Camogli is a charm and this apartment is the perfect temporary home from where to explore and enjoy the town and coast. Easy access, simple communication with the host and just a doorstep away from the beach - it was hard to leave :)

Johannes is a great host. Clear instructions and constant support. Someone is still available on site. The apartment is more comfortable for two people, but our family of two adults and two girls got along well. Perfect availability of the reserved parking space. The Riquier district area is perhaps not so well known among tourists (we ourselves have been in the streets adjacent to the Promenade on other occasions), but Old Nice, the Castle, the Promenade, the Market Square, Massena and Garibaldi Squares, etc. can all be reached in a short time. In the same street as the apartment there are two neighborhood supermarkets, and all around several boulangeries/patisseries. You can also reach Nice-Riquier station in a 15-minute walk. Perfect for visiting the French Riviera resorts by train, without moving the car. Highly recommended!

This house is a very peaceful and stunning-view opportunity in Levanto. Just at the border of Cinque Terre, you benefit from being out of the confusion and crowds of Cinque Terre, but close enough to reach it fast and easily. Levanto is very easy to get around, you have the train, lot’s of shopping and the restaurants and amenities. The beach is great. Tiziano’s place is on the hills, so, far from the city’s agitation, but also close enough to reach it whenever you want. By foot, the climb is a little sporty, but perfectly doable. The check-in was great with Tiziano’s father, a very warmth welcome and he gave us lots of tips and tricks to get around. His father also helped us a lot with the garbage and recycling, we are very very thankful. The apartment was very clean and has everything. Cool thing : stainless-steel stuff in the kitchen, so, no forever chemicals 👍🏻! TV, WiFi, everything was great. The view and the terrace has a stunning view over the beach and the sea.

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, me, my wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took great advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable pool of the residence. We've never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Perfect stay! The apartment is well cared for, clean and super cozy, exactly as in the photos. The location is excellent, especially for those arriving by car, in a quiet area not far from the center. The host was very kind, always helpful and attentive. We really felt at home, which is why we would definitely come back!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment and its location are perfect for experiencing Nice. The communication was fast and leading. We felt very comfortable as a family (2 adults and 2 children).

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights in April and it matched the pictures exactly. The place is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the property. A small negative point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning, it was quite humid in the room, so clothes were slightly damp in the morning. In the shower, there were no shelves for shower gel and no towel holder. Despite these little things, it was a very pleasant stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

Apartment in a quiet and spectacular area landscape... it is also very close to the port. Terrace that has a view that is worth the stay! Amazing sea view and home consistent with the description... Most beautiful place on the island

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Maria’s place is amazing! The lemon trees in the yard were beautiful and Maria allowed us to pick them for our use. The location is close enough yo walk to the town, beach and train station, but still very private with her beautiful landscaped yard.

We enjoyed our days at Alba's place and we would be more than happy to come back. Incredibly beautiful surroundings, very nice and tidy accommodation and incredible service by the hostess. A home that suits both families with children, couples passing through and those who want to stay for a longer period in beautiful Tuscany.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment is near the center, a stone's throw from the Accademia Gallery, in an area where there are fewer tourists. It is a recently renovated apartment, well furnished, comfortable, clean and larger than what you see in the photos. There are all the necessary amenities for medium-long stays and Andrea, the host, was very hospitable and helpful. The small elevator is very useful, since the apartment is on the upper floors.

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

Beautiful place , with an amazing view. Giovanni made me a 1 minute video of how to get to apartment from the train and it was super easy. The place was very clean, spacious and the terrace was stunning. Was welcomed with wine. A few steps but nothing crazy and the view makes it worth it. Would stay again!

Fantastic view over the sea and mountains. Easy and quick access to the beach with help of "lift". The accommodation had everything you needed. Very well equipped kitchen.

We had a great time, it was me and my partner and 3 small dogs Both Emanuela and mom were super helpful and kind. The dogs also found themselves divinely, they also provided us with bowls and kennels. Very nice, elegant and refined apartment. Very nice terrace and surrounded by plants and flowers. Comfortable and close to all amenities. Absolutely recommend

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Very comfortable and convenient stay! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay at Luciana’s place - there are tons of restaurants nearby, you can explore the entire center of Bologna walking from the apartment. No complaints, I would stay here again
