We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

It was a lovely place to stay and sitting out on the front porch on a beautiful sunny day with a coffee was quite nice.

Beth's place is a gem in the beautiful city of Decatur! We loved sitting on the porch surrounded by the lush trees as a summer thunderstorm rolled through. The neighborhood is peaceful and within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a couple nights' stay. The bedding was soooo comfy!! Beth was friendly, gave us privacy, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our stay an extra night. 10/10 would stay at Beth's place again!

The Cozy is just that! Elizabeth has created and continues to create an absolutely delightful escape from the chaos while her location is so convenient to great restaurants and activities. We were attending our nephew's graduation from med school at the South Gas Convention Center. The Cozy was a welcomed respite from all the city traffic and such an easy <10 min drive to the function. The love Elizabeth has put into her eco paradise, the cleanliness of the property, and her eagerness to accommodate her guests is unmatched... and we have stayed at our share of Airbnbs. To top it off, the bed was super comfy with quality bedding and a mattress topper that relieves all pressure points. The fresh eggs from her beautiful hens were DELICIOUS!! You can taste the love she puts into their care. Wish we could have taken home dozens of her eggs. Morning coffee amidst the natural surroundings was delightful. Highly recommend a stay here and your life will be blessed to meet Elizabeth!

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

Aiva is super friendly and responsive! I would love to come back and stay as it felt just like home. Very quiet and peaceful! I loved everything about the place! Thank you so much for everything Aiva!!

Theresa’s place was spectacular! I was forced to leave another Airbnb location due to an infestation. It was in the middle of the night and I needed to get my children to safety. The host responded immediately!!! She made me feel very comfortable and right at home. We were also in town for the festival and she gave us blankets and a roller bag to borrow for the festival. I couldn’t be more thankful. There is an extra parking spot just for guests, the is a washer and dryer. She even had books and toys for small children. There is a Publix only 7 minutes away. It’s super easy to get to the airport. Small and quiet! Just the kind of place I needed for myself and my children. I would definitely recommend and I will be back!

My husband and I stayed here before and after my surgery at Northside Hospital. Tom's place was so close to the hospital and grocery store, and it was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There were a few steps to go down on the sidewalk to the door, but they were manageable for me even after surgery. We arrived after dark, and Tom's wife was there to make sure the light turned on for us to navigate our way to the door. The apartment layout and walk-in shower were very conducive for recovering from surgery. As some people previously noted, you are in a basement so you can hear the hosts walking around above you, but my husband and I did not find it disruptive to our stay. We were so grateful that we were able to stay here!

Dale’s place was comfortable and cute! Loved the fireplace and deck. Such a great location, walkable to Ponce City Market and great restaurants!

Being back in Virginia Highlands in Atlanta, where I lived 20 years ago and staying in this beautiful, clean, and cosy apartment made it like coming home after all these years.

Really loved our stay here. It was better than described. You could tell the place was set up by someone who travels a lot because they knew exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable. We walked to the store and Fox Bro BBQ which was a good recommendation by the host...loved the smoked chicken salad sandwich w/ bacon. Plenty of room for a couple. We will definitely stay here again when we return to ATL.

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

I absolutely loved staying here. My 18 year old daughter and I stayed and we felt super safe and at home. It was a beautiful room, with comfy bed and couch. There were very well thought out appointments, including chargers, extra towels, coffee, etc. The suite even had things I didn’t even think to bring like razors, make up towels and micellar wipes! It was also very close to Ponce City Market and The Masquerade. Decor was just gorgeous, high ceilings with a huge fan and even a motion sensor lamp in case you need to get up at night. The bathroom was beautiful. Everything looked just like the pictures and the check in and out instructions were very clear and easy. Bradley was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. I will definitely be back when I make another trip planned to this area!

Everything about my stay was ideal, including the space itself, the location, and the host. The apartment is perfect for a comfortable extended stay for two people. It has great amenities, a comfortable living room, a huge comfy king size bed, and a nice entertainment system. The location is closed to several highways and, even though it's close in to everything, it's very quiet. Chandra is the perfect host. Whenever I needed anything, she made sure I got it. She just wanted me to feel comfortable and at home. I cannot recommend this place enough!

These accommodations were exactly as described, very quiet and especially clean. All of the extra items in the fridge like the eggs and milk really made it a bed and breakfast. We will be coming back.

I could live here! The place was beautiful. All the personal touches of home. I loved that they moved the bird feeder in front of the window for my enjoyment. I will go back in the future. Beautiful family. HIGHLY recommend.

It took me awhile to write this review, but for selfish reasons. I selfishly wanted to hide my new favorite place to stay at if needed from the world because it is. Not only was tge pictures accurate, but this couple is such a blessing. Great spot. I would definitely book again if in the area.

Everything was super great! The location was great and easy to access. The place was clean and comfy. Richard had already put many home supplies that made our stay easier, and he was very friendly and always available for our questions!

The host was awesome, the room exceeded our expectations, and this Air B&B is at the top of our list if we needed to stay in again.

Great location and a clean little private space. Everything worked well and fit the description. I would return again if I needed to come to Atlanta. Perfecty for two sharing a queen bed, or someone who doesn't mind an air matress that isn't too tall! Quiet and we could hear the birds sing in the morning. The stairs are steep so just know that. Getting in and out with our code was very easy . The TV worked fine too. Darrie had soap for the bathroom. The mini kitchen had a good coffee maker and a good coffee assortment and a bit of tea too.

This was one of my favorite Air bnb stays. Patrick’s little place felt like home. Coming in past their beautiful gardens was a super bonus as I came back at the end of each long day of work. Everything was very comfortable and clean. They even lady some snacks and supper basics. I felt very taken care of.
