This studio apartment is actually standalone house on 32m2. Very nice place with everything you need. Situated at beginning of peninsula Verudela in Pula itself makes our little house even more attractive for a simple reason that this location and neighborhood is perfect. Offering a lot of restaurants, markets, very close to beaches and only 1,5 km from city center with tight bus connections, and despite this, our little house is in very quiet neighborhood. Robert and Vesna runs this place, and we are happy persons whose goal is your satisfaction. Our little house is ready for 2 + 1 persons, close to swimming pool which is free for use for all guests. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils ... everything is included in the price. The nearest beach is only 400 m from Villa Carla. 17 km of beautiful beaches in the area, monuments and rich culture of the city, old town, and the amphitheater from the Roman era are just an additional guarantee that your vacation will be extraordinary. Simply, it has to be seen. And we are here to help you through every step in discovering the beauty of our city. What can you expect from our neighborhood? Well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars. You can rent bicycles, mopeds, cars, boats, etc. scuba diving, sports field, tennis, mini golf, wind surfing, and even boat that pulls the parachute, rides a small plane Boat trips: Venice, Islands Brijuni , Mali Losinj and Silba Road trip: Wine Road (wine tasting). Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
