Apartment vacation rentals in Royal Leamington Spa

The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

We had a wonderful stay in Susie's flat. Its location is ideal: very easy to find, close to everything on foot and magical with its little patch of garden in front of the river where we can watch the swan that has taken up residence in front of it. Susie was kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage early on our arrival so that we could start our visits while waiting for the housework to be done. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfortable and I don't think I've ever seen an Airbnb kitchen so well equipped. The milk in the fridge, savoury biscuits for aperitifs and sweet biscuits for tea were also much appreciated. If we come back to Stratford-upon-Avon this is where we want to stay as of all the accommodation I have had in the town, this is my favourite.

Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The flat is centrally located with a great view and a very peaceful ambience. All the amenities were available. It is a great place to go visit all nearby places and have a good rest after an eventful day.

its easy off the M5 but you need a car or taxi to get around. However these shops close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

This was a nice, quiet little flat, quite basic but cosy and comfortable, once we knew how to work the heating! The flat was clean and bright, attractively furnished and generally well-equipped. The beds & bedding were like new and very comfortable. The bedrooms had effective 'blackout'-style curtains to counter the early morning sunlight. The kitchen was well-designed, a little 'unfinished' in paces but with stylish appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, but no dishwasher. Efosa was a very good host, responding quickly and supportively to any queries or issues. It is important to note that the flat is on the second floor with no lift, which was fine for us but may not suit everybody. This flat was perfect for our group of four to visit family in Kings Heath and we really enjoyed our stay.

Adele was a great host! Instructions were clear on how to get in, how to set the heater and the place was clean. There was even a note on Easter Sunday wishing us a happy Easter and there was chocolate. Very thoughtful.

A lovely little flat. Clean, tidy and had all amenities and everything you could need for a nice relaxing stay. Very close to the Coventry canal, which is most definitely worth a walk alongside. Thank you Barbara.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is clean, tidy and fully equipped. It has beautiful views and surroundings. Peter, Yanti, and Alexander were really responsive before and during my stay - they are great hosts and I would highly recommend a stay here.

This is a beautiful flat with gorgeous gardens and views. It was beautifully clean and well kept and perfect for our stay. There were lovely added touches like a high chair, cot and bath toys for the kids which made our stay even easier! Clare was friendly and helpful and very responsive to my messages. Would definitely recommend :)

Peter was very helpful. The property has everything you need, it’s close to the train station and there’s a big park nearby. I will definitely stay here if we need to come back to Banbury!

Martin’s place was great near the zoo and castle where we were heading. Martin was a great host very responsive when I had a couple of questions. Would stay again as didn’t have time to do everything.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Chambers are excellent hosts. Friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile by providing instruction videos prior to arrival. This was really helpful with self check in, navigating the property and using all of its amenities. The property itself was spotlessly clean. It smelled amazing, and it looked even better in person than it did in the photos. The hot tub is also a real highlight too. We really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be booking again soon! 😁

Booked the place for our employee, suited all his needs.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.
