Vacation rentals with beach access in Riverhead

Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

Kevin is a great Host - very responsible and accountable. We fully enjoyed staying his place. He was always willing to help while needed. The AirBnB is clean and has full of required amenities. We left some stuffs while checking out, he communicated quickly and shipped it out very fast. I highly recommend to stay at his place at East Lyme, CT.

Jamie was proactive from booking to check in to departure. The space is roomy and very comfortable. The decor was perfect. I enjoyed the distant sounds of the train station, the local boutiques, great variety of restaurants for someone who is gluten-free and Organic, some restaurants have nightlife and only 15 minutes from the airport. Plan on staying again to visit family, beach and friends!

this was my first time staying in an air b&b and let me tell you. the vibe here is amazing! so cozy the host is so friendly and sweet. its very zen. the bathroom is beautiful i love the shower lol. I will be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

5 of us stayed at the house for 2 nights to attend events at Conn College. Loved that we each had our own rooms! Host was responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for us. Well stocked with paper goods/coffee. I can imagine it would be a great place to stay if you want to go to the beach. We only had time to walk to Ocean Beach once. Very close. Great place to stay.

Excellent stay. The Private beach is perfect for families and is an extremely short distance from the house which is convenient. Great view of the ships right from the windows. Stay was perfect

We loved our stay at this beach house. The house was gorgeous, and we especially loved gathering around the huge island in the kitchen. My 5 year old son loved the beach which was just a stones throw away. Would definitely stay again!

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. My cousins & I kept on saying, “If we could just win the lottery and buy this place! 😀 Thank you Cail, Jayne & Dylan for sharing this little piece of Paradise! 🤗

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

Just as described, beautiful waterfront location that’s a 5 minute drive to town and local vineyards. Perfect weekend getaway

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

lovely 2 bedroom with gorgeous water views from two roomy terraces , nice to wake up to the breeze of the water and the unspoilt natural surroundings of the wild sound. Thomas was a great host and very responsive
