Beautiful accommodation in downtown Rosario. Very warm, bright, modern, quiet and very well-equipped apartment. Special mention to the two double beds (all the accommodations we evaluated had only one double bed and two single beds) Incredible cleanliness, it has a washing machine (it was very useful for us) and no less important: Netflix to watch movies (we had rainy days) so we could take advantage of it. Fran was always attentive to what we needed and both check-in and check-out were super organized. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful secluded little house that felt like home. Sol was an amazing host who even got us breakfast on the first morning when it was storming heavily and we hadn't had the time to get groceries yet. Communication was great, the house was comfortable and the pool was a treat! Would definitely recommmend!

The accommodation is a large family house, very well maintained, with all the amenities of a kitchen, gazebo, dining room, bedrooms, patio, pool. Upon arrival they welcomed us very well and told us all the steps to follow to enjoy the accommodation. The description is very similar to reality.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and brand new. Very clean, practical, nice and very comfortable. Ideal for a couple. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to the waterfront, the monument and the historic center. Flor is a 10-star host. Attentive and very kind. Definitely the ideal place to stay in Rosario.

Gonzalo was always proactive in communication and very nice to us. El depto é antico but very well conserved, clean and functional. There is everything to use in the kitchen, bed linens, towel, soap, coffee, etc. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is cute, and in an excellent location meters from a large supermarket and various places to eat. Fully equipped, everything works perfectly. The kitchen is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for long stays. Keep in mind that it is on a main street, so especially on weekdays you may hear some noise. However, this does not affect your stay. The host was excellent, always attentive and available for anything we might need. Definitely a great option to stay.

Excellent accommodation and host. I highlight the comfort (bed, pillows, kitchen, bathroom,etc.) Although the kitchen almost did not use it contained all the necessary utensils and more! Beautiful decorated! Quiet area, a few blocks from downtown, with nearby businesses. Felipe is extremely kind, attentive and always at your disposal. Space to stay again and recommend!

Excellent location! Comfortable, spacious and very tasteful apartment. The best of the place without a doubt is Sere, friendly, accessible with our schedules, and situations q carelessly happened to us. And the shower, what a pleasure!!! We would definitely come back. :)
