Monthly Rentals in Rotella

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The modern and clean apartment was perfectly equipped and left nothing to be desired. The idyllic landscape all around was simply fantastic and contributed to our relaxing stay. We would like to emphasise the extraordinary kindness of Michela & Massimo. The garden with the pool and the many play opportunities was a real highlight and provided ample opportunity for recreation and fun. La casa di Simone is located in the pretty Marche village of Amandola, on a cobblestone street and with a beautiful view of the hills. The house is spread across three floors through a spiral staircase. It is entirely made of wood and stone and all the furniture is natural and very well cared for. Downstairs there is an equipped kitchen (even microwave and dishwasher) and dining room. On the middle floor there is a magnificent bathroom with a very relaxing sauna and steam room and a bedroom with two loft beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a small room with a fireplace and a single bed. Simone is a very attentive and responsive host and guided us by phone to reach the destination given the closure of some streets for the village party. From here we reached the centuries-old beech of Canfaito and had a really relaxing weekend. We can't wait to come back.
