Jay's apartment is one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I've ever visited. 100% equipped, renovated and with a beautiful terrace from which we perfectly saw the falling stars and the starry sky. Conflenti is a small village surrounded by nature, where we woke up to the birds. Jay was very ancestor and very kind, from the moment of our arrival to the moment of our departure. Angela and Mariano, her collaborators in the village, were very kind and always ready to help and guide us. Highly recommended for a truly Calabrian holiday. PS: Take a nice shower in the bathroom of the main room: You won't regret the mountain view.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Host was very helpful and kind. The place was very well equipped and beautiful. Specially we liked the outdoor area. Luckily we had a very nice weather during our stay so we could enjoy the sun in the outdoor space. Location was in a quiet area, surrounded by tangerine-orange fields and local farmers. Sea was in a walking distance, nice path to there. Definitely worth visiting!

Fabio is a very warm and generous host. The apartment is well located, in the historic center, the accommodation gives us the feeling of being home, it contains all the necessary comforts, it is spacious and incredibly equipped. It is tastefully decorated. We had welcome snacks and made us feel very cozy. We highly recommend this property. Thanks to Fabio for hosting.

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Great Family Family Family Living My group of friends and I loved the place offered by Mike and Nerissa. The cottage has all the necessary comforts for short and long-term stays. The highlights of the property are definitely the sea view, the outdoor garden for outdoor meals, and the proximity to the free beach. Highly recommended!!!
