Very clean, comfortable and functional apartment. Near the bus station and the city center. Has everything you need inside and looks really nice.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. Davor’s dad greeted us and was lovely. Easy parking on the property with gated access. Close by to the city as well as bus stops. We hope to be back again soon.

We were very satisfied with the apartment, it had everything you need. Aurelio and Gianna were super friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like so much was that we always needed the car to get to the sea! To Pula, there was a very good bus connection. The bus stop was just around the corner!! All in all, it was great!! We will be happy to come back!!

Our visit to Rovinj was highlighted by this apartment and our host. Communications before and during our visit were good as there was construction nearby. The apartment is just outside the walking areas of town, stores and restaurants are within 2-10 minutes walk. The small balcony with table and chairs were used in our down time. The master bedroom was large and accommodating to our 2 suitcases with plenty of hangers. Washing machine and clothes line available in apartment. The boat ride offered by Miro was a treat and a personal highlight of our trip. You will not find a better host and guide to this city of his. You can walk along the water and parks for many kilometers.

Very clean apartment with all the essentials. Very kind landlord, super helpful, who made me feel at home. Ideal location to easily walk to Banjole beach/pine forest. Kamenjak Park reachable by car in a short time. Many beautiful coves nearby. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed by the hostess very warmly and with good tips, so you could feel right at home. The location is very beneficial - by the sea you can either walk a very nice path into the old town or walk in the other direction to a really great and large beach. The apartment was satisfactorily cleaned and very spacious - the huge bathroom could also be used as a ballroom;-). Very nice are also the terrace and the garden. We would have liked to ventilate the apartment even better, but did not dare to leave the doors open for too long due to the many mosquitoes that were unfortunately found everywhere in Rovinj. Possibly a reason for minor mold infestation in one place or another that was mentioned in another review, but was not worrisome from our point of view. All in all we had a very nice stay in Gracijela's apartment.

Host requested 15 min notification prior to arrival and easily navigated us to parking spot right outside of door. She was so kind and gave us quick instructions on the lights, water and locking the doors. Also-EXCELLENT recommendations for food and must see attractions in Pula. Lovely short walk to the arena and then walk as long as you like to shopping and coast.

We had a very relaxing and quiet vacation at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered all comforts: Located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance to the small, charming town of Bale. An all-around successful stay! Darija is super friendly and has been very helpful with all our questions. Thank you for the wonderful time!!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here! The apartment was spacious, tidy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed + more. The building is secure and has a cute, cozy outdoor space. The designated parking and the Pula arena are both literally minutes away on foot, along with many restaurants and sunset spots. Edisa was a fantastic host - a kind, genuine person who took great care of us and offered lots of tips and local recommendations. Bonus points for comfortable bed and good water pressure 👌 Would definitely stay here again. Hvala!

We liked the apartment very much. It was well equipped, very clean and well air-conditioned. Host was super nice, always helpful and available 24 hours. Robust, easy check-in and check-out. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean, it’s much bigger in reality than the photos would suggest. Very comfortable for 3-4 people. The location is excellsnt, both the beach and the old town is a 15-20 minute walk away.

The apartment was beautiful. The view was amazing and everything is exactly the same as in the photos. It was close to the center. Katarina was super helpful and reply very quickly to all my questions. I really recommend this okace.

Excellent stay for two people. The apartment is uphill of most of Rovinj’s hustle and bustle but not far from anything. Parking nearby in August is an exercise in patience and luck, but August is also probably the worst it’ll ever be and even our experience wasn’t awful. Wonderful location and excellent accommodations!

As per my other review, i would live on this apartment. It's perfect for me, i booked it again. And would recommend it to everyone. Doesnt get any better than this for me. Thank you ♡

We were in Lovrecica during the fall holidays. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to swim in the sea because the water was too cold. But we could paddle, the kids enjoyed it. We were able to buy freshly caught fish directly from the neighbor. The area is lovely, Donald was very friendly & always helpful.

We were warmly welcomed by Natalija and she took very good care of us during our stay. It was a great, very clean, quiet and cozy apartment, we felt comfortable there right away. It had everything we needed. We particularly liked the 3 balconies, so you could always follow the sun or avoid the wind. All in all, a great place to come back to!

We had a great few days at Iv's place, it's in a nice and quiet area but a quick car drive from all of Pula's must-see sights. Everything is as the photos show, the pool is nice for a quick swim, and all the guests respected the house rules.

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all your helpful tips and friendly communication. We will not soon forget your beautiful property and hope to return.
