Very spacious accommodation with all the essentials. Hillside location that offers magnificent views and complete tranquility.

Maurizio is a great host and his place is excellent for visiting Monaco and surrounding areas. Place is nice, terrace has beautiful views of Monaco and seaside. We haven't used the pool due to the weather but it looks nice. Car is pretty essential for this place, but if you dont mind walking it is 15-20 minutes to Monaco and be prepared for 45 minutes walking with very steep climb. Taxi from Monaco to Maurizio place is around 25-30 euros. Comes highly recommended.

The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large. Much larger than we expected. Very easy check in. We were met by Dario who was very attentive throughout our stay. The location in Chianni was perfect for us. Very central with excellent restaurants and bars, literally on your doorstep. If you are looking to stay in Chianni and be close to the centre, this cannot be beaten.

I had a wonderful stay at this house and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice! The house was exactly as described, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The host was exceptional! Kind and helpful, he provided us with all the information we needed, responding quickly to all our questions. Upon arrival, he also left us a welcome thought for breakfast the next day, a detail I really appreciated. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming place, well connected to the rest of the city and above all managed by an available and kind host.

Great stay in Gioviano. My kids loved it as well, especially the cats that walked around the town. Directions to find the place were spot on, as well as host communication.

We had a great vacation here and enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts received us personally and very friendly. They showed and explained everything to us. They were always available for questions and were able to give us many great recommendations for the area, for example, restaurants or excursions. The accommodation is a townhouse. Thanks to the stone walls, it's nice and cool inside. The kitchen is rather sparsely equipped, but it is sufficient for preparing breakfast or simple meals. In addition, the hosts can be asked for help at any time and the needs can be communicated. The garden also invites you to linger and our dog was allowed to move freely. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. The whole place was clean. It is advisable to arrive by car, for example, to explore the surrounding area, to make excursions or to eat or shop in Lucca. The nearby aqueduct invites you to walk/run.

Vittore's place is really very good. The only critical point I see is the very steep access road. But the view is great, the accommodation is very large (2 bathrooms) it's a really nice place

Great location and apartment. Well equipped kitchen, everything you could need. Bakery around corner, coffee, sandwich shop, pizza take away and restaurants all within few minutes walk. Casino shop for groceries and fresh fish shop by the port car park, 5 mins away. Beautiful walks and beaches in all directions, you could stay here and not need to get in your car. Free parking overnight at the port car park and side streets. It’s possible to find free parking, near by in the day, if you get lucky, otherwise parking along the roadside at the sports ground was always available, 10 mins uphill walk to get there: if you take the steps up to Avenue D’Austerlitz to get there, the views are amazing. We loved our stay at Fanny’s apartment.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

A remarkable and super warm welcome, matching this incredible apartment. Excellent equipment and furniture. Privacy ensured thanks to the space on both levels. Quiet in the historic center with a nice wooded view from the terrace. Just fantastic!

Nice stay, location is perfect, clean

Beautiful apartment and great location close to the beach and harbour area. Spacious for our group of five adults. Jacuzzi, direct view to the sea and roof terrace are pure luxury. Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

We returned to Tania's place for Christmas again this year because our children really loved the location of this small town, high in the hills, the cozy house and bedrooms. We celebrated Christmas Eve by going to nearby Massa Marittima 13 km away with lots of choices of restaurants, a pretty town to visit and the kids enjoyed skating in its ice rink. There are lots of other places to discover Volterra, Siena, Grosseto, just to name a few. Thank you Tania and Tiziana for making our stay special again!

An ideal house to visit Tuscany, located in a very quiet village and a few kilometers from the most emblematic places in the region. Although we experienced some difficulties, Alexa was a super responsive host and helped us to solve them.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X
