We loved Shaun's beautiful house. We stayed there to be near family for a few days so the location was perfect for us. Going back to the house was like being wrapped in a warm duvet!

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

Perfect cottage for families with an on site restaurant, takeaway pizza and great walks nearby. Cottage was clean with a log burner and selection of games to keep us entertained!

A beautiful, modern lake side house with spacious open plan kitchen and living area with stunning views over the lake. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with birthday treats when we arrived, which were a nice touch. Impeccably clean, and decorated tastefully. Lots to do near by, but it felt secluded enough to enjoy a countryside feel. Thanks for letting us come, we had a great time. James was responsive and helpful when needed.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Darrell's! The home was modern and comfortable and allowed for enjoyment of the outdoors even from within the house - really can't beat the views! The space was just as described and group was very comfortable. Darrell provided a very thorough guide for our stay which included check-in instructions, how to use all appliances, recommendations for local walks and restaurants, numbers for taxi companies, and more - super helpful! The only issue any of us had was that the mattresses were a bit dated, something to note for anyone with back issues. Overall we would highly recommend staying at Darrell's when in the Cotswolds! We will definitely be making our way back in the summer months.

We had a fantastic stay. We came for a work writing retreat and Jon's place was very quiet and spacious to let us focus on writing. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, beds super comfy and the paddleboards/kayaks were a welcome distraction from writing. Would also be a great place for families, as there were many games, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Mary's cottage. The view is exceptional and the cottage was just what I needed. It was tranquil, yet so close to Tonbridge shops and restaurants.

A lovely place to stay. Nathalie was really friendly and welcoming. This cottage was like home from home, exactly as described. My kids loved the trampoline and Louis the dog.

Samantha was a fantastic, friendly host. We bumped into her on day 1 and she gave us some great suggestions to keep us going for the weekend. The nearby nature reserve and the seaside were both lovely and the lakes around the lodge are beautiful. A wonderful spot for a quiet weekend. The cottage had everything we could have needed plus some lovely extra touches.

Such a beautiful little find! Romy was an excellent host, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We visited with our 2 dogs, one who is nervous of other dogs which we spoke to Romy about before booking. We knew she had 2 ridgebacks that were friendly and met them on our second day there as they poked their head through the gates to see who we were. They were very neutral and made for a good training opportunity for our nervous boy. There’s walks right on the doorstep and lots of places to visit nearby such as Rye and Seaford, with many dog friendly pubs along the way. The accommodation was clean and a lovely size. The heating was well needed during the cold nights but the bedroom area does heat right up!! Like Romy mentions, the bedroom area isn’t a high room, I’m 5ft2 and still bumped my head on the beams at times so just a word of warning for taller guests. All in all, lovely place that we hope to visit again soon.

The cottage was nice. The entire place had nice ambience. Mark and Stacy greeted us with great smile. This place is worth visiting. I will definitely come back.

The Woodland Lodge was exactly what we were looking for on our first journey to the UK. Upon arrival we found the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed and more. Alison walked down to the lodge and introduced herself to us the first night we were there; it was an added touch to the wonderful hospitality and excellent communication we received while staying there. The lodge was cozy, lovely, and offered the perfect layout for spending peaceful evenings in the beautiful countryside. we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Alison!

Perfect stay, was everything we were looking for - a peaceful getaway in a beautiful location. Mark was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of useful information about the area. The cabins were beautifully done, comfortable, clean, cosy and well thought out. We loved the BBQ hut and the stunning views over the lake. Such a relaxing break, we would love to come back.

Had a fantastic stay! The place is cozy, warm, and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches like scented candles and snacks.
