Cottage vacation rentals in Roz-sur-Couesnon

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and little girl. 10min drive to the beach, and lots more beautiful beaches close by. The cottage is very nice, espcially the kitchen area where we spent most of our time when indoors. Lovely patio for eating outside and hot tub and lots of games to play in the garden which was fun as we had good weather. My little girl loved seeing the sheep and chickens. We found many little towns and things to do for day trips. Would recommend - and Sonia was so friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Air bnb We are a family with a 4 year old and 2 year old. We stayed here for 9 nights. We had a lovely time. The gite was great with a very well equipped kitchen, and the surroundings are beautiful. Jeanette and Brian were so helpful and made us feel very at home! Brian introduced the boys to the chickens, sheep and nearby cows. Jeanette was very responsive to our requests, even unusual ones! We would highly recommend Appletree to any family.

We stayed in a lovely house, with a jacuzzi, the hosts were welcoming and the house was clean. We had a great time in this little relaxing corner. Thanks again for hosting.

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. Pleasant little cottage with a beautiful garden with lovely flowers. Caroline is a welcoming host who prepared the accommodation with care and taste. We had a lovely stay where we happily enjoyed the Nordic bath. We recommend and will be happy to come back.

Thanks for the stay, thanks for your availability. Super nice accommodation, ideal for relaxing in a quiet place and hiking. Mont St Michel is 1 hour 20 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival were very much appreciated.

Very good stay. Prior to having the owners who are staying a house next door Had 14 people in the next gite (including 6 children) for Halloween but we didn't hear them. Dissociated parking so perfect. Great fireplace (€10 for the 1/8 of steer already provided on arrival) with a wood burning stove that works very well Great attention to the breakfast. A fresh baguette would be a plus (not sure if this is possible given the area) but it was already the milk breads.

Amazing spot to unwind from the big wide world, two hounds loved it with great walks in mature woods on your door step, with beautiful surrounding country side. Everyone we met or interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Great local produce to be had so go find it as you will not be disappointed. Would not and will not hesitate to highly recommend and book again....

Our third time at Farida and Gérard's and always a great pleasure to find the little house! We always feel so good there with a great welcome and everything you need to have a great vacation, we will come back a fourth time, that's for sure!

We had an excellent stay in this lovely place. The house is located in a very quiet area of the vacation park, yet we enjoyed that it is one of the closest locations to the swimming pool, which was very nice with warm water. The house is exceptionally well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Lucie in person, she was always very helpful and provided very clear instructions for our arrival and departure. We very much enjoyed this place as a base to explore southern Normandy and Mont St Michel. We certainly recommend this place !

The cottage of Marie-Aude is cosy, modern and very practical for a family of 4 (toddler and baby). The beautiful beach is close by. So it is easy to walk to the beach multiple times per day!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a cold time to visit but the log burner soon warmed the house up and kept us lovely & cosy. We chose the cottage to be close to family, but it is in a beautiful spot and is a short drive to all the local amenities. The cottage has everything you need for a self catering stay and the bedding and towels were lovely. Alison was super helpful with the little queries we had and there was great communication leading up to the visit too.

I highly recommend this accommodation, it is well located, almost no opposite unlike some houses of the residence, the pool of the condominium is clean, there is where to park nearby for visitors and there is a private parking space. The terrace is great, the bedding is good, nothing to complain about cleanliness and amenities. I wish Marie-Aude and Régis a good stay and also a good stay for everyone. If we have to come back to the area, we will be delighted to be able to stay in our accommodations again.

Cathryn's gite is located in a lovely quiet spot in Bregtagne. It is a beautifully renovated old house with a great interior. In the living room, the large fireplace with matching stove is a real eye-catcher. The large kitchen is also lovely - although we would probably have taken a bit more space for a dining table. The second (!) bathroom upstairs is a true paradise. Sitting in the bath, you feel like a "proper lady". Too bad there is no "ladies maid" to wash your back ;-) With three beautiful bedrooms, again tastefully decorated, it's a princely residence. We also really enjoyed all the birds in the garden. And the private tour of Cathryn's studio. Highly recommended!

It was such a treat to spend time with Clare and Jacques at their lovely home. The guest cottage was thoughtfully prepared with many comfortable touches. Words cannot do justice to the beauty of their garden and the surrounding countryside. Their location is a short drive from many lovely places including: Dinard, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, and Rennes. Clare and Jacques were honestly some of the best hosts I have ever had with Airbnb. Their kindness and hospitality were the highlights of my trip to France.
