Lovely place and great host!

The property was very conveniently located close to my house for my son to stay in over the Christmas period. The access and security were very good, and Sylvia the host was there to welcome my son when he arrived. She was charming and very friendly. The property was very clean, super warm and although my son didn't use the kitchen, it had everything supplied should you choose to cook. The property was quiet and had a nice garden view - I'm not sure if the garden was included to use but it was well kept and very pretty. All in all, the property was lovely, albeit quite expensive, but it served our purposes over Christmas, and for visitors new to the area, it is in an excellent location, close to the local shops and restaurants and 10 minutes into the West End.

Really great place. Our teenager loved having her own third floor and bathroom. Great location and Li was so quick at communicating. The grass in the garden was overgrown and it would have been great to have a swingset for the children, but that would be a bonus. The beds and sofa weren't the best, but overall we were really happy with the apt!

I stayed here for four nights with two of my family members. Jeffrey's home was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The check-in process was easy. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The street was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent the week at Silvya's place. A good experience , everything went well and we are very happy. Definitely to recommend for those in need of ample space in a quiet part of London

The apartment has the most amazing view over looking the bridge street and Richmond river Thames. With free off street parking few minutes walk

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Plenty of space for all of us and tv, hot tub and games room kept everyone entertained in between trips out. Access to transport was excellent - two minute walk from overground station (Leyton Midland) and buses that took us to Central underground station (Leyton) in 10 minutes. Food shops at the end of the road too to stock cupboards for meals. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, close by to restaurants and sights. 3 min from Victoria station, which was very convenient as we were traveling with large suitcases. Neighborhood felt safe and clean. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful garden apartment, tucked away on a quiet street but still an easy walk to Paddington Station with connections to everywhere in London. If you like to walk the canal to Camden is a real treat and we were able to easily walk to Regents Park, Hyde Park and Marylebone (Marble Arch is just over a mile away). The entire apartment is well equipped for longer stays and there are plenty of hangers in the closet so you can unpack and feel at home. A lovely orange tabby roams the yard.

Most excellent service! Li was kind and very professional and always ready to respond to any questions! We really really really enjoyed the place and our stay so much that we ended up staying much longer than planned!
