Beachfront vacation rentals in River Thames

We enjoyed staying in Emma’s apartment regardless of the challenging weather. The location is brilliant to be in the beach front that children can just go out and play on the sand. The place is clean and cozy that we are able to make a best of it.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Comfortable homely feel. Nice to have use of a garden. Lots of good dog walks close by. Neighbours were friendly and the block was quiet and felt safe. Flat was well equipped with everything we needed.

A very homely yet spacious place. Bright, clean, gorgeous decor - the best pillows ever. My daughter said the bed was like silk Thanks so much for accommodating at such short notice. Easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Nothing negative to say. 100% all the way

Beautiful property and Karen's little touches of having the heating on ready for when you arrive, welcome basket in the kitchen and towels at the ready in the bathroom were so lovely. Plus the little corner in the living room with some toys and a dolls house was amazing. Our 3 year old loved playing with these the whole stay. For those that prefer a shower rather than a soak in the bath. The shower was great and with a standard shower head and a rainfall shower head too. The pressure and temperature were spot on as well. Would recommend staying to anyone including those with young families too. Thank you again Karen for such a lovely stay.

Incredible views, especially from upstairs sun room. So gorgeous being right on the beach. Really well-equipped cottage including extras such as books and games.

Cosy hut in the back garden of house in a quiet residential area. Everything required was present.

We had such a lovely weekend away at Lisa's! Such a gorge place and location, perfect if you want great walks and food!

As a family we had a fantastic 3 days staying at the park dean complex. The accommodation was clean, warm, quiet & even had home from home bits like salt, pepper, oil & kitchen equipment which was great for us. Tina communicated & responded to messages without fail. We will be back very soon!

Exactly what we wanted for half term break with kids. They loved the access to the swimming pool and beach. Caravan was comfy and cosy. Great communication as well made it all easy. Thank you!

We had the best stay we got what we wanted a quite family Xmas away from it all the home was lovely and was everything we needed the beach was as lovely to walk down over Xmas and my little girl had the best time building sand castles all Xmas who does that was brilliant 🤩 Beverly thankyou so much x we would definitely book with you again x

When we first stumbled upon this Cottage on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mandy is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The Cottage is just perfect! Location is incredible and it is our new go to long weekend break in the New Forest. Mandy had excellent restaurant and walk recommendations and was of great help. She went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Mandy for a wonderful weekend! We will be back, Russ & Michelle

Beautifully presented cottage, with a real home away from home feel to it. Perfect location in Old Leigh with a great view of the water. Would definitely visit again! Becky was a great host and helped us with an easy check in and check out.

Julian and Clare’s cottage is beautiful and in a great location. It was immaculate on arrival and the host had kindly left fresh bread, jam, coffee, butter and juice which was an unexpected treat! The view from the balcony is stunning. We found the house really comfortable and the children loved it. There are loads of great places to eat or get coffee in walking distance; The Hatch, Osborne’s. The Peterboat did a good kids meal and were super friendly. We also walked along the beach to Southend Pier. We would love to stay here again!

What an absolutely beautiful house, it was immaculate and was perfect for our short stay. Located close to the promenade, pier, restaurants, bowling arcade and the town centre. Ria was just amazing, very friendly, proactively gave us recomendations for places to go and good places to eat. Flexible on check in and check out. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Another return visit to Blue Moon. As always, the place was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we love the peaceful location.

It was a lovely stay from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were exactly as described—even better-looking in person, if anything! Everything was provided for a comfortable stay, and we were left wanting for nothing. The location is wonderful. Considering it is on a main road, there was surprisingly little noise pollution—and the convenience of being right on the seafront, and the gorgeous view at night, are so, so worth the little there was. We had a fabulous break here, and would recommend it to anyone!

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again
