Das Apartment ist im Erdgeschoss eines Bauernhauses mit insgesamt 4 Apartments. Die Haustür ist über den Innenhof erreichbar. Die Terrassentür ist südwestlich ausgerichtet. Das Bauernhaus hat sehr wenig Nachbarschaft, daher liegt es in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Lage mit toller Aussicht.
