Family-friendly vacation rentals in Roda

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

From start to finish, we had a great week away. the pool was amazing, as it was heated, so completely useable for our whole stay. the villa itself was a great place to stay. overall, a great place, and a great host. thanks Jesus for being so responsive to requests and messages whilst we were there.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

We enjoyed our weekend trip. Pros - 1. the location 2. the jacuzzi 3. the house is well equipped and 4. friendly host. Cons - 1. was missing cleaning in the living room and kitchen and in one room (trash/glass on the floor in the three sites when we arrived) and the BBQ was not clean when we arrived and we had to clean it before using it. 2. I think the price-quality for the cleaning is not right after seeing other listings. 3. There is some humidity issue in the en-suite room toilet - smells bad always even though we have left the window open. I still want to emphasize that we have enjoyed our trip in general and would do it again. Thank you!

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

The apartment is really nice, we felt right at home. There is a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. The view from the balcony was really nice. Antonio has always been attentive and kind. Surely we will come back some day.

Nick was very attentive. An outstanding host!!! With a flexible schedule that is very convenient. The house was very modern and really cozy with all utensils you need while you are on vacation. A great living space inside and out. Highly recommended!!!!

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Can’t praise this place enough. Carlos was the perfect host. Had someone there to welcome us and made sure he was there to say goodbye when we left even though we made a late change to schedule. Perfect in every way.

John is a very welcoming host. The house is large and located in a large wooded and well-maintained garden. The large pool was much appreciated. For practitioners, a tennis class is available. We only want to come back! A parking space is available. We don't need to say we recommend this place to stay!

We were very surprised by the apartment. Beautiful views and very quiet. It exceeds expectations. But the best part was Paco. He treated us very kindly and explained everything we asked him, and he even gave us a great list of places to go and things to do. It's nice to be able to say that I'll be back because we were really comfortable. We would fall short saying everything, because I assure you that going here is well worth it. Had a great couple of days here. The apartment is lovely and has everything we needed, Fiona also replied to our queries extremely fast which was very helpful. Flexible check in/ out was greatly appreciated and made our stay completely stress free! Overall we had a lovely time and would not hesitate to return

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed at this beautiful Villa for a week at the beginning of April 25. Great cul de sac location with little noise and not over looked by any of the neighbouring properties. Beautifully warm pool, great size outdoor areas and also beautiful inside. Great communications with Viviane the owner, I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back in the near future for sure.

Great apartment when visiting La Finca and the lovely surrounding areas

This was our second stay (a month this time ), it won’t be our last. Booking /organisation was quick and easy. The property was spotless for our arrival. The property feels like home from home to us, with everything we needed and amazing views. Can’t wait to return.

Super clean, has all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Even though it is "far" from the center, it has the basic services within walking distance. Parking space right next to the elevators. Would be happy to return one day.

Second time visiting this apartment. Mark and Emma are excellent hosts, very helpful, accommodating and quick at responding. The apartment is very well kept and has everything for a perfect stay. Look forward to returning again!
