Vacation rentals with beach access in River Thames

Lovely accommodation and great location near Hove station. Spacious place and very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to explore Brighton and Hove!

This place was beautiful. It was extremely convenient , lots of shops and nearby restaurants. It was very noisy at times (especially those seagulls). Wendy was amazing and was great with quick communication. We will definitely be back here one day soon!

Really spacious apartment midway between Hastings old town and St Leonard’s. With some interesting magazines, posters and pictures and the comfiest bed ever. Madelaine and her husband were there to greet us and the basics were all sorted (coffee, toilet paper and washing up liquid). We had a fab weekend.

A really beautiful apartment which has such a homely, spacious and relaxing feel. Love the art, furniture and furnishings. I would have loved another night or two so we had the time to spend the day inside the apartment without guilt, relaxing and enjoying the view.

We had such an amazing stay in Moyra’s apartment , it was just as described and more ! Such a cool place and waking up to that view well …. Location is great with an easy stroll into town and a great pub less than 10 mins walk . All her recommendations were great and we look forward to returning later in the year

I had a three night stay here for work and it was exactly what I hoped, a home from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I'd happily stay again, whether the trip is for business or pleasure.

Our holiday was for a group of 10 over the New Year's Period. Beach Haven was just right for the trip. The location, just set back from the road but right across from the dunes/beach is a real draw. The main living/dining area is spacious, attractive and atmospheric – perfect for cooking commnual meals and hanging out as a group. The 5x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms are comfortable and offer a decent amount of privacy away from the main space. As most of the group had to work in the course of the trip, the second living room was also very helpful as an alternative workspace/a place to take meetings and calls. We had an excellent stay and would happily recommend.

I thought Hilary’s place was on the beach so was a little surprised when we arrived. It didn’t matter, the location is actually across the road from the beach and is protected by a sand bank. The beach is fabulous and if the climb up the sandbank is too much, level access to the beach is approx 200m up the road. The house is very clean and comfortable, the sitting room is spacious and the kitchen is small but well equipped. Bedrooms are both a good size and the beds are comfortable. There are steps to access the property so if steps are an issue, this property may not be for you, however the steps are shown in the photos. Hilary was very responsive and very helpful, she has a good knowledge of the area. Absolutely recommend Hilary’s place, it’s a home from home with a decent pub down the road (The Owl) that serves proper ale and good food.

We booked to stay here as part of our wedding, we’re fairly local but wanted to stay apart the night before the wedding. The accommodation was perfect, lots of space and bright airy rooms. Bernadette went above and beyond and provided us with some tailored gifts and treats, she even carried the back of my dress to the car on our wedding day. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to others. Thank you again for being a part of our wedding which was absolutely perfect in every way ☺️

A good position near to shops and restaurants etc. Very quiet area although lots of houses close by. Access ok although on tiny side road. Rooms were large and well furnished. A lot of stairs although they are quite easy but this is not a good place for people with substantial mobility issues. One of our party has a very arthritic hip and coped ok provided she used her visits upstairs wisely! A caretaker appeared and dealt with some minor issues well.

We had a lovely short break at Ben's apartment. The communication from Helen (the host) was friendly, responsive, and she arranged early check-in and late check-out for us with no trouble. The view from the apartment is spectacular and it was perfectly situated for exploring St. Leonard's and Hastings. I hope to visit again in the future!

We booked a long weekend away after Christmas. We had a great time! The house was exactly as described, we all said it was better than the photos! It was an easy walk to the beach, a couple of local restaurants. We drove around 10 mins to other restaurants and also a 30 min drive to Ashford. The host was really lovely, messaged before our arrival with all clear instructions and messaged to say it was ready before the 4pm check in time. She had left us a box of chocolates, dog treats, cameras to snap some memories. The house was clean, cosy for Christmas and would definitely recommend for a lovely get away. Thank you!

Chet was a great host. From check-in to check-out he was there to assist us with anything we needed. The place was in a very accessible location. Bus stop and train station practically outside your door. Place was extremely clean and easy to find as well. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Brighton.

Great stay, would stay again. What I liked most about this Airbnb is that it feels homely and comfortable. Great location I absolutely love hove. Just one for the owner shower goes hot and cold no matter what temperature you put it on. But thank you, very happy.

Susan's apartment was so lovely, very comfortable with a stunning view of the sea from the living room and bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the spices left in the cupboard as well as plenty of tea and coffee. Thanks fo a very enjoyable stay and offering us an earlier check in too🤗We'll definitely be back!👏👏

Kimberley’s flat was a beautiful place to relax on the south coast with sea views. The decor is exceptional and full of character which made the stay even more enjoyable and the kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped. She was extremely responsive and helpful and was a fantastic host!

Magnificent apartment with such a warm and cozy living space. Kitchen extremely well equipped with the bonus of an air fryer which made having a bacon sandwich a breeze leaving no cooking smells. Bedroom lovely and restful with a comfy bed. Samantha really does keep a lovely place. Spotless on arrival and we were so lucky with the weather, we were able to use the balcony ! Easy walking to some lovely eating places. Billy hundreds is fab and Fermento a bit further toward Southend do the most amazing pizza. Gold Coast Chinese is steps away but you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance. We made do with a takeaway. This was our end of winter break and we both feel restored and re charged from staying at Estuary View penthouse.

I can highly recommend this lovely and comfortable flat, very close to the amenities of Bexhill. It's amazing value at this price. The flat was pristine and well-appointed (we loved the reclining sofas!) and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was fantastic - it's on a quiet road but with a Tesco at the end of the street and a 15-minute walk from the beach, Pavilion and the shops and restaurants of central Bexhill.
