Our family really enjoyed our stay on Boughton River. The view, privacy and location are amazing. There are beautiful provincial and national parks within a 10-30 minute drive, and lots of options for food in Souris and other nearby areas. Jeff and Mary Ann were highly communicative and helpful whenever I had a question.

A scenic aerial view captures the coastal landscape, featuring lush green fields meeting the sparkling blue ocean. Red cliffs frame the shoreline, while a cluster of buildings is nestled among trees, showcasing the natural beauty of Spry Point.

This is an absolutely beautiful accomodation and location! We were very late arriving on our first night and David was very accomadating and had the unit lit up and ready for our arrival! He was available early the next morning in case we had any questions or concerns. The property, gardens and view were absolutely beautiful and David was quick to point out fresh herbs and apple trees that we were welcome (and encouraged) to take advantage of! The unit was perfect for our family of five and matched the description and pictures perfectly! The kitchen was modern, well equipped and clean - as were the bathrooms! We appreicated the extra bedding, blankets and pillows available - and having a washer and dryer in the unit is always a nice bonus - especially when travelling for sports!

A beautiful tranquil setting, a beautiful space and well appointed. Tracy thought of everything, and it made our stay so easy. The house is so comfortable with lots of space and views that are exquisite. All the extra touches that most Airbnb’s don’t provide were truly appreciated. A perfect getaway in beautiful PEI!

For my first trip back home to PEI in 20years and my wife’s very first trip we could t have been more fortunate to happen upon this absolute GEM!!! We felt right at home and Terry and Judy are by far super hosts!!! Just amazing folks very helpful when asked and made sure we had all we needed. I will be bragging up this trip and recommending this exact spot to all my friends da and family out west! It was exactly what the photos showed and exactly as described!! 10/10 for sure!!! Thank you Terry and Judy for making such a beautiful little spot on the incredible island something I could share with my wife and kiddos!! Thank you again!

Escape at the Cape Cottage

Cottage was even more bright, beautiful, and spacious (we had 5 guests plus added another 4 people for group dinners) than the VRBO pictures portrayed. Extremely clean and well-stocked. The daily views of sunrise, sunset, and Boughton Bay water going out and in each day were outstanding! Napping and reading on the screen porch was wonderful. Very peaceful and relaxing location. Highly recommend Escape at the Cape cottage.

Jen and Andrew's place is absolutely fantastic! One of my best AirBnb vacations :) It's exactly as described and as pictured. Everything was pristine, well-appointed, and well thought out. I would love to return and spend more time on the shores of PEI - a peaceful and restful retreat!

Heather’s place is pristine and has everything you need. All amenities that were listed were available at her place. The location is perfect and it was an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
