Best House & Best Views in Donegal

JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful home the views are outstanding especially if the sun is out. David was great we had trouble connecting to the WiFi as my son had accidentally turned off a plug in a bedroom this could have been a nightmare (can you imagine a 9year old with no WiFi) David called my straight away and explained what to do to fix it. Rossnowlagh beach is close and also the smugglers creek inn was a highlight for dinner if i get the chance il definitely be back.

Lakeland Lodge

Well the pictures dont do it any justice! We stayed for 2 nights during a mini heatwave and the place was just perfect, so peaceful and the scenery was truly amazing. Everything was spotless and the only issues we had was the hottub showing an error constantly to which we notified Lorcan a few times, who was down in 15mins to fix said issue and some of the local takeaways etc dont deliver but other than that it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend anyone to book and its only a 5 min drive from Bundoran also. Fantastic place for a quiet, peaceful week away. Stunning views over the Atlantic coast. Nearest shop and bar were a short drive away. We had everything we could possibly need and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a base to explore the west coast of Ireland.

Boa Island Retreat

We stayed here as 2 families with young kids. The house was a great size and had everything we needed. It is nice and peaceful and not too far to travel to local attractions. The hot tub was a welcome treat for the parents at the end of the day. The kids enjoyed the swing and slide and sweets in the welcome basket. Elisha was very helpful in offering travel cot or next to me for my baby and even let us check in early on arrival. would definitely stay here again.
