Mansion vacation rentals in Rosenheim

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Lovely house, Great kitchen with lovely views of the garden. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lounge with log fire. Sauna on the 1st floor was fantastic after a hard skiing. Bedrooms in the lower ground weren't as nice but still ok if you are a large group and need the space. Location is good but you need a car. Overall lovely property and helpful host. Thanks

Fantastic apartment for a group of 11. Stunning panoramic views, comfortable and warm. The apartment had everything we needed to cook but lots of places to eat nearby. Train station to the Zugspitz just a short walk away. Had a great time - our host was always responsive and really helpful. Thank you!

Very good accommodation

Stayed at Angelika’s beautiful home for 4 nights to ski at Garmisch-Classic, the home is in a perfect spot in between Hausberg and Kandahar Express, the house has incredible fittings all throughout, beautiful views of the mountains from both the kitchen and living room. Angelika was always incredibly responsive and helpful, even late at night! 14/10 would stay here again.

Great place to stay - perfect for our family host weekend.

We were with 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 12) in the lake house during the Easter holidays and had a great time. The house is great, as described, and the proximity to the relaxing swimming area with beautiful sunsets make the location perfect. Christiana and Magnus are also extremely nice hosts. I'm sure we'll be back.

Veronika's apartment was the perfect setting for our get away with friends. We were 3 families, each with small children and we all had a wonderful stay. Very child friendly and so much to do in a short drive. We'd love to stay again!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

We had a Looking for accommodation with the whole family (6 adults, 4 infants, 2 dogs) and ended up in Chalet Franzi by accident - we had a wonderful stay. The kids loved the garden, the free entrance to the pool was an extra highlight. There was enough room for everyone and we adults could sit comfortably together in the evening. The furnishings of Chalet Franzi are really nice and functional (the beds are super comfortable). We will be happy to come back!

We were in a very large group in the house for a winter vacation and everyone had enough space and retreat space. The location of the house is really perfect. Behind the house is the forest for walking/tobogganing and in front of the house is the place. The kitchen and bathrooms are visually outdated, but absolutely functional. The kitchen will be renovated soon. The house has a great panoramic view and is in the sun most of the day. There are SO many things for kids, it was really convenient.

Great wooden house, very clean as shown on the pictures, only you can't sneak up! 😉 The view is really great! Communication was also quick and easy with the landlords! 👍 We were satisfied and were also able to bridge the time with bad weather well in the house. In the kitchen we only missed larger pots for our number of people (6 adults) - then cooked noodles spread over several pots. But it was also possible 😉

We felt very comfortable right away. The location is great, very close to the mountains and quiet. We could also use the garden directly at the house very well, with a child and a dog. We will be happy to come back. Thank You!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.
