Beachfront vacation rentals in Runswick Bay

fab weekend break away with 3 children and dog. Enclosed garden meant they could all play outside safely. Great location for the beach. The chalet was set up as described, towels and bedding were fresh. We had a fab weekend.

Stunning views, great location if you want a peaceful and quiet, lovely apartment with everything you need plus a few toys for kids was a great touch. Just a few mins walk onto the beach where we built sand castles, paddled and kids tried bodyboarding. Super convenient. We were lucky enough to watch dolphins from the living room window one morning.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Thank you Richard for a fab stay! Everything was as described. Location was perfect for us with a young family and dogs to be able to get to the beach! Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed! Richard left us some sweet treats on arrival which were a nice touch! We will definitely rebook

A fantastic stay at The Captain's Quarters . Easy to check in, find and very accessable to all aspects of Scarborough. We were attending a gig at the Spa so it was a perfect base! The View from the window is amazing. Watching the sea early morning to early evening was fabulous.

A lovely clean house with everything you need in it. Joanne was very helpful and we had a great time hunting for sea glass on the beaches.

We had 3 nights at Emma’s place. A most enjoyable experience. A perfect blend of helpful and friendly with superb restaurant recommendations. The best being The Plough bistro pub in Scalby / 3 miles outside Scarborough. The house met all of our expectations and was in easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything we needed was available to us! The biscuits and milk were much appreciated too xx Thank you both for a super stay! Would recommend to others xxxxx

We really loved the place very quiet…easy access to beach ….. enjoyed are walks to the beach and surrounding places, we also enjoyed the Italian gardens and walking up to the Scarborough Castle, which were lovely views. Thank you Jennifer for the lovely place.

We've just returned from a lovely few days at kingfisher cottage. Jo was very helpful in giving us age appropriate recommendations for things to do in the area and allowed us to check in early which really helped in getting us settled for a nice relaxing break. The cottage is beautiful with nice homely touches, comfy beds and everything we needed. Thank you so much Jo. X

We had a fantastic time at Cayton Bay and Scarborough. John's caravan is the best one we've stayed in (we come every year). Lots of amenities, even a toddler toilet seat and step. Very comfortable and loads of storage. The caravan was spotlessly clean. Has a homely feel. John was very responsive and approachable. Thank you for a great stay.

Great stay at Tickle Cottage. House had everything we needed. This was our 4th stay at The Bay and would definitely return to Tickle Cottage if we visit again.

Delighted to have stayed here. Peter couldn’t have done for us and his prompt communication was outstanding. Brilliant location, close to the front and not noisy at all. Everything was just like the pictures and spelt amazing. Staying here has completely open our minds to new interior design options and I think it’s fair to say it was a privilege to have had time here. We had a beautiful stay here. Hosts were always so responsive, helpful and friendly. Parking permit useful and we found it easy to find a space most of the time. Inside very clean, tidy and well-equipped. Views amazing. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you.

We have had the best time at Chris’s bungalow. The location was perfect for all our needs. It was so peaceful and central for everything, shops, beach, supermarket and of course the beach. The bungalow offered everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen perfectly equipped and a back garden of dreams. My 3 year old sun loved it so much and even called it HOME. Communication was spot on. We will hopefully be rebooking again for September. Thank you Chris you are a credit to Airbnb.

Fabulous location and a very comfortable and modern static. Lots of thoughtful touches inside. I loved being able to make fresh coffee in the morning. We had daily walks on the beach, which was almost always deserted. Some great local restaurants. I would definitely come back.

Wow! What an amazing place this is. Just as seen on the pictures. Beautifully furnished, the hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is right on the beach with access to Filey and other places only a short drive away. Vanda is a great host. She was really flexible with our requests for extra time to check out and responds quickly. We will be back!
