommodation in Bath otherwise we would not have found this delightful property. We will certianly use it again if we require ovenight acommodation in the area.

Jane and Tony gave us great directions! Their garden room is tucked away down a small lane. The 'shed' as we affectionately called it was fabulously comfortable. It has everything you need. It is very private too. Weather was stunning. I would thoroughly recommend the best shed in the world for your short break. Thanks for your hospitality Jane and Tony!

Although I unfortunately had to cancel my visit to Jane and Tony's, I want to leave a comment saying that when I get a chance I will definitely be re-booking. Jane and Tony are lovely, and I hope to see them again soon!

We have just came back from staying at the garden room. We absolutely loved our stay. Tony & Jane were so lovely, very easy going & sweet people to meet. They would help you out anything, we couldn't arrive till late evening as we had to finish work first but Tony & Jane didn't mind at all. It's such a cosy place to stay, relaxing weekend & we even did the park & ride into Bath. Would defiantly recommend staying here & we would love to come back. Thank you so much :)

We had a wonderful weekend at the Manor House with three generations of our family for my mum's significant birthday. My toddler enjoyed everything as much as my mum! The house was spotless for our arrival, with lamps on, fires ready to be lit in the hearths and the table laid for dinner. It's all very well equipped and loads of interesting little nooks and crannies. Beth was very informative in the weeks leading up to our arrival and it was great to meet the helpful and friendly housekeeper Charlie as well. Very highly recommended - we hope to be able to come back one day.

We had an amazing weekend and fell in love with the Manor House. It was more beautiful than the listing could describe. Every bedroom was spacious with en suites, the huge lounge perfect for relaxing and dancing and we enjoyed a candlelit dinner in the Victorian conservatory. Beth was so helpful and responded to every query. Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Manor House. Beth was very accommodating organising our early arrival, which we were very grateful for. Access to the house was simple and the cleaner had left the house is a very welcoming state with the table made and lights on. The house can be tough to find and the village is tiny, but is worth the effort! The house is extensive. 12 of us had plenty of space, both in our ensuite bedrooms and communal spaces. We spent evening in the beautiful garden, the dining room, in the beautiful lodge with Tudor inglenook and the original candle lit Victorian conservatory. There is a lovely pub at the top of he lane serving food from 1800 but it was fully booked so get in there early! The house doesn't really have phone signal but the wifi avoids a lot of issues with the use if iMessage to lost guests! The house was around 10-15 minutes drive on country roads to Bath. We found parking ok at around £6 for most of the day but traffic is very heavy! We found using the house the nicest way to spend the evening using he fully equipped kitchen, with no need to leave to go to Bath. A useful tip was using Sainsbury's to drop off your food! All in all a fantastic stay. Thank you!

This booking was perfect. Beth was fantastic during the booking process and provided answers to our many questions and queries! The house is amazing and was the perfect venue for our pre-christmas weekend in Bath. The house is simply beautiful and is everything you could hope for if you want to spend time in a lovely, rambling country home. The open fires are just perfect, especially on a cold evening. The kitchen is well equipped and all rooms perfectly comfortable. I had the four poster suite on the first floor landing which was simply luxury. The arrivals process couldn't have been easier and we were left to enjoy our weekend in peace, but still in the knowledge that we could contact Beth or the house keeper at any time. We didn't see much of the local area but did sample the lovely food in the local pub and saw some beautiful countryside on our easy drive in and out to Bath. We will definitely be back in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend at The Manor House and would fully recommend it to families or groups of friends wanting to enjoy both beautiful countryside and the delights of Bath itself. Beth was very helpful with all our enquiries before the trip and always responded to emails very quickly. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for groups and it was a lovely touch that the dining table was already fully laid on our arrival. Some of the bedrooms were quite cold but there were plenty of heaters provided and they soon warmed up. Great location and a delightful local pub at the top of the road serving very good food.

From the moment we met Richard and he showed us around The Brew House we felt welcome. Richard and Tina have thought about everything to ensure their guests’ stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, from the candles to the sparkling wine in the fridge. The information left for guests, e.g. places of interest, good pubs, etc, was very useful.

From the moment we got our keys to the moment we left everything was impeccable from Tina and Richard. They pulled out extra stops with all their additional maps and recommendations which left us feeling that we knew where to go and what to see. The apartment itself was lovely, probably just right for up to 3 people as it's quite diddy, but for us it was perfect! Thank you very much!

Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay at The Brew House; my sisters and I loved every minute! It has such a wonderful atmosphere and you have provided absolutely everything needed plus lots of little touches that really give it a homely feeling. We would definitely consider staying again if and when we come to Bath. It was lovely and quiet too which is always a bonus! And we had a delicious meal at The Beaufort pub about five minutes' walk away - would highly recommend it to everyone. The Brew House is ideally situated as it's only about 20 minutes' walk into Bath. Thank you Richard and Tina for being great hosts too. Definitely 10 out of 10! Gill

We had a terrific 2-night stay at the Brew House (just wish we could have stayed longer!). It's a beautiful property -- a charming 18th-century structure that's been updated and modernized on the inside (while retaining many of those original charming details). Has everything you need for a stay, it's very comfy, clean, and quiet. We arrived via train from Paddington Station and it was super easy to catch a taxi to the house (cost: 8 pounds, but I believe that was high because of the rush-hour traffic. It only cost 5 pounds the morning we left, when traffic was lighter). Location is excellent, as it's far enough away from the fray to be very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk (about a 25-30 minute walk to the city center). We enjoyed the stroll home especially each night after over-indulging in one of the many fantastic restaurants (check out The Chequers for dinner, delicious!). Check-in was super easy, Richard was there to greet us and show us the ropes. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back for a longer stay.

On arrival we were welcomed by Claire and Boris, her friendly dog. The cottage itself was lovely, cosy and Claire had provided some essential items (milk, bread, fruit, drinks, etc.). A lovely touch was a homemade lemon drizzle cake! Claire also provided a home cooked breakfast in the morning at our chosen time. Full English one morning and waffles, crispy bacon, cream, maple syrup and fruit compote the next! We were also able to enjoy a meal outside on the patio area of the garden. Claire was also very helpful with her knowledge of the area and suggested areas to visit. On our way home we visited Wells on her recommendation and glad we did. The only small issue was the bathroom, the sloping roof made it slightly awkward in getting to the sink in particular if you're quite tall. Overall it was a lovely weekend away and we wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you Claire!

When we arrived we were so warmly welcomed by Claire and her little dog Boris (so cute!). Claire had even made us chocolate cake. The accommodation was lovely and clean and so comfy, each morning at an agreed time Claire brought us a full English breakfast which was delicious!! We even had her homemade marmalade which is so good I have the jar in my suitcase!! Claire's home is in a very quiet rural setting down beautiful winding lanes, the accommodation has a patio with views of her lovely garden and fruit trees. Although it is very rural it is the perfect base because whether you visit Bath, Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Longleat Safari Park, Wookey Hole or spend the day shopping at Clarks Village Outlet Stores all of these were only a 20-30min drive and at night you come back to this beautiful quiet place to rest. There are lots of info leaflets to browse if you want to know about other attractions, of which there are many, and Claire herself was great for information about things to see and do. We spent 3 nights there and we loved it! I don't think we had lunch any day out, such was the quality of breakfast. The accommodation has all the facilities you need if you want to be self-catering during the (URL HIDDEN) even has a dishwasher!! which is a lovely touch especially for mothers who usually end up having to wash dishes. We would go back and stay at Claire's him again in a heartbeat.

Paula's place was really lovely. Everything was immaculate, and Paula invited us to help ourselves to anything in the kitchen. The walk into the city center (Roman Baths and Bath Abbey) only took about 20-25 min. A rare opportunity to stay in a huge first floor period apartment in one of England's most beautiful cities. Beautifully restored by us and with easy access to the city centre and countryside beyond. The location: The apartment is extremely well located for visitors wanting to explore the historic city of Bath and the surrounding countryside. The centre of Bath is just a 15 minute level walk via the artisan quarter of Walcot Street or the Paragon. The apartment also benefits from easy access to the stunning Kennet and Avon canal, river and countryside which can be explored via a meadow at the rear of the apartment. Locally there are a number of great gastro pubs including our favourite the award winning King William (Bath best gastro pub) and One Beaufort. Morrison's supermarket is just down the road. We provide our own Map of Bath with all our favourite places to eat and drink. The apartment: Occupying the whole first floor of a listed Georgian build dating back to 1750 the apartment is extremely spacious and has been newly restored in a sympathetic period manner with contemporary detailing that respect the grade 2 listed status of the building. The apartment benefits from a huge living room with three large bay windows looking out over the Avon valley with views of central bath one side and the countryside the other. The semi circular balcony offer stunning panoramic view of bath and the surrounding countryside, and makes an ideal place for sundowners on a summers evening. The kitchen is located on one side of the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast when you tire of the many fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants in Bath. A separate king bedroom and newly refurbished shower room is located off the central hallway. We will provide you with all you need for a comfortable stay including, Led TV with apple TV and Netflix, wireless broadband, Stereo with iPod dock, and of course Egyptian cotton bedding and towels. The apartment is self-catering but to help you get settled in we provide some home-made bread, cereals and a selection of teas, coffee, milk, butter and jams. All facilities We will arrange a time to meet and greet you at the apartment, and we are always available by telephone or in person if required. Places to eat and drink: We have created a map with our very own top ten favourite places to eat, drink and hangout in the centre of Bath. If you don’t have enough energy for town, we recommend our local pub the King William on London Road for drinks and award winning food. Your other local choice is The Beaufort (other direction along London Road) which also serves food and drinks. Local amenities: Morrison’s supermarket and 24 hour cash machine is a 2 minute walk down London Road towards town (turn left outside the apartment). There is also a petrol garage / convenience store further down London Road on the right. Larkhall: (a ‘village’ centre in Bath) containing among other things, two convenience stores (McColl’s and Co-op), a butchers, greengrocers, deli, pub and even a theatre, is just a 5 minute walk away (turn right outside the apartment, cross the road, take the second left up St Saviour’s Road and keep going until you reach Larkhall). Things to see and do: There are loads of things to keep you occupied during your time in Bath; historic sites, buildings, parks and monuments, museums, art galleries, theatres, shops, afternoon tea, walks, boating, bike riding, day trips to Stonehenge, Avebury and the Cotswolds and of course, the Thermae Bath Spa. We have provided some travel books and leaflets to inspire you but if you would like any more information about activities available in Bath the tourist information centre near Bath Abbey is very helpful. Alternatively, if you would like some personal recommendations from us, please feel free to give us a ring (contact details below). If you want to get out of the city and explore the surrounding countryside, the Kennet and Avon canal can be explored via the meadow at the rear of the apartment. To reach the canal, turn left outside the front door, take the first left through a gap in the houses to reach the meadow, walk diagonally left across the field, cross the river, go under the railway and up the slope to the canal. When you get to the canal we recommend walking in the direction towards Bradford on Avon (so the canal will be on your right hand side). After about 1.5 miles you reach a pub called The George. Taxi: If your feet get tired we recommend the local taxi firm ‘V cars’ (phone number hidden)). This Flat is a Gorgeous Location for 2 Adults. Sorry no children, no groups, no pets.read more

Daniel and Anna are great hosts - they welcomed us warmly even though we arrived late in the evening - and had every little detail covered - from home made bread and jam for breakfast to his and her brollies for the wet weather. The apartment itself - wow! We smiled each time we arrived back from the short walk into Bath feeling sorry for folks in hotels. Beautiful and newly decorated in a perfect balance between style and comfort with little quirky touches - we couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy Bath from. Fully equipped kitchen, good fast wifi, gorgeous views over the valley and one of the best gastro pubs in the entire city within 5 mins walk. They've also printed their own map of Bath with great recommendations for bars and restaurants to check out. Parking is available but busy - but we never needed to drive anywhere with the centre only short walk away - and they saved us a space for when we arrived. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful apartment! We loved having our breakfast with the sun pouring in through the enormous sash windows, and thought the homemade jams and bread were a lovely finishing touch. The bedroom was very comfortable, with a lovely big bed and stunning interior decoration. Daniel and Anna made us feel really welcome with some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The apartment is really well situated to explore the city - it is just a short walk into the centre, but the views onto the countryside were lovely. Little Orchard is a beautiful Bath stone building which was once the potting sheds and outbuildings for The Orchard. It is a large airy space with a huge cosy bed, woodburner, bath and kitchen area. A perfect retreat 20 minutes from Bath! The Space Little Orchard was converted from what were originally gardeners' potting sheds and outbuildings. It is separate from our house, across our gravelled driveway. It has changed greatly over 200 years and is now a large airy barn style room with a separate bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a small kitchen area with breakfast bar, sink, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and all you need to make breakfast or simple meals. There is also an electric one ring hotplate for crispy bacon or fried eggs! If you would like a welcome pack we can provide cereal, croissants, juice and other breakfast basics for two people at an additional cost of £10. In the main room there is a zip and link super king-sized bed which can be split into two singles. We have a travel cot for small visitors, and can provide fold up beds for small children although floor space is quite limited. The space is not really suitable for 3 adults unless you are all very friendly! We have just installed a lovely woodburner, and will provide logs and kindling. Little Orchard has its own entrance and off road parking space so you can come and go as you wish. There is an outdoor seating area for al fresco breakfasts, and a rustic seat outside the front door. There is a television, DVD player and wi-fi. There is also a bookcase full of books for cosy evenings by the fire. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are all provided. I also provide tea, coffee, and milk. There are two fitted thermostatically controlled electric convector heaters in the main room, a fan heater and heated towel rail in the bathroom and the woodburner. I have just fitted lovely new white blinds which help with a longer lie-in in the mornings! NB You can book for one night apart from Fridays and Saturdays when there is a 2 night minimum stay. Guest Access You can check in any time after 3pm, and please could you be on your way by 10am? I am flexible on timings if I don't have any other bookings so please ask. Little Orchard is totally self contained. You have your own outdoor seating area in the summer with chairs and table and a bench outside the front door. There are two steps up to the front door but otherwise it is all on one level. Interaction with Guests We love to meet our guests and help you to enjoy this lovely part of the world but Little Orchard is your own separate space. You can pop in and out as you please and we are usually on hand if you have any questions. There is an info pack with recommendations for things to do but new restaurants and cafes are opening all the time so do ask me if you want a recommendation for a special meal. The Neighbourhood Little Orchard is set in lovely countryside but within easy reach of a multitude of attractions. You will wake up to the birds singing, and we are situated in a Conservation Area. Bathford is built on Roman remains, it is known as 'the walled village', and in the woods at the top of the lane you can find the remains of the stone quarries that supplied Bath with its beautiful stone. There are some lovely walks from the cottage, and lots of pubs and cafes to visit. One of our favourites is the Mill at Bathampton, by the river. You can get a boat from here into Bath as well. Check the Pulteney Princess for times and cost. There are two pubs in the village - one at the bottom - the Crown Inn - and one at the top. The village shop is open 7 days a week and is a co-operative run by people who live in the village. It has a cafe, and stocks a good range of basics as well as fresh bread and croissants and local produce. The cafe does a mean fried breakfast on a Saturday! There are two golf courses within 3 miles - Kingsdown Golf Club and Cumberwell Golf Club. You can walk down into the valley and in half an hour you will be walking on the Kennet and Avon canal at Bathampton. On most weekends and during the week in school holidays there is a lovely canal boat which serves cakes, sandwiches and coffee, or you can walk or cycle along to the Dundas Aqueduct at Limpley Stoke and hire a boat. You can also hire old 1920's and 30's restored wooden rowing boats and punts at Bathampton Mill and at the Bath Boathouse. There are also two lovely pubs in Bathampton - The Mill on the river and The George on the canal. We are just outside Bath to the East with views from the village of Little Solsbury Hill - Peter Gabriel lives near here and it was where he wrote his famous song! In Bath you are spoilt for choice with the Roman Baths, the Pump Rooms, the Royal Crescent, the Circus, loads of theatres and restaurants, Bath rugby, Thermae spa - (a rooftop pool experience not to miss, especially at night) Christmas street market, gorgeous Georgian architecture. There are festivals all year round including the famous Mozartfest in November, the literature festival, Jane Austen festival and food festivals. The Music Festival is in May, the Christmas Market around the Abbey in November/December and too many others to mention. Shopping is a joy as there are lots of independent shops and Bath is a very self-contained city. You can also explore the surrounding area into Wiltshire and Somerset. Stonehenge is an easy day trip as are Wells, Salisbury, Tetbury and the Cotswolds and Bristol. The Hauser and Wirth gallery in Bruton with its famous Piet Oudulf garden is about 40 minutes away, and has a great restaurant and exhibitions. National Trust properties in the area include Stourhead, Dyrham Park, Lacock ( Harry Potter filmed here as well as lots of period dramas such as Cranford), Prior Park Gardens , The Courts at Holt, Great Chalfield Manor (some of Wolf Hall was filmed here), and Tyntesfield near Bristol. There are some great restaurants and lots of my guests go out to The Pig at Hun street which is just West of the Bath on the way to the Chew Valley Lakes. There is also the Michelin starred Pony and Trap in Chew Magna run by Josh and Holly Eggleton. In Bath we have the famous Bertinet bakery, Richard Bertinet runs a cookery school here and has a couple of cafes selling his amazing bread and cakes. A great veggie option is Acorn Kitchen for dinner, or the Green Rocket cafe for breakfast or lunch, also Chapel Arts who do lovely homemade flatbreads. If you are vegan try Beyond the Kale in Green Park Station, open during the daytime only. Corkage in Walcot Street, as recommended by Jay Rayner!, is a lovely wine bar with daily changing tapas plates. For a curry try the Rajpoot on the famous Pulteney Bridge, and for Thai, Koh Thai Tapas in Broad Street. The best Italian in Bath is the family run Martini on George Street. There are loads of independent cafes, my favourites are Society Cafe in Kingsmead Square, and Hunter and Son in Shires Yard which also opens in the evening and sells food and craft beer too. I also love The Blue Quail deli on Pulteney Bridge, lots of lovely South African food and cakes. There are a couple of old Bath pubs you shouldn't miss. The Old Green Tree in Green Street, wood panelled and very cosy, The Star on The Paragon, no food just great beer, and The Bell on Walcot Street, bought by locals to save it from closing and a great live music venue. In Batheaston there is Gather - open Tuesday to Saturday, mostly vegetarian with lots of gluten free and great coffee and breakfasts/lunches. If you like cocktails you have to go to the Gin Bar, and The Dark Horse in Kingsmead Square. We have great theatres from the old and venerable Theatre Royal, to smaller places like the Rondo in Larkhall and The Mission Theatre. The best cinema is the Little Theatre by the Spa, there is a little bar and it has great atmosphere. On a weekend head to Green Park Station for the food market on Saturday mornings, and various vintage and antiques markets on Saturdays and Sundays. The bus stop is at the end of the lane, less than a five minute walk, and buses go into Bath every 20 minutes or so. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of the city. You can drive straight down to the village from the M4, junction 20, and then leave your car here for the rest of your stay. Alternatively, arrive in Bath by train and catch the number 3 bus out to the village from the bus station, next to the train station. Make sure you get on the one with Bathford on the front! There are lots of cyclists braving our hill, and you can easily cycle down into the city on the road or the canal. There are also off-road mountain bike trails at Ashton Court in Bristol, and in the Forest of Dean. The famous 'Two Tunnels Greenway' ride is now open through the city on the old Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway linking with National Cycle Route 24. NB For guest safety there is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector in Little Orchard. If you would like a welcome pack we can provide cereal, croissants, juice and other breakfast basics at an additional cost of £10.read more

Karen's cottage was exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Bath. The cottage was very spacious yet cozy, the neighborhood was quiet and had a bus stop within steps of the front door. Karen was an amazing host and I would definitely consider staying with her again.

Once our booking was confirmed, Karen was in touch. From this point all queries answered. Sadly we arrived late due to traffic but that wasn't a problem. Lovely spacious cottage with huge bed! Perfectly eqipped for our study and the cottage is on a peaceful road. The cottage is close to town and close to Bath; a great location Karen touched base with us the next morning and was keen to make sure all was ok. Lovely lovely cottage. We would enjoy staying here again

This was a fantastic getaway. Bathford is such a pretty little village and within easy walking distance to other villages and even into Bath itself along the pretty canal. Karen was very welcoming and left us with lots of ideas as to what to do. The cottage was also perfect for two people, very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend it!

karen's place was lovely, very cosy and clean. Karen made sure we were all comfortable and made sure we had the essentials, she even made us some brownies! In addition to being good at baking, she was very welcoming and informative on where to go and eat etc. Even at short notice she was able to grab a baby cot and redo the bedroom to accommodate all of us. Thank you very much for having my family! It was a lovely place, I would definitely recommend it!

Thank you Karen for making me feel so welcome, and for a lovely stay in Little Orchard. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well. The room is really lovely, in an idyllic country setting, I would definitely recommend it to a friend, and hope to be back one day. My children devoured the brownies you gave me as soon as I got home! Thank you!

A really beautiful place to stay, everything you need and very comfortable. Was very nice to be able to have breakfast outside on a sunny morning there too. I wasn't there for long but will definitely look to go back for a longer trip and make the most of it!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely night at Karen's little cottage! It was perfectly clean, spacious snd very modern inside. Little Orchard is really cosy too, especially with the wood burner going! The location is ideal to get into Bath centre. It took us about 15 minutes on the number 13 bus. There are also lots of lovely walks around the countryside you can do too. Karen was welcoming and friendly and kept in contact with us at all times. She left us plenty of information on the surrounding areas, transport, local pubs and restaurants. She even left us some home made brownies which were delicious! We can't wait to come back and spend longer than 1 night here! I would recommend to any of my friends or family wanting to come to Bath.

This was my first visit to Bath and my flight from Inverness was delayed by four hours and Brenda was really lovely and came and collected me in person from the airport bus stop in the center of Bath. She is a really nice person and easy to talk to and she very kindly offered to pick me up as I had had such an awful journey. She took me directly to the flat which was perfect and just as I had expected it to be. Everything was spotless and clean and there was a vase of fresh flowers on the dining table. The large bright sitting room has a high moulded ceiling with beautiful silk drapes at the windows and two chandaliers, as you can see in the picture. The bed which is extremely comfortable folds down from a cleverly designed wood paneled wall unit at the back of the sitting room. The bed and bedding are of five star hotel quality. The kitchen is small but perfect and has all the necessary equipment to cook if you want to. I sat on the lovely little balcony adjacent to the kitchen and over looking the gardens at the back of the house having my breakfast every morning. The fIat is only a ten minute stroll down Henrietta Street and over Pultney Bridge to the center of Bath, I had a really lovely time and I would highly recommend this flat for a couple or a lady on her own.

Lovely flat only short walk away from the very centre of Bath. Brenda was there to meet us when we arrived and was full of helpful recommendations about where to eat etc and how the city is laid out. She'd even bought some fresh flowers and stocked the fridge with a few essentials so we could have a cup of tea and a bite to eat before we headed out. Fold down bed was a bit of fun and was comfortable. Would definitely book again. Thanks, Brenda. X

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this fabulous apartment. Brenda is a charming and very welcoming hostess. The apartment is really well equipped, beautiful and very comfortable with a really lovely welcome pack saving us the dreaded first shop - the last thing you need after a journey. Bath city centre is only a short walk away - and a welcome walk back after eating in any of its delicious restaurants. We can't recommend this lovely place to stay highly enough. Thank you Brenda!

Echo the comments by others, lovely little flat in a great location. Brenda was very helpful, gave us recommendations and leaving some essentials like bread, toiletries etc made us feel welcome. We didn't get to meet Brenda unfortunately but she arranged for her friend to let us in and provide us with the parking permit. We were later than anticipated due to traffic and she was very understanding. We had a great stay and recommend Brenda / her apartment.

What a great place to stay! Brenda was very welcoming and helpful and the apartment was just as lovely as it looked. We appreciated the high quality towels, robes and bedding and the selection of lovely soap, shampoo and lotions. The beautiful fresh flowers made us feel very pampered. We enjoyed the lovely private balcony for breakfast and an evening glass of wine. The apartment is very well located for touring Bath. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

Mark and Jane went far and above what ever a host would be expected to do. I am a solo female traveler from the US and I really appreciated their help. Jane was planning to pick me up at the bus station, but I didn't realize my email with the time didn't go through, was an easy bus ride. Mark took me to pick up my car rental which was huge because it was a lot further away than I thought, plus finding my way back would have been a nightmare. My Garmin wasn't working, so they loaned me one, for my whole trip! Picked me up one evening from (URL HIDDEN) goes on and on. They are easy going hosts and I felt very comfortable. The room was very bright and had beautiful views of Bath, would definitely return.

I had a great experience staying with Jane and Mark. We were in touch via txt message and we were able to secure an early check in time, which helped me massively. I would recommend staying here for a comfortable, hassle free stay.

Jane and Mark were gracious hosts and we loved Bath so much that I was sad to leave. The room is absolutely lovely! Wow! Robin is an excellent host. Very communicative before and during the stay. He provided information about sites to see. Having an entire apartment was excellent, comfy bed, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Loved having the windows open to hear the birds in the back garden. What a fantastic apartment! My wife and I enjoyed a short break in Bath, and the flat was perfect - very beautiful and brilliant location to access all the main sights. The only slight downside can be the noise in the morning from the people walking in the flat above (getting ready for work etc) and the seagulls, but I gueas they can't be helped! Overall, we'd highly recommend. As Maureen was away, we met her friend Jackie and we'd like to say a big thanks for such a friendly welcome.

Milsom View is the perfect place to stay when in Bath! We were welcomed warmly by Maureen and her family on a very cold Friday night. On welcoming us to a very warm and toasty apartment, Maureen was able to recommend some good places to go and eat that night. The apartment itself was well styled and spacious - we loved the living and kitchen area with all its homely knick knacks (personally we loved Wall-E!). It was our first time in Bath, so it was important to be close to all the local sights and hot spots - Milsom View is in a perfect centralised location! We were never too far from anywhere we wanted to go. We would highly recommend Milsom View to friends and family and anyone wanting to experience Bath. Thank you Maureen for making us feel welcome in Bath!

Vacation Rental · Bath
Our house is a 1940s semi-detached building in a quiet residential area not far from the centre of Bath. We can offer one of our two sitting rooms which converts into a private bedroom. A sofa bed folds out to a king size comfortable double bed. All our bedding is made of 100% cotton and towels and hairdryer are provided. There is also a very small single bedroom (just space for sleeping in a full size single bed) available upstairs. It is very quiet in our street at night and many guests have commented on how well they have slept here. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with the host family. Guests are welcome to help themselves to hot drinks at all times and to store items of food in the fridge. You will enjoy great views across the valley from the garden and its sheltered patio. We are a vegetarian household and provide a wholesome cold buffet style breakfast (muesli/ porridge/ yoghurt/ wholemeal toast or rolls with a number of different spreads or cheeses/ boiled eggs/ fresh fruit and tea, fresh coffee and juice ) included in the price. There is the option of an occasional vegetarian meal with us (by arrangement) when I would ask for a contribution towards the cost. I'm happy to cater for people with special dietary needs provided that you let me know in advance. The house is situated on the north east side of the historical City of Bath, about 30 minutes on foot or less than 10 minutes by car from the centre, yet very close to open countryside with some lovely walks. One of those takes you to an old Norman chapel, surrounded by an old cemetery and a holy well in an enchanting garden. The bus stops opposite the house and takes about 20 minutes to the bus and train station. There's plenty of on-street parking and the neighbourhood is very pleasant. Bath is a popular tourist attraction, with a cosmopolitan ambience but small enough to explore its historical sights and unique architecture on foot. The city has a variety of great restaurants, some of which are very reasonably priced . There are several Indian restaurants where you can bring your own wine, one in fact a mere 5 minute walk from our house. The nearest local shop also is within easy reach on foot. Theatres, cinemas, sport-centres, the famous spa-bath, museums, art galleries, pubs and night-clubs - it's all there. Bristol is 15 mins away by train whilst Salisbury, Oxford and famous sites such as Stonehenge, Avebury, the Cotswolds and Glastonbury or the beaches of the south coast are within easy reach for a day out. Non-smokers. No Pets. Wi-Fi Guests are welcome to sit out on our patio when the weather allows! We have a long garden with a small field at the end, and beautiful views over the countryside to the south east. In summer we often serve breakfast in the garden. Having lived here for a long time, we know all the best places to visit, and we're happy to discuss the local area with guests. We provide a local map and bus timetable too. We are in a quiet suburb with rolling green hills, lovely views, walks into the open countryside 5 minutes from our house, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre, hilly but with great views. The centre of Bath has lots of interesting and unusual shops, and many restaurants and tourist attractions. There is a bus stop right opposite our house, and it takes around 10 minutes to the City centre. To get here from the city, take the No. 6 which is quickest (or the No. 7 but it goes a longer way round), and to return from our house to town take the No. 7 (quickest going to town) or the No. 6. If you feel fit and walk into town there are wonderful views on the way, and it takes 30 minutes.read more

It was a nice experience of staying at Petra's house. Petra and her husband were very enthusiastic and helpful. Because we have a lot of luggages, they even helped us to send them to the train station. The house was well decorated with a beautiful garden, and the bus station is just outside of the house. Really enjoyed the time in Bath and next time I would love to stay at Petra's house again!

Our stay with Petra and Dick was everything we could have wished for. We were delighted to find a large wide bed and slept very well in the quiet street. Thanks to them for letting us explore their garden where we took photos. Our enjoyable breakfasts were enhanced by their company and Dick gave us maps to help us get to our conference at the University. I heartily recommend their home and hospitality which included some delicious home-made jams and treats. Our Chinese friend slept well in the tiny room upstairs and was pleased to help herself to the fruit thoughtfully provided in the room. We were able to help ourselves to tea at any time and having a key made it easy to come and go to suit our own schedule.

Petra and Dick were wonderful from the beginning of our experience to the end. They were super in keeping in touch before our arrival, greeted us with tea upon our arrival, singing Happy Birthday to me in the morning, presenting me with a birthday rose at my seat, the list goes on and on. They said in their profile that they were very sociable people and they were in fact. I believe they really enjoy getting to known their guests. And that is really how we felt, like their guests, not just B and B customers. Their place was in a handy location for us (the roads ARE a little more narrow than what we are accustomed to!) but there was plenty of room for us to park. The accommodations were very cozy and warm and their garden was beautiful. They also gave us super recommendations to help us enjoy the town. Our experience in Bath would not have been the same without Petra and Dick. I would highly recommends their AirBnB!

Petra and Dick are amazingly warm, gracious and generous hosts and it was a delight to get to spend time with them. The room was very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. It was too cold for the garden, but I hope to rectify that on my next visit as the view is lovely. It was a memorably wonderful stay in every way. Note: I walked from the station and made the mistake of using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps. Do NOT trust the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps walking app for this destination! It routed me up a steep hill and then back down to Petra's house, adding another half mile to the most direct route. What should have taken about 40 minutes took over an hour. I would recommend taking the bus when carrying luggage as the climb to the house is quite steep and there is a bus stop right across the street from the house. Petra can provide details.

Our stay with Petra was wonderful! We felt right at home. She and her husband were a delight to converse with and the accommodations were perfect. Our bed was so comfortable; it was our best night of sleep on our whole trip. Breakfast was superb and Petra was a wonderful hostess. If you are in Bath, you will have a lovely experience staying here.

Petra and Dick were very nice and welcoming hosts. They made me feel comfortable and right at home. They went out of their way several times. I was included on a family trip to a castle in Wales; Petra dropped me off at the train station when I left; and she even picked up some low-fat, lactose-free milk for me to suit my health and dietary needs. In general, they are lovely people who are easy to talk to and easy to get along with. The only downside is that the walk into town is long and hilly. If you have injuries, it may not be a good walk. On the other hand, if you have extra money to spend on buses and cabs, it is a quick ride into the center of Bath. If you choose to walk, you can enjoy some nice views along the way. Thanks to you both!

Bath is a beautiful small city of historical interest, founded by Romans, developed by Georgians. It easy to reach by car or train, a few miles from the M4 motorway or 90 minutes by train from London. It is a lovely 12 minute walk into Bath centre for all the main sights: Roman Baths & Pump Rooms, the Abbey, Jane Austen Centre, Royal Crescent, Costume Museum and the new Thermae Spa - plus fantastic shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. The pretty route on foot is via Sydney Road or Sydney Gardens, along Great Pulteney Street (film set for Vanity Fair) and across Pulteney Bridge (filmed briefly in Les Miserables). If arriving by car, most guests like to park the car with us and walk into town. The return walk is slightly uphill or a regular bus stops opposite our house, or get a taxi from the Abbey or Train Station for £5-£6. The city has lovely parks and gardens for a stroll or picnic. There are several guided tours of Bath, the "Lord Mayors Walk" is free, or you may prefer the light-hearted walk "Laugh at Bath". Also, there are Open Top Bus tours and boat trips on the River Avon. For countryside walks the Kennet & Avon canal path is just around the corner from our house, with bicycle and boat hire nearby. Bath offers great shops, music /literature events, a Thermae Spa and good theatres - often with famous actors and new productions prior to London's West End. In winter, Bath Rugby and the pre-Christmas Market attract visitors from all over. We are on the edge of central Bath and you can visit most sights on foot. The WALK into town takes approx 12 minutes. The BUS costs c £2, TAXI c £6. and regular TRAINS to London, 90 minutes, Bristol 12 mins, South Wales 50 mins. Thank you Eileen and Trevor! We received a warm welcome from our hosts who ensured we had everything we would need, including a delicious breakfast tray. Eileen helped us get our bearings and let us know that, although we would be completely undisturbed, they would be available to help should we need it. A very comfortable, cosy and private place to stay with a beautiful garden. This apartment is perfectly located close to a park and minutes from the centre of town. Eileen and Trevor even posted back our 8 month old boy's precious yellow ball! Well saved Eileen :) Thank you so much. We would be very happy to stay with you again and will recommend to friends and family.

This is a great place to stay as it is only a 15 minute walk into town and the flat is very clean and cosy. Eileen is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the prosecco in the breakfast basket! Eileen also let us leave our bags at the flat after we checked out which was really helpful. Highly recommended.

Becci had left us a bottle of bubbles in the fridge and had the hot tub turned on for our evening arrival which was lovely. She'd lit the candles up the log cabin but it was a very windy week so they had blown out. She'd also left us some essentials like bread and milk which was perfect after a 4 hour journey! Completely loved the cabin it was beautifully decorated inside and the hot tub was fabulous. Perfect for a winter weekend getaway.

I took my boyfriend away for a surprise weekend and i couldn't of chosen anywhere more perfect. We were made to feel very welcome, Rebecca met us, showed us round and then left us to it however she was always available if we had questions. The cabin is beautiful, very clean and in very lovely surroundings. And of course the hot tub was a treat to come back to in the evenings! We had a great weekend and would love to return one day!

Had a lovely stay here just before Valentines day. The cabin is in a lovely, quiet location and is exactly as described in the listing. Even though we didn't get to meet Rebecca, everything was thought of and made clear to us beforehand. The milk, bread and breakfast things were a lovely touch, as were the chocolates that didn't last long! And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic. Thoroughly recommend.

Our stay in the 'posh shed' was perfect. The setting was lovely, the cabin itself was cosy and the hot tub was great! Becci was brilliant, left us to it and was very responsive to the couple of queries we had once she had left. A short drive away from Bath (which was beautiful!). The added bonus of the weather made this a great trip.

We enjoyed our stay at the log cabin and particularly the Cava. It was just what we were looking for in a romantic getaway. Rebecca also catered to our dietary requirements, which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful weekend in Rebecca's log cabin. From the bottle of prosecco waiting for us to the beautiful and cosy decor, you couldn't ask for a better way to experience Bath and the surrounding countryside. Rebecca was an extremely helpful host and very quick in responding to any queries we had. All the facilities were of top quality and the hot tub was a lot of fun! A perfect weekend away.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were lovely. They were there when we arrived to show us around, they'd bought us some basics and some treats, and then left us alone for the rest of our stay. The cabin was wonderful, the hot tub was heaven, and the location was perfect. Close to Bath, but enough of a drive out to be in the country. We would definitely stay again.
Aimie

This is such a special place. We were greeted so warmly by Becci and Martin, who showed us around and then left us to it. It's a cosy little cabin, perfect for a romantic get-away and the hot tub is such a treat! Becci was so prompt at replying to my tiresome enquiries and I really appreciate their effort at accommodating our needs. Down the road is a lovely place called The Shed with local artisan food and art. I feel like we really found a beautiful pocket of the country. I can't wait to come back. Thanks for a fantastic stay Becci. Exactly what we were after!

The Apple Tree B&B is the nicest B&B I've ever stayed at. Apple Tree is in a great location, away from the City centre but only 10 minutes walk to all the sights of Bath. Ling is a fantastic host, very warm and welcoming and full of information about beautiful Bath. She is very accommodating and generous and went out of her way to make us both feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and the added touches such as chocolates for Valentines Day and a large bowl of fruit at the entrance underline Ling's commitment to making Apple Tree a wonderful B&B. Our room was lovely, light and airy, and with beautiful linen, a very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and everything needed to make for a memorable stay. Breakfasts were really excellent, and Ling is very willing to provide dishes not on the menu. She is a great cook. I would recommend Apple Tree B&B unreservedly as fabulous place to stay when visiting Bath. We'll certainly be back!

We came for a weekend away for valentines and to see some family, it is a beautiful hotel in an extremely central location, the room was amazing - Georgian with an asian twist, very clean with lovely refreshments and The White Company toiletries (very nice!), the shower was also amazing! The little breakfast room was little but very fresh and was decorated beautifully, I would definitely recommend the full english breakfast it was delicious and there's a massive choice of cereals, fruit, jams/spreads it really was a treat. Ling was lovely and could not do enough for us, I come to bath quite regularly so didn't need much assistance with things to do but she offered her knowledge and was very helpful - her two cats are also gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again next time we come down to beautiful Bath, it made our stay so enjoyable! Thankyou Ling x

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Ling's bed and breakfast. The room was bright and spotless, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent (try the French toast with Nutella for a decadent treat.) Single room in a cosy 1st floor flat, 3 min level walk from the train/bus station and 10 min from the centre of Bath. Close to the canal & country walks, yet situated in the bohemian area of Widcombe with all its pubs, restaurants, supermarket & laundrette. Please allow 20 min at check in time to learn about the basics regarding the flat, set our minds at ease so that your stay can be relaxing. All guests are welcome whether travelling for leisure or work. A calm and stylish small room with wifi and heating that can be regulated. It has free drawers, hangers, a hairdryer. The window overlooks Widcombe Parade/High Street. The front door of the building is turquoise, located between two shops. Visitors need to press the intercom and walk up the stairs to the 1st floor. You have access to a single bedroom and a spacious bathroom shared with me, with a very good hot shower and bath if you wish to use it. In the morning you have access to an open plan sitting/dining room for a self service breakfast included in the price. It is a non-smoking building but if you are desperate there is a communal back courtyard where you can have a smoke or sit with a friend and enjoy a drink in the warm summer sun. To achieve a good mix between privacy and friendly chat, I am available for guests at check in time. Over a cup of tea or coffee I will explain what you need to know regarding the house, give you a set of keys and discuss any queries you might have. Luggage - if you arrive in Bath before 5pm and want to store your luggage, you can leave it at Cafe au lait, opposite the train station. Open Monday - Friday: 7.30 - 18.30 hs, Sat & Sun: 8.30 - 18hs. £3 small bag, £5 any other per item, per day. Unfortunately I am at work and can't receive your luggage earlier. Things to do Day 1 - Free Walking Tours of Bath, 2 hs: Sun to Fri 10.30 & 14hs. Sat 10.30 hs only. The Abbey, The Royal Crescent, The Circus, Pultney Bridge, Thermae Bath Spa. Prior Park Landscape Garden is a 15 min walk up hill from the flat or 2 min by bus. Day 2 - you can walk along the Kennet and Avon Canal to the Holbourne Museum (15min). Alternatively, rent bikes in Green Park and cycle the Two Tunnels Greenway to a pub for lunch (1 h) or continue to Wellow to another pub (1.30h). Or cycle all the way to Bristol along the Bath to Bristol Railway Path (2hs) and return on the train. You can make it shorter by stopping for lunch overlooking the river, at Saltford. You can also rent bikes on the Kennet & Avon Canal & ride to Bradford on Avon (2hs) The best way to get around Bath is walking, parking is complicated and expensive. It feels very safe to wander back from the town centre even during the long dark winter nights. The Half Penny bridge across the river behind the station, and high street are well lit. As the train & bus station are very close you can go on day trips to nearby towns or villages like Bristol, Bradford on Avon, Freshford, Wellow, Laycock etc. However, if you come by car I can give you a resident's parking ticket for visitors for £1 a day. Safety - the flat has a smoke detector but does not need a carbon monoxide detector because the hot water & heating are electric.read more

Geraldine made me feel very welcome, I was welcomed with a nice cup of tea and plenty of brochures and advice about things to do in Bath. Due to my schedule I was only there briefly in the evening before having to go out and I left early the next morning. She made sure I'd easily get in later that evening and all I needed for breakfast in the morning was ready for me. We provide complimentary continental breakfast provisions so our guests can enjoy breakfast in bed! The studio offers a place to relax and a haven from the nearby city bustle. This award winning architect designed apartment is contemporary, but also warm and cosy with a light and airy feel. The living area has a comfortable sofa and armchair as well as a dining table and chairs. It enjoys underfloor heating and electrically operated curtains. It is separated from the deliciously comfortable king size bed and sleeping area by a cleverly designed room divider that offers plenty of storage (including a range of DVDs, board games etc). There is a large T.V, wifi, a DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits and cereals as well as a fridge (with breakfast provisions), separate mini freezer and a washing machine. The shower room is just off the bedroom. Towels and bed linen are provided plus a tower fan for warm nights. We also have a travel cot that can be made available at no cost for very little ones. The studio suits holiday makers who wish to explore and enjoy the World Heritage city of Bath and/or the surrounding areas of Somerset and Wiltshire. It is also ideal for anyone visiting the University of Bath or just looking for somewhere lovely to relax. A parking space near the city is a rare treat in Bath, but at the studio you can enjoy free off road parking on a private drive. The accommodation is accessed via a small spiral staircase from the drive and has its own private entrance off a balcony, part of which is reserved for our guests. We are delighted to greet you personally if we know the time of your arrival and where possible we will be happy to collect you from Bath Spa train or bus station. Alternatively, we can make arrangements to leave a key at the studio. We are happy to include simple self catering breakfast provisions at no cost. There is lots to see and do in Bath and great places to eat out and we would would be delighted to make recommendations to you. The studIo benefits from proximity to both city and countryside. It takes just 20 minutes to wander into the city and the walk takes in spectacular views (or there are buses that run roughly every 10 mins). Should you wish to drive into the centre, there are plenty of car parks. Once there you can wander among the Georgian splendours of the Circle and the Royal Crescent or meander along the less well known avenues, cobbled streets and canal tow paths. There are no end of lovely places to stop for refreshment when the mood takes you and some fantastic award winning restaurants. A trip to the Abbey is well worth making, as is an excursion to one of the many galleries or museums. The Roman Baths offer an amazing glimpse back through time, whilst the modern Thermae Bath Spa is a wonderful way to relax and indulge in some pampering. Bath also offers fantastic shopping as well as great entertainment at the Theatre Royal, the Rondo, the Mission and the Komedia. The studio itself is situated on Bath's skyline, which was purchased by the National Trust many years ago and is a largely flat and very beautiful path which stretches around the 'bowl' of the city. You may like to wander, run or cycle along it. We like to walk to Combe Down, where the Darling Deli offers delicious breakfast and lunches Monday to Saturday. Prior Park Landscaped Gardens and the American Museum are also close by. Widcombe Village itself is at the bottom of the hill. It has a lovely artisan feel and two great restaurants, the White Hart and The Ring 'O' Bells as well as a pub and a small supermarket that is open late. There is another shop at the university offering a wide selection of international food. You are welcome to use the parking space provided for the duration of your stay if you wish, allowing you to travel around by foot, bus, taxi or train (to other destinations). The main bus and train stations are just over 20 minutes walk away down Widcombe Hill, but there are buses roughly every ten minutes (U1 and U18) that take you from near the studio directly into town or to the railway station. There are also plenty of car parks in the city and free places to park in the evening. Widcombe Hill is on the edge of the renowned National Trust Skyline Walk. The stroll down the hill into Bath takes just over 20 minutes and offers great views of the city. If you don't fancy walking down, or indeed back up, you can take the U1 and U18 buses in both directions. The buses run roughly every 10 minutes during the day and continue into the early hours. There are taxis always available from Bath Spa station and plenty of car parks around the city.read more

The studio in Bath is quite simply divine. It is designed with everything in mind that may be needed whilst staying away from home. As a lady travelling alone Julie made me feel very welcome with her swift emails and friendly approach when we met. Julie offered general advice in relation to the amenities and public transport in Bath with lots of literature readily available to assist in getting the best out of the stay in Bath. I would highly recommend The Studio and will most definitely make a return visit.

An amazing modern and comfy studio flat! Julie and Ash are the perfect hosts. Useful and helpful communication previous to visit. On arrival to the studio we were warmly welcomed by Julie who gave a tour of all the studio's mod cons and provided us with breakfast food, tea and coffee etc for our stay. Great array of leaflet and information about things to do in Bath including personal touches of Julie and Ash's favourite walk into the centre which provides stunning views of the city and canal. The studio was very clean and had all the equipment you could need for a short stay. The location on Widcombe Hill was great. You can walk into the centre through a beautiful setting or catch the frequent bus from the end of the road. Ash kindly offered me a lift to the station for my return journey which was greatly appreciated. A superb studio with great hosts that I can't recommend highly enough. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

This booking was made on behalf of one of our students at University of Bristol, and he has forwarded me the following feedback: "I had a great stay at this Studio in Bath. The location was perfect for 5 min access to the University, and, the 10 min walk into the town centre had some amazing views right across city. The studio was high spec, comfortable, immaculate, and had everything one needed. Julie was an excellent host with great knowledge of the City's attractions. The provisions of breakfast and amenities within the kitchen made mornings easier too! Would highly recommend this place for both visits to the University or the City itself."

Easy place to find with good off road parking. Julie, was a fabulous host with a font of knowledge - she had left a range of leaflets and plenty of info on how to work everything in the studio. A selection of breakfast items and a lovely bottle of wine awaited our arrival. Wi-Fi was good. A telly and dvd player with a selection of dvd's was available, and there was also some board games, playing cards etc. Julie had put some thought into what her guests may require. The studio is extremely well designed with everything you can think of being supplied. It was immaculate throughout. Ladies - a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner already supplied! We stayed for 2 nights and on our day of departure Julie even offered to keep our luggage and said we could leave our car parked should we wish to venture back into Bath. This is a beautiful studio in a very nice area of Bath. The walk into the centre of Bath took us 30 minutes, but we did venture down the hill at a leisurely pace taking in the views. We weren't brave enough to walk back up, but there were plenty of buses and a taxi was only £6. There is a good Chinese restaurant/takeaway at the bottom of the hill. Thank you Julie for a lovely, if hectic, weekend around the Christmas markets. Should we return to Bath we will definitely be back!!

This is described as luxury accommodation and it more than lived up to its name. It is more like a modern stylish one bedroom apartment than a studio with plenty of room and loads of storage. It has been beautifully furnished and everything is of the highest quality. The bed is super comfortable and the linen supplied of excellent quality. Julie is just delightful to deal with. She could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. She was so informative and has also supplied an abundance of leaflets and reading material to further assist. She greeted us on arrival and was on hand during our stay if we needed her. Extra things such as the washing machine, a bottle of complimentary wine and games for down times were added bonuses. Breakfast was very well catered for and we had way more than we needed. Lovely walks into town and a very regular bus for the trip back if you want. We loved Widcombe village with its various coffee shops and pubs. The Pulteney Arms Hotel was great for a drink and good value meal. We stayed here for three nights and could not have been more comfortable or better catered for. We highly, highly recommend this air B and B! This is truly excellent value for money!

And the flat overall it's fab I can't fault it in any way. I can't wait to go back to Julie and Ashley's as well as Bath.
