Monthly Rentals in Roje

I've used this apartment for the second time and will definitely be back. Great location, nice apartment with everything she needs, friendly and helpful host. There is an elevator in the block, which is rare in old buildings in the city center.

Perfect place for a weekend retreat, totally wort it. Only problem for me was local rules which was very strong but hard to notice, pay attention to it. Thanks to the host for accepting with a dog😁

I recommend this property 110%. The host's in-person reception is something I haven't seen in a long time in remote and mass guest service. What sets this house apart is definitely very rich, above average amenities (I felt like I was moving in for a few days with someone who lives in this house:)), the number of experiences for children (in the house and outside), and the attitude of the owners to guests. The day before arrival, the hosts contacted them to find out what to prepare for our arrival. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The immediate area of the house is very quiet and peaceful. We opted for this house because of the dog who is afraid of New Year's Eve shots and we weren't disappointed. The dog was peaceful the entire stay.

Super quiet location just as I wanted it. Amenities are ok, almost everything you need is provided. Simple and kept. I got wood for the fireplace every day. Great communication, super nice hosts.
