Air-conditioned house with views, 50 meters from the ocean.

Very close to the beach, porch and garden that includes a built-in barbecue. Garage with a ford. Very quiet to rest. It has WiFi. The beach has a new promenade with benches, for walking or exercising, which connects several beaches. Next to the house, turning left and going up Guayaba Street, there are several cafes with breakfasts and tapas and two supermarkets that are also open on holidays. I would highlight El Coffee House with Colombian coffee and artisan sweets and the breakfasts of Él Último.

Rustic house right on the sand of the beach located on the suburbs of Rota norte, between El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chipiona. You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.
