Stayed here with my Wife and Son (18 months) for 1 week and was very happy with our stay. The house is a good size and location was ideal. Graham was a very accommodating host and answered any questions we had very quickly, despite being on holiday at the time (sorry Graham). Sad we did not get to use the rear patio due to cold/wet weather but looks like a lovely spot to spend your time in the warmer months. Great stay. Will definitely be back!

Weekend stay for a family birthday, and had chosen the house for its in-town location. It didn't disappoint as we were able to park the cars on our arrival and didn't use them again until we left. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and easy to use, with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable - thank you. Jess was very communicative ahead of our arrival and gave some great advice on local restauarants in the town. Check in arrangements were straight forward and hassle-free.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in Rye! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the town's quaint shops, cafes, and historic landmarks. Steve’s place itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Steve is friendly and helpful, and provided great recommendations for the area. We can't wait to return to Rye and would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting the area.

This was such a lovely stay! The whole family went to Brighton for the half marathon and this place did not disappoint. Not only was it so clean and beautiful, it was right by the seafront and the start line. A convenient location with lots of amazing pubs nearby. Xavier was very welcoming and met us at the house, he was a very Friendly accommodating to our needs. Also gave lovely recommendations for pubs and food. Would definitely stay here again. We had a nice stay at Annick's. The place is quite close to the city centre and is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place. His home is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. A fabulous layout which works well. Its location is handy for all the local attractions. We even had complimentary Prosecco and fresh milk and a huge bunch of divine white roses! Highly recommend this cottage. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Adam, it was perfect.

This is a really beautiful terraced house in the heart of the Queen's Park neighborhood in London. The location is incredible - it's just off the park itself, which is a gorgeous spot to stroll and if you have children, it has a phenomenal playground. The house has three spacious bedrooms upstairs and a twin bed in one of the sitting rooms downstairs. There's lots of room to spread out, and also a sweet back garden with seating. It's a short walk to the tube and the fabulous shops and restaurants on Salusbury Road (and also lovely Chamberlain Road on the other side of the park). The house is clean, comfortable and well laid-out. There's a slight smell of damp in the kitchen - it didn't bother me, but it might be something to consider if you're sensitive to that sort of thing. Anna and Nicky are wonderfully responsive and provide lots of advance messages with clear instructions and solid neighborhood recommendations -- wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

Our family of six and our year old grandson had a perfectly amazing stay! This townhouse was beautiful and so clean. We felt right at home. Easy to find, centrally located. We found fantastic nearby breakfast place, they were so friendly. Would stay here again for all our London visits! Can’t say enough about our wonderful host!

We had the most wonderful stay at Dollhouse! The place is absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the vintage charm and attention to detail in the interior design. The decor was a perfect blend of cozy and quirky, making it feel like a true home away from home. Every corner had its own character, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Great location in London! Monday through Friday food market in the street, foot traffic only! That was great. Food was amazing. Convenient to everything close and on the street, pharmacy, restaurants, pub,convenience store,… And best of all the happy halibut! Best fish and chips in London! Walkable to many of the big attractions, easy access to the tube and taxis! Place was very clean as described! Lots to do, planning our next trip in September!

Stay was lovely home away from home. Can be a little noisy at night as it’s near some pubs and restaurants and the windows are only single glazed but these are things that cannot be changed due to location and type of building, I am used to the silence of the countryside at night so I am more aware of noise than others would be. Overall a great house and we would definitely stay again.

The cottage was so cosy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Ophelia had very clear instructions for a smooth check in and was very accommodating to us changing our date of stay, as well as our 2 little dogs. The cottage is walkable to the local amenities of Chipping Norton and made for the perfect weekend away!

Amazing house!! So large!! 4-5 storeys including a basement. Viewing area at top of the house was great for others in my party, unfortunately due to my mobility issues, I was not able to get up there. Would definitely recommend, having a view over the sea! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

From our arrival We felt that Sam’s house was our 2nd home! Maeve was especially grateful for allowing her to share the toys within the playroom. Pool table was a great addition too! location for attending a family wedding nearby was perfect.

Alain is an excellent host! He lives in the area and was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. He met us at the house and explained everything. The location is very convenient, only 5 mins walk from the high street, sea front, train and bus stations. The house has been completely renovated and has very efficient heating, constant hot water and two good showers. The appliances are all newer and work well. It was great having tvs in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen. If we stay in the area in the future we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

A great little house with much to recommend it, well located just a twenty-minute walk to the cathedral and high street. The private parking space is right by the back gate and you enter the house via the back door into a sunny well-equipped kitchen. The living/ dining area is spacious and nice that it was fully carpeted. While we were there it was a chilly 2 degrees and our host Qiao could not have been more helpful, checking in with us every day to make sure we knew how to manage the central heating. The internet connection was excellent, a big plus for us as we are writers and needed to be online for chunks of the day. The area was super quiet at night and if you are staying a while and want to be self-catering, there is a large Waitrose within a 5 minute walk. We would happily recommend this little house for anyone wanting to explore Salisbury and the surrounding area.

Perfect spot for exploring Chichester! Easy walk into the city centre to enjoy all the great places to eat and drink. The house had been beautifully converted and was pristine - looked like it had been done yesterday. Really quiet and private despite being so close to the city centre. The hosts thought of everything and were extremely helpful. Overall a fabulous stay!

We had a lovely weekend away staying here. The house was very clean and tidy and it was a very easy commute into central Brighton. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stay just outside Brighton.

Great modern townhome, perfect for our situation of a Christmas trip with 3 adult Children. The two living space areas was a huge bonus and being 5 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station is great.
