Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Royan

Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

We spent 2 weeks at Jacqueline and Alain's (about 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches, close to Royan and Ile d'Oléron). The apartment is impeccable with all the necessary amenities for a great stay without worrying about anything (dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee makers, kettle, barbecue, garden table, etc.). Jacqueline and Alain are welcoming and caring. The apartment is at the bottom of their garden but we feel at home there because access is independent of their home. Stayed a month, close to the city center with shops. La Rochelle is accessible by car, bus, bike or on foot. A lot of information provided by the host. Recommended

Great stay at Martine's. I have never rented an apartment so well equipped with materials (kitchen in particular) which is really very pleasant. Location in the center is perfect.

We were very satisfied. The place had everything in the immediate vicinity, a nice beach, many good restaurants and a supermarket where you can get everything. The place was small but absolutely sufficient for two people, the kitchen had almost everything you need (unfortunately no wine opener, thought that was a prerequisite in France ;) )

A comfortable and very well located address in Royan, a few minutes walk from the waterfront and shopping streets. We really appreciated the flexibility and quality of Audrey's welcome, his good addresses, the equipment, the calm and cleanliness of the apartment, the proximity to a good bakery and the ease of parking on the street at the bottom of the apartment. Anyway, we will definitely be back for our next stay in Royan!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice stay, from start to finish. Coralie is very friendly and flexible on check-in/checkout conditions and times. The apartment, as described, is very well appointed for a single person or has 2. Nothing else to say about cleanliness! The residence is very quiet and the beach is only a 3 minute walk is a real plus! I can only recommend Coralie's place!

The Airbnb was about 8 minute walk from Lesparre train station. Easy to find above an extensive gym (perfect if you want to work out too). No noise issues, peaceful neighbourhood and felt very safe. Frederic met us and showed us around, communication was responsive. This place was perfect for just the two of us, with a well equipped kitchen (hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee pod machine kettle etc etc), and bathroom was stocked with soap and paper, cleaning items. The stylish open kitchen/lounge/diner had sofa, table chairs and TV. Good sized double bed, hanging rails, bedside table and drawers. Decent size, shutters kept the morning sunlight out! It was spotlessly clean throughout. Absolutely loved staying here - it is just like the pictures! Lesparre itself is quiet and and we struggled to find places to eat out, so a walk to Carrefour helped us stock up the fridge. 1 .15 hr on train to Bordeaux / 15 mins Pauillac and 20mins to Soullac Sur Mer. Parfait!

Laurent is a charming host, very welcoming and available. The house is very well-equipped, the bedding is of good quality we slept very well. Cozy, intimate and sunny terrace. We had a pleasant stay in a quiet area close to beaches and shops, everything can be done on foot or by bike. Great value for money. Thanks Laurent!

Pauline's house is very well located in St Pierre, quiet while being close to all services, shops, market. Parking is easy in the small square nearby. St. Pierre is ideal for accessing all the resources of the island. You only need to take a bike or car to get to the sea but it's very easy. This large house is ideal for a large family, welcoming, well-equipped and can allow autonomy for everyone. We'll be happy to go back. The patio and garden furniture + barbecue are a plus. An infinity pool with an absolutely splendid view of the vineyards, plenty of space in the house, an extremely attentive host to ensure that our stay goes smoothly, a very well-equipped house including for babies… In short, a perfect stay!

A lovely little house in a peaceful haven. Sylvaine and Stéphane are welcoming, full of good advice and super available. The house is perfect for two with its small garden that delighted my dog. It's easy to park on the parallel streets. You almost want to keep the address to yourself. I'll be back, that's for sure!
