We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s. The listing was effectively a home away from home; clean, spacious, well equipped, private and quiet. Ideal for a family vacation in the beautiful city of Kigali with very responsive and helpful staff. We are already contemplating a second more extended visit. It’s a definite recommend!

THE LOCATION IS NOT LISTED CORRECTLY! it is 15 minute drive to the east (!) of the airport otherwise: the place was great overall, explicitly because the staff is so helpful! they got us a car for rent, they did our laundry, they brought everything we wanted right to our door. place is very clean, nothing to complain.

This was our first trip to Africa, so there was a lot to get acquainted with and having this space as our retreat was wonderful. Despite the language barrier, we seemed to communicate pretty well and our house helper was so kind and kept the place in sparkling order. What initially attracted us to the rental was the pool, and it was EXQUISITE - so refreshing during this dry season. The lifeguard came regularly and kept the water very clean. We were grateful for the screened windows, the fans and the optional mosquito netting over the beds. They even did a load of laundry for us during our stay and were proactive in meeting up with us to deliver it when we were back from a side trip to the rain forest. There were a good few options for enjoying a morning coffee on the patio and we always had enough space for 3 adults to have some private space behind a locked gate around the property. We always felt safe and would stay here again.

Lysette’s place is fantastic, extremely clean, and she is a good host, very communicative. Charles (the house help) is so friendly and helping, I will definitely come back.

I had the most wholesome stay at Divine’s place! From the moment we arrived, I felt so welcomed. Divine is incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The place itself is pristine, beautifully decorated, and exudes warmth, truly a home away from home. Every detail has been thought out to ensure comfort, and it’s clear how much love and care has gone into creating such a beautiful space. The staff were also amazing, so kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. This home was a precious refuge for our family during our time in Kigali. It is so beautiful and clean. There gardens are breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we actually wish our home beds had such nice pillows, sheets, and blankets! The location of the home was perfect. I could walk anywhere to get whatever we needed. The house staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. They did tons of laundry for our large family and washed our many, many dishes. We will treasure our time in Kigali and this home for years to come.

Lena is a good and supportive host. My family really loved Samson, he was kind to us, quick to respond to all our queries. Samson’s customer service is top notch and the family will be staying again whilst in Kigali.

Stephy and Ms Suzanne were an absolute GODSEND for me. They are both extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. They are excellent hosts!

Deborah gave us such a nice warm welcome to her beautiful, cozy and comfortable place. Set out in a clean, quiet, secure and organized environment, Deborah’s place made our stay peaceful and pleasant. Privacy, good proximity to the center of the city and with quick access to transport. Great personality, flexibility and quick response to inquiries stood out for me from the host. A much recommended place for even longer holidays.

Recently moved from Tanzania and stayed for a long period. Host was very accommodating particularly because we have 2 very young children. House help was excellent! Location was good and walking proximity to Kigali Heights and local cafes. The property has a great garden with lovely chirping birds that fill the trees. I was very impressed by the communication process and how easy it was to talk or if we needed anything. Overall a very positive experience!

This is a really perfect spot if you want to check out Volcanoes National Park without breaking the bank. There can be a real lack of affordable accommodation for tourists in the area and this, as a two-bedroom house with small communal room and secure parking, is absolutely perfect. Saved us a fortune, and it was nice to get back from a rainy day's trekking and have that space to unwind in. Janvier and Anne-Marie really went out of their way, even helping us to order take-out from a local restaurant when we didn't feel like going out. They helped explain the route to the park entrance as we were off to see the golden monkeys. And there were lots of little touches in the house, like biscuits, a hairdryer, shampoo - anything you might have forgotten to bring. They were also very flexible about check out. Really so glad we decided to give it a try, and planning to go back as it's just down the road from Crema coffee shop which is the pick-up spot for canoeing Mukungwa River.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Kibuye. The place is incredibly peaceful, with a stunning view of Lake Kivu that instantly puts you at ease. It’s the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a restful getaway. Watching the lake from the balcony was definitely a highlight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and scenic escape.

I spent 13 wonderful days at Eline’s house. I had already seen in previous reviews that she is a great host. I absolutely agree with that! Eline’s is really an amazing host. She is so friendly, responsive, always ready to assist you. I also very much appreciated her flexibility for the check in. I had a 6AM flight and it was no problem at all to check in that early! Her place is spotless, comfortable and peaceful. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. It’s a big house, fully equipped with everything you need. I really enjoyed the cute balcony and garden area at the front of the house. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Clement the housekeeper is very friendly, quiet, you will barely notice him being there. Always ready to help out whenever you need something. I highly recommend Eline’s house. I’m certain you will feel instantly at home like I did!

Jeanne Marie was very helpful and answered all the questions before checking in. The place is amazing and in a safe neighborhood in Kibagabaga. Walkable distance from Pilipili restaurant and a short drive to all major places in town (Kigali). Would highly recommend.
