nicoletta is absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful..her apartment is perfect and immaculately clean, as described in the photos. we had a great stay an would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located in a residential complex with little (almost nothing) possibility of parking except for loading and unloading. The host is friendly and ready to meet specific needs as in my case the need for a morning breakfast toaster. I recommend Beatrice's apartment to those who are around for work like me.
