We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Had a lovely time staying. House was clean and layout was nice. I would stay at this location again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

The hosts were friendly, and accommodating. I was there with my 103 year mother and they were very glad to help out in whatever way they could. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated, and the surroundings are lovely as well. Parking is so easy, as was getting in and out of the place. A wonderful stay.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Patty was amazing! This is the second time staying in her home, and again, it did not disappoint. It was nice that we knew the expectations and Patty shared information about the home before we got there. She has been and was again very responsive to any needs or questions. Her backyard is fabulous and perfect for reading in the gazebo, having coffee on the deck, or taking a cat nap in the hammock. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit, but that too was a great space! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother in law that uses a cane.

This place was amazing and everything I wanted! I stayed here with my groomsmen before my wedding in New York. Very nice neighborhood and great home type feeling inside. Me and my groomsmen with their significant others were thoroughly blessed to be able to stay here. Joanne was a fantastic host with all the recommendations and quick responses to any questions I had!

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

The house was perfect for our family and friends. It was very spacious, comfortable, and just what we needed for a short trip. We truly appreciate her hospitality.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

We had a short stay but the property was just as advertised and was a great place to visit. Natalia our host made check in and check out a breeze with proactive instructions.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. It's life changing! Thank you Jennifer for letting us share your home.

Our stay at Rodger's place was terrific. We were three couples enjoying a weekend away together. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms roomy, and the kitchen very usable and well-equipped. We cooked breakfast on Saturday morning and sat on the porch playing cards in the afternoon! The location is perfect, and we walked to the beach and boardwalk (it is a long walk, but doable). There are bikes in the shed for use, but we didn't use them (they would be helpful, though). The hosts welcomed us with a welcome note and a gift. From the moment we arrived, the home was pleasant and had a homey feeling. We will be back!

Roze had a beautiful home and the neighborhood was great and quiet close to everything I needed. I would recommend this Airbnb 100%. I planned to stay here again if available my next trip.
