Vacation rentals in Roane County

Absolutely loved this little apartment. It was very clean. And very much in the heart of downtown. It was in walking distance to a lot of sights. The neighbor next to the apartment was very loud the first night though up to 4am which was a bit disrupting to any sleep but it was better on night two. Enjoyed the stay and would go back for sure!

It’s a place to stay to travel back in time a bit. I loved the original structure of the farm house. The surroundings were rural and peaceful. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast, we had a tight schedule, but I did get a sneak peek of the setup, which looked well organized and reminded me of a smaller version of “farm to table” experience.

With the harvest going in full swing when I arrived, it was pretty cool. Many families picking in the field. Old folks, middle-agers, and children all enjoying the wonderful strawberries! Children playing all over. It was really quite fun. I picked a pound or two myself that I ate in North Carolina over the next 3 days. They got better over time! The barn was quite something and just what I needed. A quiet bed.

This was a great place for us! Better than a hotel and cheaper too! The attention to detail is spot on! There was a basket of assorted snacks on the table, a fully stocked k-cup coffee bar, laundry detergent at the washing machine, and even a tray of bathroom essentials in case you forgot something. The loft was comfortable and cozy and we felt right at home while we were there. You could tell that there had been some construction going on recently, but everything was tidy and organized, and well presented. We'll definitely be looking to book again on future visits!

Incredible place. Extremely spacious and appealing. Everything is meticulously designed. I would stay here again and again. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend.

I love staying at Angie and Doug’s farm house. The house is stocked well with items you are likely to have forgotten. It’s so homely. Just like my grandma’s house used to be. Highly recommend!

Valorie’s home is truly a hidden gem that is beautiful, nostalgic, peaceful, and anything positive you can imagine. We had gotten lost en route, and Valorie was quick to get us back on track and even greeted us upon arrival to make sure we were safe and sound! We appreciated the warm welcome into her home with the beautiful postcard and gift! The property was absolutely beautiful and peaceful and we were able to walk and see/hear many birds while taking in nature. Her home was immaculate, clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and we were in awe of all the amazing historic books/decor! We were sad to leave, and would absolutely return. I highly recommend staying here, and Valorie is seriously a top notch host that deserves to be recognized! Thank you so much for everything, Valorie! May you stay well, healthy, and blessed!!
