My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The house looks exactly like the photos and is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lake view is beautiful. The host is very responsive which makes my communication much easier. I would recommend it 100%.

Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay near Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

We arrived after a long hike and felt immediately welcome. Orphée gave clear directions with pictures, so it was easy to find the house and parking spot. The room is small but exactly like in the photos – charming, stylish, and quiet. You can only hear birds singing in the morning, which is lovely. Even without air conditioning, the thick walls kept it pleasantly cool on a warm summer day. The bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly. Our favourite part was the beautiful garden, where we grilled in the evening. Everything was prepared – we didn’t need to bring charcoal or wood. The cozy table with lights and candles made it a magical experience. Highly recommended!

Great stay in beautiful surroundings! Very welcoming host, we recommend it! Very relaxing, very quiet by the lake. Very clean! If I had to give one small point, we thought that access to the lake was at the foot of the accommodation with the photos, but you have to cross the road. Which is not a problem at all. We had a great time at Jean and Dominique's. The studio is on the ground floor of their home but they are discreet. The studio is perfectly equipped, oven and microwave, the bathroom is spacious, the garden is accessible for children and the view of the mountains. We'll come back if we have the chance. Thank you!

Relaxing stay in this small house, beautifully decorated and very well located for discovering the region (Bauges, Annecy, etc.). The accommodation is well equipped. The village center is within walking distance with essential shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, small market on Saturdays...). And of course, a special mention for the terrace and the view!

We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Very welcoming host, the accommodation was great, good location. Only small downside, garage too narrow to fit the car (duster) and paid parking on the street. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I recommend this host.

We spent a few days in this beautiful apartment, convenient and well located close to the lake. We liked the terrace, the ease of parking, the apartment is well equipped and nothing is missing for a good stay. The proximity to the lake and shops is a plus. Margaret was responsive, no worries in communication. A rental to discover and ideal for two.

We stayed a couple of nights in the apartment. It is a very nice apartment with a lovely balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and meets all needs. Talloires is a lovely village to stay in. We definitely recommend staying here.

The place was perfect: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is nice, the hot water is available worry-free, and the kitchen has all the necessities. The setting is beautiful, with great views, and only 10 minutes from downtown Annecy. Guillaume, our host, was very welcoming, always available and responsive. Thank you for this great stay!
