Colette is an amazing hostess. She really did look after us. She made us the best scones, they were unbelievable. The location was peaceful, spotless and therapeutic. The location is 20-30 minutes to all west corks stunning views. We would highly recommend this place, for sure we will be returning😁

We attended a family wedding at Bantry House and stayed at Mary and Denis'. Our party was 2 families plus grandparents and there was plenty of room for all of us. The accommodation was clean and very spacious and Mary and Denis were very responsive and friendly when we communicated. The location was great for Bantry itself, but also allowed us to visit other local attractions. There were lovely views and the children loved having calves nearby! Thanks for having us.

If you are looking to disconnect and enjoy the Irish country side this is the place for you. Lots of great nature to see around the area. We also found a number of good restuarants if willing to drive a little ways. Kitchen has what you need and there is lots of space to spread out. There are 2 wifi's in the house but still didn't get a consistent signal in the master bedroom. Good coverage in the tv room. The place was super clean on our arrival and the check-in / check-out process went smoothly. Would definitely consider renting again.

Wow what a place! Fantastic old cottage, beautifully decorated and a great wood burner. Sauna and whirlpool bath were fabulous. Would definitely recommend as a great base to explore the South West Coast of Ireland.
