My lovely wagon-lit: a small room with an independent entrance and a private bathroom. "Vintage" bathroom: 1960s bathtub, toilet, and a very small sink. For one person only. A place to use as a base and essentially to sleep. The room borders the host's kitchen and there is a non-soundable separation door. NO SMOKING. A column fan is available for the summer. With a surcharge for energy costs, you can have a Penguin-type air conditioner.
